Agreed. Hopefully by 2014 this really takes off...
$40 in chapter 7 liquidated stock traded today. Next stop, $1,000,000,000,000,000,000.
You're losing money if you don't buy some.
I'm not sure there is a link. Dead companies don't release updates, they are dead already. I can't find any Enron updated either.
Look the news headlines. Now find the story at the top. That is the most recent update.
You realize that is a difference of $2.40 total, right?
I would kick myself for holding 10,200 shares of this for 10 months after a bankruptcy chapter 7 filing. Either way, it worked out well. $15 dollar sale for worthless shares is better than nothing.
What constitutes "very old news"? That is actually the most recent news from this 'company' and it happens to also be more recent than any of those institutional holdings that were sold off by the middle of 2012.
If that ATM stuff is true, then these guys are really bad at what they are trying to do. The volume over the last year has been almost nonexistent.
Up 11% on 20 dollars worth of stock. Wow, what a money maker!!!!
Evidence? You mean besides the auditor resigning because they were uncooperative, followed by the company going dark, followed by delisting, followed by the stock price plummeting and lawsuits?
They never actually paid anything. The court documents only said they were SUPPOSED to pay by a certain date.

More court info. It's pretty sad that these criminals will walk away with millions they stole and the plaintiffs who lost their hard earned money on this scam will get nothing.
I'm sure Pope is much happier with this SEC filing "reassuring" them the money will be coming as opposed to actually getting the money owed to them.
I'll buy plenty when this gets closer to its audited book value of .0001 per share
On next to nothing for volume. Next stop, 8 cents. Then 5 cents...
I would worry about finding cheap shares. There will be plenty of them again tomorrow, just like always...
I tried a couple of searches and got most of the same articles that come up on google in English.
If anybody out there has links to actual business updates for Longtop since the end of 2011, please post it. I've been searching for months and have found no updates at all.
Where do you find updates on their actual business activities? I haven't been able to find any decent details online.
Does anybody know why JGBO is being sued for Securities Fraud or why nobody will audit their "financials"?
The book value is actually $0.00, as no auditor has been able to sign off on any financials this company ever provided.
Post a link to these supposed "records" please. Thanks in advance.
Can't argue with that logic.
This one has been a cash cow over the last month.

This is a copy of the SEC litigation. I'd also like to note that this was filed more recently than any of the company's financials.
JGBO hasn't filed financials in a year, and even those were falsified. This is why they were delisted in the first place.
