TKL: WAG of 8-10 IF the KDS is involved.
"5 October 2014 - Commissioning of 40 TPH palm oil mill in Cambodia."
By the way some on this board have been surmising about these plantations and mills this should have used multiple KDS. Would that it be so.

Finally got a chance to look at the "not yet ready for prime time" Sawipac website (WWW.SAWIPAC.COM still under renovation) and was impressed with what I saw. Photo #2 shows 4 green cyclones lying on the floor which indicates "mass production"!

From the "this means nothing department": The Yahoo Financial message board for FASC (for which I am about the only poster) has had two posts in the past couple of weeks from PennyStockWeekly touting FASC as being "Latest Pick" and "Upgraded".

TR: good job. Can't read it now since I'm out and about, but that's the type of validation it needs, especially from a person with a PhD from Stanford.
Jim: Congratulations on joining the Million Share Club. I will add your total to the unofficial share count I maintain. Anyone else who want to update his or her total - and I know there are a couple - email me at cwhudson@yahoo.com
BTW, I think you should have sold all of your Tirex shares. At least FASC has a actual machine to sell.
Charlie
One thing I was wondering about the other day is why are we hearing about Adam going to France next week for the commissioning of the S4? What about all the other sales during the year? I imagine he traveled to those locations also, unless the licensee is capable of setting up the machine properly.
Just wondering here in rainy (finally!) NE.
Charlie
PS I'll be in Sedona next week so don't wait for me to come back before getting the party started. October 6th is now just 5 days away.
FYI - No response from my contact at JCL requesting an update & photo.
I checked the last few short interest notices on OTCBB and FASC has not been short, so the next report should prove interesting.
TR: What's that now, 2 million shares at the ASK over that last few days and no movement? We should be up to .015 AT LEAST.
Sam: Sign in Falmouth, MA for a company which does house protection...
SURE LOCK HOMES
I kid you not!
I emailed my contact at JCL yesterday. <eom>
daemon: So you were one of the ones sitting on the sidelines waiting for a sign?
Once again we have a large volume day, only to discover that it was driven by members of this board. We need outside buying interest. And between today's volume and the amount mentioned by Waitedg we've had well over a million shares bought. And where did the share price go? Horizontal.
MMs selling out of their inventory? Naked selling and when they buy back tomorrow it will go up?
If we have another green day like today and the price doesn't move I'm not going to be a happy camper.

And as anyone who was paying attention in science class knows, a pot of water boils much faster if covered with a lid.
Our "lid" has to be a PR from HQ announcing ANYTHING.
TR: Well that's a nice validation of what's been happening over there. They may have dyslexically changed the KDS to KSD[T], but I won't quibble over it.
Especially if it works really well and takes over the world.
That's worth a "Cheer!"
My reading between the lines of rj2's post has me believing that not all the 'sales' that were purported to get FASC out of debt and SEC compliant by this fall are not happening, yet.
Maybe we'll get something in two weeks from the sale to France, but I've downgraded my expectations once again. Of course after all the years of owning this stock I really shouldn't have any left.

Net-Man: I hope this part of your post, "I have grown weary of providing DD just to have those that won't do the due themselves find fault", wasn't directed at me for asking for you to back up your statement. I have done my fair share of DD and always shared it with the board, unless asked not to.
Net-Man: "The KDS has been used to produce material in a number of projects producing biodiesel."
Can you, or anyone, validate your statement?
TR: It means little to you because you already have a boatload of shares, as many of us do. All the DD in the world means nothing to a new investor if he or she cannot buy any shares through a brokerage house (e.g. Fidelity).
Waitedg: Can't buy through Fidelity, otherwise I might be tempted. <eom>
It's so sad to think that, come the day we get back to .015, I'm going to be wicked excited. lol
Hey Beisch, I have no qualms about sending that company info on the KDS, so if you want to do it anonymously though me then shoot me some info via email.
Then call or email Adam like I do. He is much more open than Brian.
beischens: Do you run with this crowd? If so, then I can understand your reluctance to go out on a limb by recommending a company with those obvious deficiencies. But if it's just a matter of contacting a person of importance with the project then I say you've got nothing to lose.
How good a salesman are you?
Net-Man: I must be losing track of all the various installations because I don't know any that produce biodiesel, let alone a "number" of them.
Can you refresh my memory with a couple? Thanks.
Charlie
They worked with a local consultant to develop a directive toward achieving the CE mark, then Mainland Machining re-engineered the S4.
It was a long and expensive project, but now ALL new machines will incorporate these features and have the CE mark affixed to them.
This is a very important milestone for FASC.
Emailed Adam this morning and heard back just now. It's an S4, not and S6, which has just been shipped to France. He sent me 3 high resolution photos of certain parts which were being updated but I don't think they're worth posting.
They have re-engineered the whole drive system plus added many safety features so that the machine now qualifies for the CE mark which allows them to sell into the European Union.
I sent him a nice congratulatory note back.
Charlie
And speaking of St-Malo, hopefully he'll stop by and give us an update on his project.
If only FASC had a facebook page...active, that is. 4 yrs without a post from HQ.
But I'm sure that's all about to change once they contract with the company which will be marketing the KDS and developing the new website.
The heart is the most amazing pump. <eom>
Net-Man: Since FASC doesn't have an engineer on its staff do you know who did the redesign? MM is a fabricator but I suppose they could have suggestions, and then some of the licensees/JV have been tweaking the machine. Those upgrades are owned my FASC so they might be part of it.
Sam: that 250K trade @ .009 could have been Net-Man finally taking a CHOMP instead of NIBBLING.
Either way, largest trade in a long long time.
Sam: You should share your recent pic on fb with the crowd here.
I'll call after the 6th to congratulate everyone. I got the feeling from Adam that they're getting tired of getting the same questions from shareholders, especially when they can't answer them (e.g. financial reports). I decided to stop calling for a while.
I'm curious to know if it's just our little group that harasses them, or are there other "pockets" of investors - or large shareholders - as frustrated as we are.
TR & NM: You both are touting 10/6 as a day where there will be ceremony and public announcements regarding the KDS going to France. Have you both had confirmation from HQ regarding this event?
Thanks, Charlie
"Commissioning ceremony"? News? I don't recall ever seeing any photos of Cal or Brian breaking a bottle of Champagne over the classifier on previous commissions - it's just something FASC is contractually required to do. But I'm not saying I wouldn't be happy at hearing something by then.
Will the White Knight KDS be our Savior?
Float must be more than 11 million, otherwise with almost have being bought the price would have really shot up.
If Brian's not going to say anything with his mouth, maybe he could try his wallet. The CEO of another penny stock I own just purchased 5 million of his company's shares...and guess where the stock price went?
Think what an Edgar announcement re FASC would do.
And yes, this is tongue-in-cheek since I do know that Brian has opened his wallet many times to keep this company solvent.
But a guy can hope, can't he?
Enjoy the long weekend.
Charlie
In my reading today I thought it said that the MF-777 could handle 7 metric tons, which might explain the model name. At the time I thought that was less than 7 tons, but it's actually 11% more.
Was QL ever mentioned in any PR? I can't find a reference to them but I can to the MF-777 model, which I believe is theirs (2005). Good things were supposed to happen after those 3 were installed - 9 yrs later and still waiting.
Got a nice bump from that PR, perhaps it will happen again.
