Please feel free to try for yourself. I went in dead serious but interest and trust waned with each conversation. You would expect a brochure with their products, ingredients and pricing at the very least. Let alone not being willing to meet with me on my dime anywhere.
Nobody has yet to respond about seeing this in a retail establishment anywhere. Had this been legit, how could you turn down exclusive territory with a product that could take the place of 5 hour energy. The potential would be endless.
By the way, I would have made an excellent distributor.
The first thing that struck me was how fast they thought I was right for them within ten minutes of our first conversation
Ask him about Charleston. It's really too bad. I so wanted it to be legit. I was ready with the money. They never asked for any financials or much about past experience, or even what made me believe I had what it took to perform to the advantage of the company.
I offered to go anywhere. When I finally got upset with them for never supplying me with the information they kept promising they once again deverted the conversation telling me I must be high.
Most of my conversations were with Robert Berry and another guy named Robert. At least that is what they told me their name was.
By the way did you see the prior post from G Jones. Note the address in Florida and Google it. I only spoke with Ken once.
The Roberts would never get me the basic information requested.
Thanks for the post. Google that address. Go to street view. You can even see past sales price of this RESIDENTIAL address.
It's a rookie mistake but I've been around a while and should know better so I have no excuse
I think you're right. Cut my losses. Was just hoping and sometimes slow to admit I was wrong. Bit before. You would think I would learn
I even told them I was willing to travel anywhere to any distributor that was running to see how they are doing
Like I said, I hope I'm wrong. Just sharing my experience. Even if you are legit, why would you be willing to give exclusive territory to someone you haven't looking into thoroughly. Then you could have an entire area that runs poorly because of a deadbeat. That's a strategy for failure. I would like to know somebody pretty well before I offered exclusive territory that could hurt my sales if not properly served.
I hate to tell everybody, but this is in fact a farce. A few months ago, I contacted the company about becoming a distributor. They were very happy to talk to me.
Within ten minutes, they said that they would like to have me as a distributor. They told me that 3/4 of the people they talk to would not qualify. I would like to know what I said that would make them think I would make a great distributor.
Anyway, I asked for information to be sent. They never sent me anything except a few pics. They kept calling promising me "Exclusive Teritory" Quite substantial area, I might add. All I need to do is to send them the $20,000 and they would send out somebody to get me my first ten clients and to train me.
They still hadn't sent me any real information. I couldn't even get a list of products and pricing.
Still thinking this company may be real, I told them that I would like to speak with them in person. I had time and would fly down to Florida to see the operation and go over details in person. They kept avoiding that saying they were all over the place. I asked them where I could meet them and they just kept telling how rich I'll be and someone will be out as soon as I sent the money.
Every time I told them I was still waiting for the product and pricing list they would change the subject and go into some totally unrelated subject.
They also offered me 5 million shares of restricted stock when I proceed as they really wanted me on their team. Do the math. They were promising me about 55-60 thousand dollars worth of stock, Exclusive territory even though I had no prior experience and the promise that they would set up my first ten clients. All I have to do is send them the 20,000 and we'll be off and running and we'd all be drinking Margaritas together as we celebrate the success.
Funny, they want me so bad, yet are unwilling to meet with me or send any concise information. Quote - "That's not how we do it. We need to just get you on board so you can start making money"
Boy, if you are willing to do all that, why wouldn't you just save the 55,000 worth of stock and give me the distributorship for free. I guess it was just to make sure I was serious. RIGHT
I finally got tired of all the diverting phone calls that never wanted to talk about the meat and bones of the business but kept telling me how much money I'll make for the mere sum of 20,000 with exclusive territory and 5 million shares of stock. I finally blew my cork, and they have finally stopped trying to get my check.
I have previously posted on this board asking if anybody on this board anywhere has seen their product on a store shelf. Nobody has responded. Pretty odd since they state more and more distributors are being signed on.
Finally, I only found one reference to a physical address for the business. Went to Google Earth. This is a home residence in an established neighborhood in Florida. Not that this is neceessarily bad. Look at Microsoft. But that on top of not being willing to meet with me anywhere at my expense and everything else.
I challenge anybody to refute what I have said or come up with another experience, but I smell no good.
I say this and am screwing myself more. I am in for 600,000 shares as I previously believed in them. My interest began when they announced the agreement with "HEMP" I thought they would be distributing products with CBD's and I wanted in on the ground floor. They also avoided my questions about that. They told me CBD's were illegal. Dixie Dew Drops have shown that they are full of shit.
Anyway, I am holding on as I'm already in so deep that I can only hope that I am somehow wrong about this company or that he can throw enouph bullshit out that their will be enouph believers to at least give it an artificial boost far enouph to get closer to my .0065 average. I believe I will be going down with the ship.
By the way, why don't they have a consumer site where people can find retailers in their area. Hmmmm
Has anybody seen their product in the marketplace?
You can get to their website but no link to find out where to purchase. Has anybody tried any of the Re-Load Products?
Has anybody here seen their facility or seen the product on store shelves? Where is it actually being distributed?
Is anybody on this board a Distributor yet? It would be nice to hear from one of them.
PETITIONERS’ OPENING BRIEF - In depth opening brief and discussions. I'm sure most know, but posting if somebody wants to go more in=depth of some of the elements of hearing.

Could this all have to do with ML liquidating shares before anybody can sieze assets, thereby moving monies to safe havens? (Hidden)
I'm still long and still in the black overall, but it's getting close. This appears to be a solid company. There's no denial that this is a great concept that is far too long overdue.
I just hope the company is run as well as the concept.
I am in this just as much for beliefs as well as gains. Wished I had bought more when it was .028 (when I started buying) therefore reducing my cost basis and allowing more sleep time.
It looks like everyone is running for the hills. Is there something we're missing here. I'm in for 238,000 shares and getting nervous.
Sorry Jordantrae,
I haven't been on this post long and can't be on it all the time. I have seen lots of references to October but hadn't seen this.
I have seen a lot of posts about that it shouldn't be a schedule one but not that actual proceedings were being held.
Was just trying to help
Thanks for Barchart.
Please be advised. Hearings are being held against the DEA beginning October 16, 2012 AGAINST the DEA for having Marijuana listed as a schedule 1 drug. These are Federal Hearings.
I haven't really seen this mentioned on the board. I believe this to be the largest item to keep our eyes on. I believe that the Governors of Washington, Oregon, Colorado and Vermont are the ones seeking the case. Please confirm my facts before accepting.''
I saw an episode on MSNBC showing the head of the DEA being questioned about why it was schedule 1. They looked like a deer in the headlights. It was actually comical.
If this is succesful on this federal level, just imagine what tremendous impact this would have. This is FAR LARGER than the elections or anything else we've been discussing . I realize we are also taking the THC out of many of the products, but just imagine just being free of federal persecution for helping our economy and allowing the rights of its citizenship.
I don't know what we can do to help, but what a great cause. I have included a link to one story but please Google and find out more.
Long all the way.
Personally I would like it to stay slow and steady rise and not break out, but may be hard with all that's going on. I would like to accumulate more shares. Found out about this company a few months ago. Looked back. Started accumulating shares at.026.

I just wish it would have stayed in fear a little longer. I have been waiting for a transfer in brokerage since Interactive Brokers for some reason stopped me from buying more share. Transfer takes 5-10 days to show up in TDAmeritrade. Long 238,000 Shares.
Personally I don't think anyone should be banned for posting their opinions. Isn't that why we have message boards? To listen to others opinions. If you only want to hear what you want to hear, then talk to yourself.
I personally believe in this company and hope to buy more shares when my transfer is complete. When I saw .047 this morning, a tear came to my eye that I wasn't in a position to buy more.
Hope I'm right
It seems as if the Feds were to freeze assets, they could only stop his assets and sell them off. How could they stop the company?
