I would not be surprised if it just bounces around until then. I don't see why it would react any other way. Hopefully some results from the first few holes come back soon with something to get excited about again.
I know you already know the answer to that.
Mexus has zero pr so besides the group of investors and the people they have told nobody is aware of the stock. Any buyers on the sideline are waiting actual numbers. All prior movements were in anticipation of good news and well that never panned out so now we sit in purgatory until they provide real numbers and or a real JV
I thought we were done with delay talk since the drill program was completed on time. Gotta keep rehashing delays from the past which have no influence on forward progress. What ever floats your boat
Then stop bringing up a made up delay. It finished on time.
You must be concerned for how many posts you have dedicated to it. How is it a delay if they finished on time?
Also there is no mention of drilling to commence on the 1st. That was inferred by people here. All the PR said was PROGRAM to start the first.
How come you keep harping on it being a delay when they finished on time??? That makes no sense and really should dropped as your rally cry
That is exactly what I am saying. They are not the ones doing the assaying. So that means it is not up to them. They will fall into the cue with everyone else that ALS Chemex is doing work for. When it is done Mexus will have the results and then it will be up to Mexus to release results until that point though it is out of Mexus hands. Comprende???
Why say how long it will take for results when it isn't up to them? From past experience everyone gets bent when they offer a timeline and miss it so when they don't offer a timeline people still get bent. The saying goes you can't please everyone.
Turns out you were wrong on your delay and really just come on here to stir the pot constantly.
It is one thing to note that like the stock and be negative on it, it is another to completely fabricate lies. Mexus isn't even responsible for the drilling so even if it was delayed it has nothing to do with them since they are not the ones doing the drilling.
They only had 2 holes to go I would say they are right on time or heaven forbid a day or 2 behind.
When you are wrong you are really wrong.
Drill, results, buyout that is what I am hoping/praying for.
So what are you trying to say?
Mexus is finally having an unbiased unconnected company drill and publish results.
It is what everyone has been beating the drum for. Now it is happening and still some are not happy.
One way or another Mexus will be exposed as legit or a farce after this so how about everyone just sit back and let Major Drilling do its thing.
http://mexusgoldus.com/confirmation-of-contract-with-major-drilling/
Download. Its letterhead from Major Drilling confirming contract signed and drilling to start first week of November.
I guess you could always try calling Major to confirm payment if you need further proof.
Per IR it will be a 3rd party doing the drilling and assaying. FWIW we shall see
Its calendar 4th quarter not fiscal 4th quarter for anyone wondering.
I believe you are reading the sentence wrong. It is worded where it could be interpreted either way.
Eight head assay samples were taken averaging 1 g/t Au and 50 g/t Ag with one sample showing 30 g/t Au and another sample with 800 g/t Ag
Now it could read the way you are interpreting it which, agreed mathematically is not possible.
The sentence should have read,
8 head assay samples were taken. Seven of the samples avg 1 g/t Au and 50g/t while 1 sample avg. 30g/t Au and 800g/t Ag
Nothing new with PRs leaving a lot to be interpreted which in my opinion has been a big negative to the company and share price amongst other things.
It doesn't really matter because it is from the 8 brothers which takes a lot more processing. Why we even bothered spending time on this and money I don't know. If this company could just focus on one project from start to finish it would really be great to see.
You seem to take 8s opinions as news when he mentions repeatedly its his opinion gathered from talking with PT.
So are some only news worthy and others just opinionated?
Probably should start with the company website. Pretty sure the info you want is there.
Mexus wasnt responsible for the 8.2oz. That was marmar. They were in control of operations at Santa Elena. The money wasnt wasted. The equipment is still Mexus, the mine is still Mexus. The only thing it did do was delay everything and put us in a bigger financial pinch because cashflow never materialized. Hence why the shift to Ures to get cash flow going.
You keep hammering the funding of MarMar. Those funds went toward the mine and setting it up. Which Mexus now owns 100% off again. So it wasn't given away. Was it the original deal no. That is why MarMar got terminated. It was a bad business deal. Mexus should have done better due diligence that a dirt mover could also handle the chemistry side of things. Everything that the funds were used for is still sitting there aside from some wasted cyanide and a lot of time. I would venture they will pursue some retributions.
The time it takes to bring a deposit into production is also increasing significantly, slowing the rate at which production is replaced. Between 1985 and 1995, 27 mines with confirmed discovery dates began production an average of eight years from the time of discovery. The time from discovery to production increased to 11 years for 57 new mines between 1996 and 2005, and to 18 years for 111 new mines between 2006 and 2013. (For this analysis, expansions and mine redevelopments are not included as they are not comparable with new mine developments.)
The length of time from discovery to production is expected to continue trending higher: 63 projects now in the pipeline and scheduled to begin production between 2014 and 2019 are expected to take a weighted-average 19.5 years from the date of discovery to first production.

Looks like they still have 10 years before anyone needs to worry.
More of a test run which showed a MarMar didn’t know how to leach or recover gold. Remember they were running actual operations.
So you are telling me all other mines on their way to production do not incur losses?
How does that compare to other mines before they produce?
What’s the issue dear?
Oh Snap!!
VAT = Vat Agitated Treatment. Now onto the next great mysteries of the world
Agreed. Mexus needs to cut losses and just sell to a bigger miner that knows what they are doing. Clearly Mexus is over their heads.
A rising tide lifts all ships
For those complaining about just look at tech companies not turning a profit collecting huge salaries. There is a certain electric car company struggling to be on time with production. Is that company a scam too?
No rhyme or reason. Just not good at PRs. One week they give results in ounces next in dollars. Instead of just stating total ounces they have to explain the broker took their cut but who knows how much. At least I looks like at a minimum they 3x their output from the 8 ounces before. It’s positive forward at the end of the day.
Beyond you why it's down here? It's the failure to execute the last 7 years that's why. No other reason. There have been many expectations through the years ending with nothing. Thankfully they are still moving forward again, so we will see what happens this time around. The market is done giving them leeway. Hard concrete execution over and over is what the market wants now as do I and every shareholder. That will be the only thing that lifts this stock now.
Remember that one time someone said the mine was closed because of a well. Ya he was reliable.
Dent said Mexus wasn't providing anymore labor or finances so that would imply Mexus was covering costs and not MarMar. So what's the real story?
You need to remember it's not just gold in the pregnant pond. There are lots of other contaminants and dissolved ions that you have to contend with that impact how recovery takes place. It's not as simple as taking a net and swooshing it in the water and you have gold.
Don't let any of this distract you from the fact that when gold goes up it doesn't matter to a gold company. Knowledge tidbit from gitreal.
How is something delayed if never was a hard set date? Sounds more like delayed on your own personal timeline
Lol they visited Elena they didnt visit the new property. Come on now follow a little better. Take off those negative nelly goggles.
Looks like this week the hot topic is T trades. Last week was quality reports.
So next week will be another topic beat to death.
Good luck trying to time the market. If you believe Mexus will have a greater return over your other stock than I would sell and buy Mexus and not worry about timing.
In regards to your post yesterday about me serious about if gold going up is good yes it was a joke. We have had some posters try and say its not important.
Can someone explain to me why its good when gold goes up for a gold company? Ive been told it doesnt matter
