Manufacturer...this is from the 10Q
Upon the submission of the IND and draft Phase 2 protocol, FDA advised Navidea that commercially-produced Lymphoseek would need to be used in the Phase 2 clinical study, as opposed to using drug previously manufactured in laboratories at UCSD. Navidea transferred bulk drug manufacturing to Reliable Biopharmaceutical Corporation (Reliable) and engaged OSO BioPharmaceuticals Manufacturing LLC (OSO Bio, formerly Cardinal Health PTS) for commercial manufacturing of the drug product.
I know they did a 10 year manufacturing contract with Reliable in 2009. So, either Reliable, or OSO ( was Cardinal) is responsible. Just doesn't make sense. Reliable specializes in API, OSO does the rest. They have been working with the FDA for years. I cannot believe this would be something major. They are working with manufacturers that already do this type of work.
Actually, it does. I had to call Isaac Newton for some further research, but I do understand what you are talking about. Granted, from a 5000 ft level, but I think I get the basic principle. Going in to greater detail would have had me lost in the woods. I guess some of it is wishful thinking. I take a look at where we have come from price per watt in 1980 to now and cannot believe how many politicians think that solar is dead. Imagine where we will be 10 years from now. There are so many uses for this application outside of just office windows, I hope they get creative. I'll give you a piece of what the company sent me in an email. Hopefully they don't run out of money before they can get a product on the market.
We currently have six product development goals for our SolarWindow™ technology:
• SolarWindow™- Commercial - A flat glass product for installation in new commercial towers under construction and replacement windows;
• SolarWindow™-Structural Glass - Structural glass walls and curtains for tall structures;
• SolarWindow™-Architectural Glass - Textured and decorative interior glass walls, room dividers, etc.
• SolarWindow™-Residential - A window glass for installation in new residential homes under construction and replacement windows;
• SolarWindow™-Flex - Flexible films which may be applied directly on to glass, similar to aftermarket window tint films, for retrofit to existing commercial towers, buildings, and residential homes; and
• SolarWindow™-BIPV - Building product components associated with building-integrated-photovoltaic (“BIPV”) applications in homes, buildings, and office towers.
Thanks again for your info Solarguy
That's a horrible post. Everyone knows they can't just give out monthly numbers. That would violate Reg S-K and S-X. Not to mention it would annoy the Money Managers (you know, the one's that ask all the questions on the quarterly conference call) as no one would be interested in their estimates. Whether or not they beat or miss. Also, any documentation with that information generally goes through an audit. Any mistakes or misrepresentations will have the SEC demand a Comment Letter. Which it is not a good idea to accumulate those. So, are you going to tell us the name of this Non GAAP stock?
Okay Solarguy, you know a lot about solar, you have established that. Everyone is hung up on windows for commercial buildings. Solar companies use glass on their solar panels, my neighbor has a few on his roof. So, seening that the coating is transparent, what would be the reason that they would not be able to apply their transparent coating on the solar panels to increase their energy output? Would the thin film cause too much of a disruption and lower the efficiency of the panel?
THIS IS WHY I PUT ARTY ON IGNORE. Notice the post I am replying to as well as the date...this is two years ago. I know he is shorting, but two years...
Well, for starters, if you don't like NENE, why waste your time posting on it and doing research. That alone discredits anything you say. That's just stupid and a waste of time. Unless you are trying to short NENE which by that volume I cannot see. Maybe you should call NREL and tell them you know more than they do and stop wasting the taxpayers time and money. I am sure they will take you seriously. Probably about as seriously as we do on this board.
They have approved over a half million apps. Good grief, my nephew has an app that makes different fart noises. I think the approval process is pretty laid back.
Here's whats really funny...go to pervasips channel on youtube...since june of 2011...5500 views. This new channel of advertising is amazing
Okay, so she is at 157,000 video views this morning. Is this stricktly the Vox videos. If it is, she deserves more than yahoo or apppli. Hopefully they didn't give her 10 million shares
I never paid attention to them over the past 12 years because of that. I didn't start paying attention to them until the CRADA. I am using the gains from the last run to 4 so I am keeping tabs, but you have to remember the difference. Their product is asorbing only the infrared, isolating the infrared spectrum. It will be a while before they can compete with NENE. The main thing to look at now is to get manufacturing up and running so we can get a solid PPW.
You're right Daub's, it's the conversions that are the most important. If it's free, anyone will download it temporarily. I knew when they announced that they would require a credit card that the downloads would drop off. However, hopefully we are really getting quality prospects now.
Now THAT would attract shareholders. We would definitely have more than 200 if they pushed that type of business plan. Hopefully they will see that and listen to you.
I wish. However, I have a feeling that when they hit 100k downloads we will see a PR
Why don't you just get out now so we don't have to hear your whining.
Well, I am not going to say too much as I do not want to be bashed by everyone I have on ignore, but the plot thickens. That 1 million share purchase is making more and more sense everyday. This is getting interesting. Thanks again Kars for your research!
Does anyone know why the Vox FB page now has Fry's in their Likes?
That would be huge if they start anything with them.
Not even close. However, it is a typical university professor, get a story printed, get grants, and sit around and keep talking about the possibilities 5 years down the road. When he has to start answering to shareholders or have skin in the game, then you can worry
Daubs, this is sooo funny. I have probably all but 7 people on ignore. Don't tell me that someone did not understand the SA deal. I took your advice and emailed Barry. Hence the reason I am now up to 1 million shares and holding. I am no longer listening to the folks that spread rumors without doing DD. However, keep you're awesome posts comin' Daubs. You've been a big help.
Darn...Kars, are you going to any other boards. I like your posts.
I'm not sure, I have sooo many people on ignore. I just have the people that make the comments I like.
Amen my brother, had to be said. Patience is a virtue.
Finally, Apppli is advertising on their FB page
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Apppli/157986830903916
It's still on Apppli's FB page. If you go to the time line in your right, you will see that you viewing the "Now". Go under it and click on the June, you'll see it. Although it is interesting that Vox has over 4,000 likes and Apppli has like 63.
Alright Daubs, I have rounded out to 1 million shares. I think I am going just keep that limit for now. Don't think I'm going to add anymore. I have a couple of friends that are picking up small amounts right now. They are waiting until the next Q before they really get serious. However, they have downloaded the app, connected on FB and are spreading the word to a few of their network that work internationally. Keep me in the loop of any promotions you are doing that is attracting attention.
Thank you KARS!
Which is why I look at the download chart. I could care less about South Africa or Video, just keep the downloads coming, they can't fake the chart
I don't care about what they did in 2011, I care about what they are doing now. They have competitive international call plans and a great looking "app downloads" chart on google. I don't think they had that last year so they probably had a volatile year. I haven't been in this very long. Judging from having nothing in place, I probably wouldn't have bought last year. However, their international app and rate plans are a great foundation. After that I don't get into conspiracy theories. Say what you want about Paul, he was a CPA with E&Y. He could easily take his resume and get a six figure job with a corp or cpa firm. He's here for a reason, he sees a lot of potential. Oh, I know, lets say he gives himself a million shares...oooooo that's 20k, can't do that for a living, not for the long term. He could make much better money elsewhere.
How many revenue streams do you think they have? Right now I know of one. They have always mentioned that about 1/3 of their buisness is from two customers. Hence the reason why several smaller accounts will be building the foundation.
That's a weird reply. Recheck the Q
Now that was a good post G2. I do appreciate that info. I guess I still do have my concerns. However, the google app download chart is transparent. The reason I held off before because they had action plans, but no action. What has caught my eye is the app downloads. We will not know until the next Q if June revs were up 9% over May...but if they are, this will grow exponentially. There is a 30 day lag due to the free month. The action they finally took was the Intl App. Now we are seeing something. As we all know, the download chart really started taking off in June and all their Intl plans were in place. If July and August keep the pace, we will have a nice Christmas. However, I am with you on some of these partnerships. Until I actually see the action. I am not getting excited. As I have been doing more research on apps...that 100,000 download mark is key and the 10,000 paid customer is huge. At that point you have your own sales staff telling their friends about the app and it explodes from there. For now, I am feeling better...unfortunately I just have to see some more "up and running" vs "going to be". Subpenny is going to be my next round of buying. I will try to hit the million mark at that point.
Yes, we spoke about that when it was the PRE 14C on the 11th. Old news
G2, I had to dig to find that comment because I have you on ignore. My MAIN concern was the deal they have with Apppli and G3 Connect. Neither of them are on Hoovers. The only think I can find on Linkedin is that both companies seem comprise of 10-50 people. On the PR statements that usually have a blub about the companies mentioned at the end, I have seen nothing for Appli or G3. Hence the reason I am looking for anyone that has info on these companies outside of their website. At least with Pervasip we can go to Edgar and look up their past as well as Hoovers. So if you have any info, pass it to someone to send to me. I have to admit, I am apprehensive about the fact that they are missing payments. I am hoping that no action is being taken because they do have something they were able to present to buy them some time. However, the 10Q was a little shaky.
I'll send him an email. If anything I will let him know how many shares I have for the long term hold.
Thanks Guys!
Aside from the company website, do you have any links to Corp info for G3 Connect. They are not listed on Hoover's and on Linkedin the have a profile that says they are only 11-50 employee's. Is there any idea of how many agents they have? Any links would be great!
I picked up another 200,000. I am now at 930,000 shares and HOLDING.
No, thank you DaubersUP..glad to hear your spreading the word. LET ME KNOW as soon as you successfully download it on your iphone. I am the only droid user I know. I have a couple friends buying the stock in just small amounts, but I know I could get quite a few to download the app when it comes available for the iphone.
Just curious...have all of you downloaded the app? I first started with GROOVE IP on my droid. Hated it. Half the time I was trying to adjust the echo. Most of the time people on the other end kept telling me they could barely hear me. I kept getting delays (I would speak and it would take a few seconds for the other person to hear what I said). It was pretty bad. Pervasip's app is the real deal. The difference is incredible. Hence one of the reason's I am long PVSP
depends on what the shareholders are doing. The volume is enough to attract day traders. However, even if 2 million shares were traded to day, that's still only $23,000. If I was 10% of that and you had a couple people day trading, the price will be volitile. As I mentioned in previous posts, I am waiting for the next two earnings. I am not expecting as much for the one they are currently working on as it more than likely will not show the impact of the increase in download activity. The next one may be more exciting. However, if there was no potential, I don't think they would have been able to pull of the debt reduction as well as maintained backing of the partnerships they have formed. HOPEFULLY the number of downloads may also direct some of the customers attention to the stock as well.
Not me. I picked up another 200k. I also have a friend that got a small chunk of 25k.
That's true. I apologize to everyone for going back and forth with him on this board. Any other reply's I will post as private. I'll keep the positive momentum going. I still think we're in for an incredible run.
