Interesting.
I re-read the PR and couldn't find any reference to a Joint Venture (JV). I could only find the term strategic teaming agreement (TA). My research tells me a JV and TA are VASTLY different animals, but what do I know? I'm just a moron doing some due diligence on a penny stock instead of blindly buy Without actually understanding the company, relationships, and fundamentals. With all the thousands of units they've sold over the years, I should just send them my money and thank them for the opportunity!
Heck, I didn't even notice a reference to reseller agreement, which at least implies a longer term, substantial relationship. As I understand it, a TA is a limited term, finite relationship; generally tailored to a specific opportunity or set of opportunities. Interestingly, the CACi website had lots of PRs talking about reseller agreements and JVs, but I haven't seen anything touting a teaming agreement. This must be a super special relationship!
(any way to tell what CACI personally might own some LNGT?)
