Anyone familiar with EXDI ?
I did not really know Todd came out and said we are in the talking stages ? The way I see it your smart to swing trade. There are buyers ready to come in. And it filled the gap so we are potentially on the way to a cup and handle very bullish.
You were right 'bagels'. Now more about this Petsmart thing lol.
For whatever it's worth checked another board and someone mentioned saw stocked shelves in a Walgreens in Illinois.
If you swing trade in two weeks you could have sold a few shares at .51 and in less than two weeks bought at.31 and now you sell a few. Keeping in mind you always hold a core position. Wow up 13 percent in about an hour.
Volume tripled in less than an hour. Nice follow through from friday. 2nd time it fills the gap or aside from the chart is this a somebody knows something scenario.
You might be overthinking it a bit.We are just in the first inning at Walgreens or anywhere else that might happen.. There hasn't even been a official announcement yet.
Lump as long as we charge for shipping our direct sales is a targeted margin meaning it carries with it built in expenses and is closer to net .Even at retail we may not margin as much or not quite meet target but our reach and sales should justify the added expenses we incur. I happen to be in the retail business and when we take inventory our goal is to meet our target margin which is essentially a number after expenses are worked in.
Canserbero I googled Amazon CBD oil and on about the 5th thread there is some clarification. You are right they do specifically say that they do not sell Cbd. There might be hemp products but they should and I use the word should rather than do not not contain cbd. So that being said I agree it probably is not a priority with the company to care too much on the refillment cycle.
Lump thanks for the update. That's at least a 15 day window to get the product back on shelves as they say. I guess it's the good news/bad news scenario. The good news is we are sold out but the bad news is we are sold out.
TheradropsX still out of stock at Amazon. Does anyone know the last time they had stock ?
The only requirement the FDA has on CBD products are the standard content labeling I.E. ingredients etc. We absolutely have no I dea what will be included or required beyond what is packaged as of now. They are just having their first hearing May 31 as I said as a first step on what do about this thing that quickly has arisen once the farm bill was recently passed. Product manufacturers are all in the same boat. If trials or studies have to be done the law of the land will be specifically and clearly stated as further FDA guidelines. In the case of CBDU and for example nutrileaf they both state that they had doctor controlled studies and customer feedback no official product testing beyond amounts etc.
The FDA will be holding it's first hearing May 31 on possibly limiting the dose of CBD in food and beverage products. Google CBD and there is a article put out by Bloomberg. Interesting stuff as The FDA tries to grapple with the rush of products starting to hit bricks and mortar.
I agree JB so far the testemonials are 100% positive. I tend to get referred pain to different parts of my body at different times. You can't take pain pills for that and too much advil kills the liver so whats a fella to do. Guess I better get some CBDU oil. If it works I buy more stock if it does not work ?????
Not impressed with Curaleaf they do not say anything more than products have been supervised by doctors but no long term trials or significant studies. It shows they are benefiting by being a first mover and brand recognition.
Lortap could you please tell us what you bought for what reason and does it work well.
Thanks Lumpy you guys are really down. Been on boards for years and this is a really good one. As you say saturation is our enemy companies like Curaleaf are now brand names in the industry. Smart move by Todd to have us identified with the oil space by using CBDU as our name. Hopefully soon you will Google CBD and we come up on the first or second page.
JB really great answer. Some of the more established names like aurora are trying to expand into our space smart idea. And yes it does sure seem like everyone and their brother is working on oils. There are just too many reasons why we carry a heavier footprint by getting into Wallgreens and hopefully some big box retailers. And we become a buyout candidate just to mention the silver lining to this. Executing is not my biggest concern. Having the quality products that people come back for will be critical.
Question for the board can anyone name our top competitors and or similar companies to CBDU that are currently gaining a foothold in the marketplace. Also can someone give a defined name to the space or sector we are in. Thc or non Thc doctor perscribed medical marijuana companies of course excluded. Auora and Canopy growth are 2 companies that appear on the stock exchange but are these companies branched out as doing doctor perscribed Marijuana or Just CBD products like we offer.
The PR that was released in March about the new sales force iniative with initially 25 and within two years 500 With the caveat being the chance to expand internationally is exciting. I will hope that either a youtube video or PR we get some progress reports soon. What does sound delicious is 500 in 2 years. We would have to justify the hirings equal to what it will bring to the top line sales before we come close to hiring that many people. In other words you are successful first as you go and growth is justified. No coming up empty.
We could see one more leg down to .25 it's showing something like that. But that would also be a gigantic buying op. So Im happy if the floor is in but that is based on more follow through next week.I kinda want one more shot at a crazy good price.
Agreed but it does look like it started to fill the gap. Tuesday is hopefully more follow through. It has had a short term run for months so we can look at it as short term trends thus you can look at the chart we shall see.
So from Feb to May the stock has made fast move up without any signficant corrections has filled few gaps. This steamroller has temporarily turned South but the charts have the answers forthat. So this now sets upto be a swing players dream. New buyers and profit takers buy at lower prices without news events. 5 pt swings could be the new trend. Which means hold your core position and play some other shares for quick profits. We now are in play for pending news better earnings etc. Just keep your hands firmly on the wheel the ride is only in the early innings.
The fight ahead for widespread use for non Thc over the counter CBD is to get over the hurdles of a Wild West reputation and the complete overall saturation in the marketplace. If I were Todd I would start a consortium to come together and self regulate. Most likely the FDA will work to put more regulations on the Industry. My mother currently takes a doctor approved CBD oil for her back. She can not live without and spends a lot of money. But it works. And with doctors less likely to hand out Vicodin and percoset most assuredly we are living in special times and have the chance to buy in CBDU at still reasonable prices. Execution though is only one part of the landscape.
Canserbero mishaps might not be the best description. I have been around a long time but just catching up again haven't sold a single share. But the dispensary has never really amounted to much. And like I said the direction is most assuredly positive. But go back and look at this board years ago and you will see we have not been perfect which you seem to say in your posting. Check out the OTC in their you will find some things like trademark violations etc. And the tons of shares outstanding has not helped.BTW some may not know that Todd came to us from Rayne forecaster consulting to improve stock price movement essenstially a pump master. I am adding to my position because we are getting results now.
Lumpy I feel like we are on the Leave it to beaver show lol but being a small company in what might be a game changing situation is a crtical point. There wil only be so many CBD products they will carry.Less is more.We are talking about just a detaied PR from Walgreens that will come and go.... Forget about the local papers and National publications where we could be mentioned.
If what we all think here that the acceptance by mainstream drugstores etc of the CBD craze happen more than just a release by Todd is in store. As new installs become set and mapped out I expect everyone from the media will be excited enough to look at this as very big news. Why wouldn't Wallgreens want to send out releases on the product lines that will encourage sales and want to promote the products especially a segment that could be game changing. From the idea to the reality has come full circle now. And one example in 2016 Endexx came out with the phyto bites but they were at that time a little too early. Now CBD is about to explode primarily with the acceptance of the mainstream retailers. You better believe they will do some aggressive promotions.
Thoughts to the board we must show more objectivity too much pumping does none of us any good. There have been some mishaps from this company in the past.
New to the board bought stock at 7 cents. At that time dispensary was the big thing guess that is still not off the ground. Very happy with new direction. However we must get over a dollar for a month and get Nasdaq listing that is critical. I am sure Wallgreens will make a official announcement as to who they have chosen to lead in their CBD efforts. Patience fellow friends.
