God spoke against all kinds of "far from sacred" things ...
regardless of what kind of sexual orientation you prefer.
So that would pertain to heterosexuals as well.
The act of homo-sex is what is "far from sacred" . . .
not loving another person regardless of gender.

OT: I'm just trying to picture my pastor's navel . . .
but definitely well stated.
This is one of the things that we were disappointed with our pastor about in the past two presidential election cycles.
He was good in getting us to sign petitions to stop our state (MD)
from approving same-sex marriage . . .
but never once preached from the pulpit how important it is to have the leaders of our country feel the same way.
He has been good in preaching from the pulpit that homosexuality is a sin and we love the sinner
but never once preached from the pulpit how important it is to have the leaders of our country feel the same way.
Pastors do not have to mention candidates by name . . .
all they have to do is preach about what makes up a good leader of our country.
We are probably leaving our church soon because of it and other little things relating to lack of boldness from our pulpit and staff.
I was recently denied teaching a Biblical parenting class because,
for one of many topics, I was going to teach that it is OK to spank . . .
the staff thought that might offend someone !!!!!!!!

on a failed Up, Open Downers.

yes.. how sad . . . and it will be forgotten how good things were before.
Just like people today don't remember how much better it was.

It doesn't look like it . . but you never know how they will surprise us.
I suspecpect that tomorrow morning's "good news" reports will
cause us to jump and run Up into my key-range.
THEN it will be tricky and we must watch closely.
HOWEVER, I do not recommend Buying now based on me thinking it will be higher tomorrow.
I only Trade with the momentum/flow .. right now it's just educated guessing about tomorrow.
After tomorrow, THEN I will momo-trade.

so, we got down to my posted Key level of 158 Friday
then moved back Up that same day.
This, along with Monday's Doji was our clue to the Up move coming yesterday and continued today.
So, the next thing we do is look at the price-action at that next level I had posted = 162.
SPY = 161.50 - 162.00 is the key Resistance range to watch.
Today's Rally higher on bad news GDP is a great time to look for failure if SPY gets near that range.
Tomorrow morning's Jobless Claims and Personal Income reports offer a great chance
for Big Money to run the Market Up to that area and then start Selling.
Watch for it.

I've been short for weeks as well and Closed them all out yesterday.
Profits in the Bank is always nice .. and looking to get IN again when the rally dies.

LoL! . . except when the market moves Up . . .
then drawdown is always stressful.
It is better to short when the market is moving Up . . .
and go long when the market is moving Down.
Much better risk/reward.
Your thinking is the reason I said to let the market move Up now.
When everyone is thinking Down, Smart Money is Buying and the market rallies . . .
then Smart Money dumps for Profit to all of those jumping on the Up wagon (and they short) ...
THEN the Market moves Down Big.
So .. like I said .. wait for the Rally, then wait for it to fail at a key level .. like SPY = 161.50 - 162.00 . . .
THEN short.

this is why I always wait a day or two after a price-level is broken . . .
that level is normally come back to and retested
to tell us if the breakout was true.
It appears, for now, that the 1650 SPX and INDU 15300 breakouts were not true ...
yet.

$SPX = 1650 and $INDU = 15300 are very KEY levels for today.
Failure to Close above them would show some weakness
which would probably bring some Down tomorrow.
Closing above those levels would be Bullish.

         a little bit of a Drop and then a rise  
         makes me want to Buy Call options 
 IOC - InterOil should Open near unchanged ... 
         a little bit of a Drop and then a rise makes me want to Buy Call options

Sold SCTY 37.5 Calls @ 130 . . .
got a little Greedy near the top of 150 or so,
but still happy with well over 50% Profits.

Bought SCTY 37.5 Calls @ 75 . . .
already Up Big .. still Holding.
