Net-Man: I mentioned that vertical display issue to Adam the other day. I tested it on 3 browsers with the same result. He said he would pass it on.
He also reiterated how difficult CES is
being.
A batting average of .700 will get you in the Hall of Fame, but having 7 ZERO volume days in the last 10 puts you in the Hall of Shame.
It's just tough to see it day after day after the meteoric rise since the new year.
But soon it will be spring, although the snow won't leave my yard till April, and the birds will be chirping, the flowers blooming and the share price...
Cheers, Charlie
TR: No luck. Links loaded with "white space" only. <eom>
TR: Well that should make a few people happy. <eom>
Net-Man: No. I didn't ask about any recent sales.
Per Adam's reply...
France still not commissioned, might be another month or two. Difficult people to deal with.
He ran a "huge" test on the banana stalks which was successful. Again, people taking their time making decisions. No orders yet.
Web site is the final one, IQM deemed too expensive.
If the "one more sale" to get the SEC reports filed was relying on the French one, then the money won't be in the coffers for a while longer.
Charlie
TR: Your MM excuse doesn't cut it this time. 5 out of 6 days with ZERO volume just shows how invisible this stock is and how important an announcement of compliance is.
Fidelity won't allow trades of it, perhaps other brokerage houses are finally following suit.
Charlie
I emailed Adam yesterday re Geophia and a few other things. No reply yet.
Let's Get This Party Started! - Awhile back I said I'd post this every Monday until we hit $.02. Well even though we touched that 'milestone' last week we didn't hold it through Friday.
May this week be the one.
Cheers, Charlie
From the 2006 PR...
According to Brian Nichols, President of FASC, "This will be our first installation using the KDS Micronex in Asia to clean and de-water sewage sludge. There are numerous wastewater treatment plants in South Korea (population 49 million ) that process thousands of gallons of domestic sewage and other waste water each day. If successful, we expect to see our system in use in many cities around the world."
So only 2 sales in SK in 8 years? Not a ringing endorsement. Let's hope JCL does better in China.
Couldn't buy 100K AON @ .02 so I got rid of the AON. Now Fidelity has only found me 10K shares? What's up with that?
UPDATE: LOL - just after posting got the other 90K
Can we please just get to $0.02 first?
touchscreen: What's the point? Just another meaningless $90 trade. Now if it was 60,000 or 600,000 shares that would be more interesting.
And which stock does it refer to, since both closed at .015?
Patrik: Like TR said that number is unverifiable unless you can get someone at PWG to confirm, but it has been on their website for years so it's nothing new.
Anyone know if the new website was done by IQM? Adam had told me they would be doing it, along with the marketing.
If it is the final version I'm not impressed. Very plain. For one it doesn't even display full screen on any browser - that's a major gaffe. And I would like to see the company logo, a major picture of the KDS (maybe as a watermark image), and the latest news (which would include any message from the Grand Poobah) on the main page.
All superficial fluff to some, I agree, but it's MY damn wish list and ain't nobody going to take it away from me!
But the fact that they did something is what's most important...and that Brian thanked us. Means a lot to me.
Cheers, Charlie
Others may have already done so, but I just sent a thank you note to Brian & Adam, from our little group, thanking them for the new website and keeping the doors open.
Sam: Adam says they've been working hard to get the facebook unlocked. I suggested just starting another one with the same name but append (FASC) at the end.
17 posts to go...get ready TR!
It was the "Grill Buster". Guess it didn't make it because the last eBay listing was from 2011 and no facebook entries since 2012.
Hopefully DR is still out there lurking.
Keep an eye on it means there might be something coming, otherwise he would have said something like, "OMG, I can't believe what they've updated the website!!!!"
Okay, that's what I would have said.
tkl: The old one getting a fasclift? I just hope it doesn't come out more hideous looking than before, like so many female Hollywood stars do.
And why now when a brand-new one should be in the works?
But at this point I'll take anything that shows a prospective investor that the company is alive and kicking. I only hope they leave out listing the Investor Information section, at least until they can report something later than 2008.
It seems we're getting noticed. <eom>
Come on Sam, you always complain when 1100 shares drops it 34%, what about today's trade?
And look at the after hours ask of .038. Now that is so much more reasonable than .105.
Don't want to wear out my welcome, so to speak, so I won't be contacting them for another month or so.
I would think that JCL wouldn't have built the pilot plant without having done feasibility studies regarding what the interest was and how many companies/municipalities would possibly purchase one. Therefore I would expect a sale to come from their efforts in the near future.
tkl: Remember this statement of yours from back in September?
"I'm all done now Charlie. I hit X million. I will buy no more."
Guess you're not a man of your word - thankfully!
The only volume spikes we've have in the past few months have been longtime shareholders increasing his or her position. The only difference was that yesterday's actually resulted in the B/A moving dramatically.
We will probably slowing drift back down until we hear real news.
It was nice while it lasted though. I was on a Patriots/FASC high for the day!
Cheers, Charlie
TKL: I was hoping it wasn't you. I thought you had enough, guess I was wrong.
Thanks for moving 'the sticks'...just like the Amazing New England Patriots did last night to become Super Bowl Champs once again.
Whoa! a 200K trade on top of those earlier ones? Yikes!
B/A of .015/.012
TR: Luckily the storm hit after the evening commute which, coupled with the travel ban, kept people from getting stranded in their cars. Another couple of inches tomorrow night then more on Monday. Up until this past weekend it had been a snowless winter.
I guess it's time for me to check in with CBE and see what's happening on the other side of the planet.
Charlie
What else to do when snowed in but clean the shelves of your refrigerator and throw out all the expired items (I'm famous for eating out of date stuff)...and contact Technica Bokstein.
My 25 year old fridge now has a facelift and looks fabulous, but unfortunately the news isn't as good regarding TB. They're still looking to get a group together in Israel, or possibly do a pilot plant in Europe. Either way it's a few months off but he said he'd keep me posted.
Hopefully by then we won't need them as much?
Cheers, Charlie
That wind was hellacious! It's slowed down here too and the flakes are a little larger. I'd say 20" so far but the day is far from over.
I have your "push pin" on the FASC map in Maine - is that close enough?
Cheers, Charlie
Well Hello Winter! How are Net-Man and Al holding up (we're all holded up, that's for sure). Any lurkers out there enjoying this blizzard?
Net-Man: That picture has been there since the new website went up and was mentioned on the board then. Please try to stay current with all that is happening here.
TR: Thanks for pointing out the new picture. Hopefully we'll be hearing from St. Malo soon with good news regarding the financing.
I wonder where that photo is from - the hen manufacturer? I don't recall seeing any KDS photos with trees in the background.
touchscreen: What stock? I only saw info about him buying 67K shares of CMC at the end of 2014.
Got a link?
TR: It might be too early to talk about this, but i remember discussions on other penny stocks I used to own about what happens to the stock when a company changes its name. Do all certificates have to be turned in to the transfer agent and could this cause a spike in price as naked shorters are forced to cover?
Cheers, Charlie
In a follow up email to Brian I brought up the subject of changing the company name and that maybe the new marketing firm could help with the rebranding.
He surprised me by saying that's something he'd like to do but let's get the SEC Issue behind us first.

Waitedg: So happy to hear that you're doing better (and bowling better than I do). We all want you around for the party, even if it's just via Skype.
News from JCL is that the conference they were to attend in March has been CANCELLED, and they have no others planned at this time. They are still busy entertaining prospective customers at the plant.
Charlie
Last year in January I sent an email to Brian requesting something like a "State of the Company" update. No reply. Sent a reminder 2 weeks later. Nothing.
Sent a similar message the other day and this time got a reply. An encouraging one too which hinted that we might be hearing something [that word that shall not be spoken]. He thanked me for hanging in there during this "tough journey".
Cheers, Charlie
TR: I, for one, always appreciated your effort in culling through those reports and reporting the important parts per your professionally trained eye. I usually read them later at my leisure, but you providing the "Cliff Notes" version in a post soon after the release was most helpful.
Cheers, Charlie
