Spot on, thank you Billiam!
- As of 7/19/19, Snaper owned 50 million shares of CTDT.
- He passed on 11/6/19.
- Since his passing, total volume of shares traded is 2.7 million shares. Approximately 1 million of those shares traded the 2 weeks following his death. Highly unlikely anyone from the Snaper family was trading during that time of mourning. More likely some small short term shareholders.
Nothing here indicates that Snapers family has sold there shares.

Sure thing. I certainly wish we were in a different place now and wish some things had been done differently, but still believe Chad had big plans for CTDT, and will see those plans through.
My position has not changed since my last post 2 weeks ago. Why would it? Some negative banter between 3 people on this board is not going to sway me.
I think they were changing strategy on funding, something other than Opportunity Zone Funding. I recall seeing that in one of Bizops or Pony's posts.
I was referring to the funding etc. that he had stated he had lined up.
Fyi,texted Chas yesterday. Simply asked how current market conditions affect his plans for CTDT...does it take anything off the table? He responded with "Pushes out timeline a few months max."
Thank you chsmoke. Wishing everyone here to have a great weekend and stay safe.
Excellent, thank you Cuenca
My apologies for delayed response, saw your message yesterday, but work has been crazy and haven't had a chance to respond. Regarding the reason for my optimism, mainly it is due to the time and money Chas has put and continue's to put into the company. He had not received any salary this whole time. With the technology and some of the contacts he has, he has a lot to lose if this doesn't succeed (both in time and money spent, as well as a monstrous potential return). I have had phone conversations with him now for over 5 years, and from what I can tell he is very committed. Do I have my doubts sometimes...absolutely. But I remain optimistic.
I am sure I am gonna get a bunch of ridicule from some on that, but oh well. Everyone is entitled to there own opinion.
Last I spoke with him was just over 2 weeks ago. Market had taken huge hit that day, though he noted shouldn't change what is on table for CTDT. Not sure what the events of past 2 weeks have done to timeline or plans.
Thank you Biz, same to you!
Hope we get what we've been waiting for very soon Pony!
You know all this based on what? I myself (and I am sure others here) have had numerous calls with Chas that are longer than just a few minutes in recent months. Just because we don't post every detail of every call doesn't mean we aren't having them. As u have been a shareholder for many years, don't you owe it to yourself to hear first hand from Chas or someone else from Company (Stephen Saunders is also a good resource), rather than relying on others here?
Thanks Biz. By "look different", are you referring to the share price as compared to now, the type of funding, the direction the company goes, the product that goes into market?
Thanks Naval, fingers crossed.
I agree, need the funding asap. I also doubt it is from the OZ route (based on what Naval stated, as well as the fact that the fund CTDT was going to be a part of hasn't launched yet). We shall see.
Fyi, had brief call with Chas on Friday, as he was walking into a meeting. He wasn't able to say much, just that he was close to clearing up the legacy legal issues, and he is close to getting the funding finalized. Again, he sounded very positive and alluded to a lot going on in the background. Just need to stay patient.
I completely agree Biz. Though depressing to be back at these levels, I still believe we will see good things here. Tough to be patient, but staying optimistic.
Also using ETrade
Thanks Biz. And thanks Ironman for sharing my previous post while I was away. Looking forward to this Company in 2020. "The comeback will be greater than the setback."
Last I spoke with him was January 3rd. Was a little tough to get a hold of him for me also, but he did get back to me.
Spot on Biz!
Great to hear Cuenca!
Had a brief call with Chas on Friday. He stated they are having to go through some legal hoops currently (I assume with changes in ownership with Snapers passing) , but assured me everything is still moving forward and plans to have everything squared away and current within several weeks. I have had a good relationship with Chas over past several years, and I remain confident in good things to come.
Not the first time they have had minimal amounts on the bid. I still think there is action in the background. I agree we do need to hear official news from Company in near future.
Merry Christmas everyone. Wish all the best to you and your families!
Appears some changes were made to the company website. Primarily regarding the passing of Mr. Snaper and changes in mgmt.
Still here...waiting patiently.
I concur with everything Pony has stated. Spoke with Chas only briefly on Monday, as he was headed into a meeting. A lot going on in the background. He is working hard, I hope this wait pays off for us soon. Go CTDT!
Initially all I saw in the 8k was announcement that Chas has been appointed chairman of the board. Did not realize until just now that the following was included in the 8k filing as an attachment. I have posted below in case anyone else missed it:
"LAS VEGAS, NV– (November 19th, 2019) – Centaurus Diamond Technologies, Inc. (the “Company” or “Centaurus”) – Centaurus Diamond Technologies, Inc. (the “Company” or “Centaurus” CTDT:OTCQB) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Founder and Chief Science Officer, Alvin A. Snaper on November 6th, 2019, in Las Vegas, NV, at the age of 90 years old. The World will likely never realize the significance and magnitude of the loss of this Great and Brilliant Mind. Much of the silence from the Management and BOD over the last year stemmed from the focus of the agenda on securing proprietary processes and patents relating to Magnatech and other technologies and patents that Mr. Snaper wished to make certain would continue after his passing. The Company is well prepared to commercialize some of his amazing body of work and will endeavor to carry on his Legacy."
Spot on Cuenca!
Chas as chairman of board is positive. I believe he has big plans for the company, and is workinghard to make those plans a reality. I think their is a lot going on in the background.
In my opinion, it is positive from a compliance standpoint in communicating the change in management. Once 10q is filed, I would like to see communication of where the company currently stands and plans for short and long term.
8k filed this morning
Filing extension for 10q was made this morning... so q will be filed end if this week at the latest.
You are welcome. Hope we see something soon from the company... would go a long way right now.
Yes, I believe they are still optimistic
I've briefly texted with Stephen Saunders and Chaz this week. Of course with Snapers age, they had been planning for this. They are working on 10Q, I am guessing with the passing of Snaper, we can probably expect a notice of late filing. Also, sounded like they will release a statement about his passing and path forward. Stinks to be back in this pps range, but I think will be very temporary.
