yes on both accounts,I believe thats what we are seeing here.Orders where they will fill for there client or they lose them.Same can sort of happen if they have a seller to fill.They will sell high if they have a seller at a lower price they will have to buy the sellers shares lower to make a profit.I think those 10.00 options menyioned earlier have been repriced lower or will never exercise.
This is a MM back filling after he sold those at .12 and up.Replacing inventory at a lower price.
Good thought,its unreal with the bid at 110,000 ask at 5000 the bid fills at 99,000 then 11,000 block.Who would sell the MM those shares.Nobody off the street seeing this hugh bid would sell.Manipulation at its best.
It is hard to say,I think or hope a new CEO is on the way apy off Sillerman he will keep stock options and we get new head of management under this shell.I hope all three Real estate ventures get under this with Whitthall getting shares. we will see.Blossom I do hope it goes to 7.00 eventually.

Blossom I respect your opinion,but nobody tops out on selling a stock,not Buffett and by all means not Sillerman,his past is tainted.I think this is a longer term play than you,waiting for 7 bucks ina day is not realistic in my view.I lived in Orlando.Whitthall credibility is as good as you will see in the cooperate world,opposite from Sillerman.It will be interesting to see whos got the right idea on this stock.GLTA.

If the addition of Harmon properties into CEXE comes true,THIS COULD BE HUGE.Las Vegas commercial properties are on the rebound according to the latest report.Leases signed.revenue producing,I hope we have something here.Just bought more.

I think when all leases are signed my guess about 20-25 for both sites and all this financing is secure we will know,it is a lot to announce all at once.Hope its though with no surprises.

Agree pro,once the leases or all signed and the ink is dry,obtain financing roll this baby ie all 77 acres into one then investors can get an idea on the value of this realestate company.The stars are lining up.I like the new wheel.

I dont get you guys we have been over this a dozen times.Until and if htese 77 acres with signed leases of at least 95 percent which may I doubt have already occured and the 8k as Pro has stated comes out all under the CEXE shell is announced this stock goes nowhere.CEXE has option to acqiue 65 percent of the I-Drive project.Our bet is we roll all this into one as Knavos is part principal of I -Shops.And hopefully no R/S/ by Sillerman.I wouyld love to see Whitthall have shares in CEXE,this maybe yet to come.Until then pie on the sky and MM reaking havoc.GLTAJust my humble opinion.

Yea that was my question.Whitthall isnt happy running to a supervisor to change blue to red.I hear no definitive answer best guess he does it and then make adjustments.Just no clarification.Any help?

Man you got to understand these MM.They control this deal thats whta we have been trying to tell you.When they dont have the stock and have to sell it they have to buy it back.Its crude but true.As Pro says if they do the plan we think they will with no R/S that is merge these companies gain leases for both parcels get the financing they may already haveit my guess about 350 million all in a 8-K we are good to go.But know one knows for sure but they have done a lot to keep this shell going,there is nothing there right now.Once its out probably getting leases sign and dried we are good to go.But this iant no short term 10.00 deal.Be patient.GLTA.
