R.I. Thank you. Seems like we may be hearing more about this.
Welcome back 68. Haven't seen you since February.
Thank you, JTFM.
Thank you, dasgrunt.
Hope they will let it rip.
Hi Jeff, Looks like the change in directors is well received! That's the only news. Volume looks okay, relatively speaking.
Lltd
The big question is if the intrinsic value is $127, then what is the big f*@!# barrier here? Our growth is phenomenal! Our management top notch!
The company really isn't helping. I keep thinking that we must have sold our soul with the senior note deal but I am too ignorant to understand the details and their implications.
Best of luck to you too, lltd. Today's price action was an improvement. Better day tomorrow!
Silvr, Great DD. I can stop being annoyed that he's buying a big boat.
Hi Jeff, I agree. This is totally confusing. Do you think it will prompt a rebound next week?
Thanks. Happy to see 60's today on improved volume.
JTFM, Confused by your phrasing. Are you saying that you feel ANIP is overpaid? ANIP overpaid for BPAX? Please clarify.
Hi Jeff
I don't understand it either.Seems like we should be going higher.
BB,
Nerve wracking stock market! ANIP has proven to be a well run company, good employer, creative, opportunistic in the best sense of the word (resourceful!) Fingers crossed for a better than expected earnings.
Best to you and all other board posters.
Hi BB,
I don't know that much about Cardinal but aren't they more like a middleman between companies like ANI and drugstores, hospitals, nursing homes, etc?
I don't think we are in the same business. I don't think we have the overseas exposure that is described in that article either.
One person who we really have in our side is Scott Gottlieb, FDA director who is all about speeding up generic approval and getting high quality, lower cost generics to market.
Thanks Catty!
Wish I could go!
Smile, Those costs are tax write-offs against revenue. I agree with JTFM. A more expensive venue could be an indicator of a great quarter.
JTFM,
Please express to Loko that we are all grateful for all the research. I have been reading Loko insights for years!
I am grateful for all that you do too as well as every other great contributor here.
Miraculous really. Thanks Silvr.
Thanks Silvr,
...and we DO sell something testosterone: eemt. We've been selling it for years and it's not FDA approved but it is legal and the FDA obviously has no problem with it.
Hi cacheflash,
I remember when ATRS (or AIS) bottomed out because of Libigel and Wotten pulled it from the website pipeline and not a word was said.
At the time it seemed like he wanted to disassociate with Biosante because of the pps drop. In retrospect, ATRS deserved an explanation too.
Love that idea!
Thanks Silvr and Catty.
tomhilsen,
Many years ago we were here as the same group of BPAX posters. This was even after the FDA reported that Libigel's efficacy was not significantly better than placebo causing a devastating blow to pps.
...and still we persisted. We averaged down and then averaged down some more. We read and researched and read and researched some more. Adam Feuerstein once referred to us as the Biosantians. We should have made T-shirts.
I want to know the end of the story.
Options. Sorry. Misread the form when I saw " A. " Thanks.
Przybyl,Schrepfer, and Carey are buying today.
...and Marken
Wow. Thanks JTFM. We may see a reaction to this tomorrow (pps).
Hi Jeff and BB,
If they sold stock because of undisclosed material knowledge that is illegal, right? Maybe I'm naive but our experienced CEO and directors would not have done that. And, all at once!
I don't buy the taxes story: there's a code for that "F." I'm sticking to the story that they are investing personally.
Meanwhile, congratulations on your new patent!!
The selling came after the investor conference and one idea that occurred to me was that they left the conference knowing about a hot investment.
Have you seen this? We are suddenly hiring BIGLY:
http://www.anipharmaceuticals.com/careers_positions.php
Hi Jeff,
Not sure that I think the Confidential Treatment Order is significant. We have had several in the past but JTFM seems to track them. He may know.
You made a comment a couple days ago that I thought was interesting. If they aren't pursuing Libigel they should have written down the asset. Yes.
Why would he be selling with this great IDT Australia deal right around the corner.
Don't get it. Obviously not because of the company.
RG,
Agree except volume. If it wasn't for the recent selling it would be on fire.
Happy Easter to you too.
I still think it's really weird that P&T had 300 mcg T on a patch and the FDA gave them efficacy but not safety.
We had 300 mcg T in a gel. FDA gives us safety but not efficacy.
Please.
Who is putting all this together? Shouldn't Allergan or TEVA have Intrinsa patch data at this point?
Hi Jeff and JTFM
Lawley, an Australian company cites research and openly states their intent to pursue FDA approved testosterone treatment for women. Susan Davis is on board. Are we working with Lawley behind the scene?

For safety reasons, Australia has really restricted compounded testosterone. Hopefully our new FDA director will follow their lead:

tomhilsen,
Fair perspective. I would love to know what they are buying.
Hi Jeff,
I wish we had more info.
Thanks JTFM.
Hi JP, I just saw that selling too. I agree that it is frustrating not having explanation. Weird. Especially after an investor conference.
