Rocky, one penny a day increase through the end of the year is not out of the range of possibility.
I've been with SCRC since last March and I ditto everything Bsav posted. SCRC is a solid investment. Those who hold on with will rewarded nicely as the revenues continue to increase on a monthly basis and soon we should hear "cash flow positive" follow up the revenue announcements. GO SCRC!!!
Any friend of Bsav's is a friend of mine. Welcome Diamondcutter.
Who can now argue the success of SCRC? In just three months SCRC has demonstrated a strong presence as an up and coming company. With just one revenue stream SCRC recorded $1.6M in May revenues with an annual run rate of over $19M. Next, and I expect soon, Mr. Schneiderman should be ready to make the ultimate statement, "SCRC is cash flow positive". How many penny stocks can say they are cash flow positive with revenues increasing on a monthly basis? SCRC is poised for the inevitable success we have all been waiting for. The future is bright for all those who have endured the growing pains. GO SCRC!!!
I look forward to reading the posts on IHub again. SCRC is a great stock with huge potential. With $958K April compound pharmacy revenues I can't wait to learn what the May results will be.
Russo you are 100% correct. I was one of the biggest supporters of HYII two years ago. At that time my alias was Agmore which stood for All Grade Mines Ore. I was really into this stock. I never believed a thing you posted but I admit now you were correct back then and still are today. In February 2013 I sold my 1.2M shares and barely got out alive. I am amazed this stock is still allowed to trade. I watch the volume only out of curiosity and can't believe what I observe.
Very well stated kenbe. It's all about personal accountability. If I lose my money in SCRC or any stock, it's because I made the decision to purchase the stock. I can't throw that blame on anyone else.
You are spot on martin. There will be a time when one group will be able to emphatically state, "We were correct". I, like you, put my money on Mr. Bob Schneiderman and this sparkling diamond he has created called ScripsAmerica. GO SCRC!!!
As an avid SCRC investor for over a year now, I am excited to learn more about the various revenue streams Mr. Bob Schneiderman has developed to support the financial backbone for the future. I am not an expert on notes, but from what I understand by reading the many posts on this board, Ironridge seems to be the major player and their note count is dwindling down. The significance of the elimination of the notes is that the future revenues generated by ScriptsAmerica will lead to a more positive cash flow, and a P/S which will correspond according. As investors, this is what we have been waiting to hear and see as we move into the remaining quarters for 2014. One revenue stream in particular, compounding pharmacy, has really gained my interest. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I have been in the pharmaceutical industry for over 36 years but I am not well versed on compounding pharmacy. These last few days I have been doing my own DD to learn more about this industry, most importantly the profitability associated with the compound pharmacy industry. I’ve had discussions with a couple friends of mine who currently work in the compound pharmacy industry.
To better understand this industry one needs to understand the difference between the traditional pharmacy and the compounding pharmacy. In a traditional pharmacy, the pharmacist is handed an Rx from a patient for one drug, usually written for a certain number of pills to be taken once, twice, or three times a day. The patient will pay their copay and the remaining cost of the Rx is charged back to the payer (managed care company) who then reimburses the pharmacy based on negotiated payments schedules. In terms of compound pharmacy, the main difference is the Rx is not for one drug, but for a combination of drugs usually formulated as a cream or gel for topical application. For example, I learned one Rx used to treat pain consists of seven different drugs. As you could imagine, formulating this Rx into a gel or cream is labor intensive, adding the cost of the various medications along with a profit margin, the Rx price could be as much as $3000. The cost of a compounding pharmacy Rx to the patient can vary anywhere between $30 & $50 depending on the co-pay card they have. The remaining cost of the Rx is charged back the payer (managed care) who today is reimbursing the pharmacy in the range of 50%, 75%, and yes even up to 100%. To put that in terms of revenues, one compound pharmacy Rx could generate as much as $1500 to $3000 to the pharmacy. More and more physicians and surgeons are beginning to appreciate the therapeutic benefit of the compounding pharmacy. I believe the potential of this market place is right now in it’s infancy.
I learned from a friend who is a compound pharmacist that pharmacy he works for generates $2M, and growing, each month. Based on a recent PR from Mr. Schneiderman, SCRC is not at that level right now (reported March revenues $494K), but I am sure he is doing everything he can to grow the business. Can you imagine a penny stock company generating revenues of $24M in one year? And that doesn’t even take into consider the potential revenues for RapiMeds in Hong Kong and as we learned earlier Canada, as well as the other not mentioned SCRC revenue streams. So one might ask, why am I excited about SCRC? It’s easy, the business model developed my Mr. Schneiderman, from my own perspective, is destined for success. I won’t even suggest what a P/S will be in the next several months, but my best guess is it will be a lot higher than the .12 range we are at right now.
The value of this IHub is that one can read positive and not so positive posts concerning SCRC. As a result, I highly recommend any new investor to conduct their own DD before taking the next step to invest. I’ll end my post as I always do, GO SCRC!!!
As we all know compound pharmacy is one of the many revenue streams Mr. Schneiderman has created to help fortify SCRC's financial success. In a recent PR, Bob reported revenues of $494K in one month. Folks, this is just the beginning of the $$ potential compound pharmacy can add to SCRC's bottom line. Although I have been in the pharma industry for over 36 years, I am just now learning more about this aspect of the business. There is so much information available on compound pharmacy. Below is info I located in an article when I goggled compound pharmacy and a good beginning to learning more about this incredible opportunity for SCRC.
Why would a physician prescribe a compounded medication?
Because every patient is different and has different needs, customized, compounded medications are a vital part of quality medical care. The basis of the profession of pharmacy has always been the "triad," the patient-physician-pharmacist relationship. Through this relationship, patient needs are determined by a physician, who chooses a treatment regimen that may include a compounded medication. Physicians often prescribe compounded medications for reasons that include (but are not limited to) the following situations:
• When needed medications are discontinued by or generally unavailable from pharmaceutical companies, often because the medications are no longer profitable to manufacture;
• When the patient is allergic to certain preservatives, dyes or binders in available off-the shelf medications;
• When treatment requires tailored dosage strengths for patients with unique needs (for example, an infant);
• When a pharmacist can combine several medications the patient is taking to increase compliance;
• When the patient cannot ingest the medication in its commercially available form and a pharmacist can prepare the medication in cream, liquid or other form that the patient can easily take; and
• When medications require flavor additives to make them more palatable for some patients, most often children.
Also, compounding is extremely important to the veterinary community, which often requires more flavors, dosages and potency levels than commercially available back medications supply.
tryz, when you see the accomplishments listed like this, one can see ScripsAmerica is on the absolute verge of greatness. No longer promises, but actually RESULTS! GO SCRC!!!
Always good to read your positive posts cwell. I agree, I think the 30's are inevitable in the near future. Notes being absorbed, revenues increasing, yes, the future looks very bright for every SCRC investor.
kansai, Mr. Schneiderman is doing exactly what he said he would do. The notes are being paid off in advance and revenues are being generated as obvious by the TN and NJ Compounding Rx recent press releases. A couple more weeks of patience and the notes will be gone and ScripsAmerica will be cash flow positive. The stage is set for ScripsAmerica to reach the high level of return and profitability we all knew it would it would achieve. No one can blunt the enthusiasm of the CORE and those new investors looking at SCRC. A Real Company, a dedicated CEO, and monthly record breaking revenues being generated. If you are a new investor reading this post, do your own DD and you will surely be impressed. GO SCRC!!!
Great post Harvey. You know I have been around now for 13 months. I agree with everything you said. You ain't seen nothing yet!
I share your concern Bsav. The challenge I see, and correct me if I'm wrong, is there is nothing we can do as shareholders to stop a P&D crew coming in and impacting the share price. However, the one thing we have going for us now versus what happened in July of 2013 is that SCRC is generating increasing revenues on a monthly basis. In other words, SCRC is a much stronger company financially today versus then. I am confident the revenues being generated will continue to provide us the slow and steady growth to the next rise to $1 and beyond. Mr. Schneiderman has done an excellent job building a strong financial base which I feel will allow SCRC to withstand any attempts at manipulating the share price. We ARE in great hands.
No worries here. Notes being absorbed, revenues continue to pour in, the future looks very bright for SCRC.
If I'm not mistaken the NCAA March Madness continues into April and so will SCRC's March Madness.
I am not looking at today flyers. My eyes are focused on the future. If I would have let the last several months impact me, I would have sold and moved on by now. But, its all about the future, and the SCRC future is bright. There are simply too many good things happening with ScripsAmerica to think otherwise (PRs). As Bsav stated, every investor needs to do their own DD. I did mine and I am convinced my investment is rock solid and that it will pay huge dividends in the months and yes, years, to come. SCRC will be one for the record books.
flyers, as an investor in SCRC for over a year and keeping up on the PRs released by Mr. Schneiderman, I fully believe the various revenue streams comprising the SCRC business plan will generate more than enough to fully fund all the ventures Mr. Schneiderman has in place. We both know ScripsAmerica is a company in the building phase right now. When the revenues begin to dictate success of this company the short and long term investors will all benefit. I know there are several penny stocks out there that aren't worth even looking at, SCRC is not one of them. SCRC is a real company, with real growing pain challenges, but a company that will prove to be a huge success. All investors look for that once in a lifetime opportunity to win big. I believe ScripsAmerica is one of those investments. GO SCRC!!!
SCRC, a real company with a real product. Below is information found in Daily Med Publication reviewing Pediatric RapiMeds. Notice the article is revised March 2014. Pediatric RapiMeds is just one several revenue streams Mr. Schneiderman has developed which will drive SCRC's success.

UMD, good to hear from you. Yes, SCRC is ready to bust through these challenging times. There will be no looking back.
pipe, regardless of what others post here, we know we have a winner in SCRC, and soon everyone will see the positive results. The notes will be gone in short order and the PPS will respond accordingly. You have been around as long, or longer, as I have. Our patience will most definitely be rewarded. Mr. Bob Schneiderman has put together an incredible business model representing six strong revenue streams that soon will be producing record profits beyond what they already are producing for the company. We are in great shape. GO SCRC!!!
HONG KONG ORDER RECEIVED: ScripsAmerica Secures $200,000 RapiMed Purchase Order for Hong Kong Market Company's First RapiMed Order in Asia will Supply an Independent Pharmacy Network in Hong Kong TYSONS CORNER, Va., March 10, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ScripsAmerica, Inc. (OTCBB:SCRC) today announced that the Company has secured a $200,000 purchase order for RapiMed(R) from Global Pharma Hub for the Hong Kong market.
GENERATED REVENUES: CEO of ScripsAmerica, Bob Schneiderman, commented, "ScripsAmerica remains strongly committed to maximizing shareholder value in every possible way. Now that we are entering a period of significant revenue growth, it is critical to remove any potential for stock dilution that could undermine the corresponding increase in our share price necessary to move to a higher exchange in the future."
I spoke with Bob yesterday and he always responds to my emails. He is a busy man running a real company. Contact info right from SCRC Website:

Markjohn, SCRC will be one of those penny stocks that succeeds. Notice I didn't say it will become a real company, because it already is. The notes will be gone and the revenues from the diverse business model Mr. Schneiderman has developed are currently generating income and will continue to generate the income to fund the future operations of the company. You'll read positive and the negative comments about SCRC on this board. Why, because this board isn't any different from any other penny stock board. Everyone has to do their own DD and make an informed decision. I will say this, the big difference is ScripsAmerica isn't some pie in the sky dream, its a real company, with real revenue streams, and a CEO who has the business savvy to make SCRC one of the most successful companies in 2014. At .10, SCRC is one of the best opportunities out there. GO SCRC!!!
d442125, just don't give up on SCRC. I know there are those who paint the doom and gloom scenario, but SCRC is a solid company with a CEO who knows exactly what he is doing. The future is bright. SCRC will be the successful company we all knew it would be.
Most of the CORE has been patient these last several months. What's a couple more weeks? Notes disappear, revenues generated, PRs released on a regular basis, and the PPS responds accordingly. Our time is very near. SCRC will be the success we all knew it would be. Thanks Bob for all your hard work. GO SCRC!!!
Teens and higher are around the corner cjmeyer. This is a Real Company, with Real Products, headed by a driven CEO who looks out for the investors.
Let's get through the teens and twenties and then we'll be on our way. All signs are pointing North. Our time has arrived. Bob's business model is taking root, the revenues are starting to be generated, and he is sticking to his word (last PR) to pay off some of the notes in advance. The future is bright.
100% correct flyers. You are corresponding to a post 11 months ago on 4-19-2013. Celtics told me about WDDD at .12. I cashed out at .48, 4X. Great DD is absolutely correct.
Yes, the majority of us have been waiting patiently and I feel based on the most recent PRs that our time has arrived. 2014 is setting up to be a great year for SCRC. Mr. Schneiderman has done a great job developing this business model and the results of his efforts will soon be seen in the revenues generated as well as the pps.
goforthebet, good to see you are still with SCRC. That's a good sign for all of us. Hope you are well.
tryz, you are spot on. Bob and his Team has done a great job implementing their business plan. Soon we will begin to see the results of their efforts as SCRC climbs to the status we all knew it would assume when the revenues started coming in.
StockBull, what the news proved today was Bob is sticking to his commitment of ridding SCRC of these nasty notes. He is a man of his word. ScripsAmerica will prove to be the company, the successful company, we all have known it would be. Our investment is in good hands.
Crow is best served with a buttery cream sauce.
I can only hope I have the energy and spirit Bob is exhibiting at his age. With all that he has accomplished not only with SCRC, but in his life, why in the world would you even post a comment as ridiculous as this one was? It's people like Bob who make this country great and I for one am proud to know him.
We have lived through some challenging times this past year, but our patience and loyalty will soon be rewarded. By year end I am confident our investment will reap huge returns. ScripsAmerica is a real company with a real product along with various revenue streams soon to drive the p/s beyond our expectations. Even the naysayers will sit back in amazement. Go SCRC!!!
Ditto RockyW, It's about to get really good here.
Welcome luvgrowth! I wouldn't wait too much longer to buy at these low prices. The notes are being absorbed and this rocket could launch at any time.
You are so right Bsav. From this point on my focus will be on SCRC and where we know Bob's efforts will drive this company throughout 2014 and beyond. Too many great things are happening for us to lose out focus now. The future is bright for all SCRC investors. I appreciated your candid comment. GO SCRC!!!!
Well stated martin33.
