How about the major update on 10/10 including a 3 Billion share retirement? : )
I think it should happen. It is easy to do and would benefit everyone. IMO.
That's it, you're correct. Do you think they will get the refund? They are restricted so they can't hit the market.
BTW, What do you have some sort of transcript of the conference call?
Actually Yes. It was during the latest conference call from what I recall. I'd be surprised if stockvest received anything. If they did then that stinks IMO.
I believe they stated that they would not be paying stockvest didn't they??? Or they were going to get a refund?
Plus they couldn't liquidate that many shares without the share price crashing. So retiring the shares makes the share price rise and allows for easier liquidity IMO so they would probably be worth more than they are now realistically. Plus they are not with 44M now as it has been said that this stock is only worth .000001 or something like that. IMO.
flaflyerfan,
Returning the share percent to where it was before the R/S but with a lower O/S is not asking anyone to give up anything. Their percent ownership went up from 50% to 90% with the R/S......They only decreased the float shares. They pulled a fast one there looking back at it. IMO.
So they can make up for it by retiring 3.5 billion shares now, today. Then they can reinstate them in a few years if they want. Or dilute or whatever. But for, drop the A/S and O/S. IMO.
The public owned 500-600 million shares?????
I thought the float was 499 million?
Ungag the TA so we can find out.
Retire a bunch of those restricted shares.
We won't fall hard if they retire 3.5 billion shares.
Gman,
I understand the frustration. I own many shares like you do. I agree, if 10/10 is not giving us good news, then we tank.....and I may be the one tanking it. You have been patient, I can tell, but a man can only hold on for so long. So here we are, at the point of destiny, 6 days away. Do we rise or do we faiiiiiiiiiiiil? I don't know but I think I have reached my end point. Others may feel the same way. Life without EPGL will be unusual, surreal (sp?). I will miss you all, maybe. Wish you the best.
Popcorn time!
I don't believe it. Impossible. Up 12%.
Sir,
You are a major shareholder. Demand they get their act together and retire a huge amount of shares and/or give us major news. The time is now. IMO.
He lets you see his brokerage statements?
Family get togethers must be a blast for you guys.
How would you know?
How do you know?
First it was "A Major EPGL Update on developments"
then it was "Developments are coming"
now it's "Update on 10-10."
Is it Major or NOT??????
Please for goodness sakes EPGL.....clarify. Otherwise you are right, I think we head south.
Good luck to you too as I know you have a lot of shares. I thing they should retire a massive amount of shares and do it quick. IMO.
We were promised much more than that.....like .88......I want more......retire 3.5 billion shares now and it would happen. IMO.
Did EPGL win that lawsuit by the way?
But can we push through .03????
We almost did it but petered out.
Maybe WDCO could move up to .35 instead of .035?
These things take time. They want to make sure they do it right. IMO.
InWith is more than just paper. They have a website.
Are they allowed to do that??? That would be dishonest. IMO.
That's bull valiant. I emailed continental and they took the time to say they don't give out that info and it is up to the company. They could have given the info in the the time they took to decline. Something stinks and it's not my underwear because I wash them.
And not some rinks dink drop of 25 million shares. I want billions dropped. 3,5 billion. With a B. That would get it back where it belongs. It could easily be done. And it should be done. Toot sweet. IMO.
It's not "giving away" when you are essentially giving back something you took/stole/cheated/(and other words that mean the same thing). IMO. Do you not think they pulled a fast one with that R/S that only included the float and not the restricted shares? I do. And I want them time get their shares back to where they belong percentage wise. What's so bad about that? Simple. IMO.
Decreasing the O/S by 3 billion would have no effect at all? I just find that hard to believe. Then again what do I know.
They could easily get the price up by retiring the 3 to 3.5 billion shares. Just do it and be done with it. IMO.
Flaflyersfan,
There must be a way to derease the O/S by only decreasing the Hayes/PwC shares.....
perhaps an R/S of the Hayes-PwC shares to get it back in line before they only R/S'd the float??
Lets get the float back to the percentage it was before IMO.
What's the big deal?
Yeah. We keep getting these 100k dumps. WTH?
Before the R/S years ago the float was 50% of the O/S. Hayes/PwC had the other 50%.
After the R/S the float is 10% of the O/S. Hayes/PwC have 90% !!!!!
Why didn't the R/S include the O/S instead of the float????
Just return it back to where it was percentage wise. So they are not giving up anything that they didn't take from us a few years ago. IMO
Talk is cheap. If they really want to make a difference they can easily do it. Retire 3 to 3.5 billion Hayes/PwC shares now and watch what this stock does. So simple. So easy. So beneficial. Everyone wins. As a big shareholder you understand. I own quite a few too. EPGL needs to get us back to where we were before the R/S....50% float ownership and 50% PwC/Hayes ownership....now it is 10% float ownership and 90% Hayes/PwC. Stinks IMO. Do the right thing and be blessed IMO.
All they have to do is retire 3 billion or more of the Hayes/PwC shares and we start to move up significantly. Don't touch the float. This dropping 8% a day is getting old. Folks abandoning ship????? C'mon man!!!
Understood. So let's make it right. Simply come forth and be honest. Let the chips fall where they may. So simple to just let us know the truth and having it confirmed. Many other legitimate companies do it. What is the O/S and float? Simple.
Then why doesn't he just remove the gag on the T/A.......
Problem solved.
It's simple.
It's honest.
Why not?
It would be very disappointing if Hayes has been selling shares. He said the restricted shares would never hit the market.
Are you sure?
How difficult would it be to ungagg the TA and just have updates share structure numbers?
There is a big difference between 5 billion shares and 1.5 Billion shares. I just can't see how the price would not be affected. But that's just me I guess.
????
The initial restriction was for a year. That was a long time ago.
How can dropping the O/S radically by retiring shares not be a good thing?
I respectfully disagree.
But if it is actually done it would be very good IMO. Just do it and don't announce it. Then undo the TA gag. Sweet.
