Surely you jest Mr. Big. Let me count the ways. On second thought anything I say probably will not meet your definition of "so bad", and yes, it could be or get worse. Upset, and starting to question it all, even the nine promising trials smack of "Big Lie" propaganda techniques to me right now. Sorry, hope I'm wrong.

Not sure who, why, what, or when this came about and must add caution but it's the only positive (at least non-negative) note I've seen in a while on my Fidelity site.

"Thinking that paper is promoting their testing and design evaluation services to the auto industry." Well Mike we share many things, but... your interpretation of the evaluations underway at NASA to improve quality? The explicit exercise of the program is to identify what current "Automotive" parts, made to less than MilStd specs, are good enough and cheaper. The same goes for the DoD and COTs. Dont get me wrong. Im sure many parts are over-engineered, on purpose I might add, and could perhaps be good enough at half the cost, I dont know but the emphasis on lower standards is of some concern. Either way, traceability and our key into it seems to have the same "value proposition".
Semper Fi Buddy.
I recently came upon a NASA Electronic Parts and Packaging (NEPP) Program, specifically the NEPP Evaluation of Automotive Grade EEE Parts. I was of aware of the current emphasis and DoD directives which will accept lower standard COT parts, but had not realized we were to use electronics car parts in outer space. Interesting. A list of parts in the on-going evaluation included follow, the first reported (page 16), a Ceramic Chip Capacitor, with rather dubious results… 20-Mar-17
120 pcs on 10khrs test.
17 catastrophic life test failures with first occurring.
~3.1khrs
Just how low can we go?
Hey Mike, you might know. "Automotive" is that the same as COTs or another level of trust?

So it seems 22.
Although those "blurred" fiscals and questions regarding this years increased supply vs."demand" remain.

Un-scientific though it may be, it's interesting to note that not once, at least over 5 years, perhaps ever, has our newswire service Marketwired had only 1 PR in any single month, far from it. A couple of days left but we may be entering new territory, one with less with transparency, but hopefully Bigger Deals.
Hit me.

Eyes wide open and willing to up the ante guys? I'm in no position to do so but if I were, I'd also have to acknowledge the possibility of losses of over 75% on my small remaining position. My long term isn't what it used to be...
Best of luck to all, we need it.
Nice. Thanks RK.
In all the hubbub you may have missed this Henry Livingston post last week.

FWIW their 2013 Revenue (Wiki source) was: $3 billion. From that, how do you get to a measly $6 million deal today? IMO it must be an error and should have read $6 billion. About a 50% profit over the last 4 years if Carlyle has a buyer. On the other hand, if it's accurate, Holy Moly!
