Retail locations and Amazon have sold out, and been restocked on numerous occasions.
MINE
Why wouldn't they? They didn't expand to 1300 + retail locations plus Amazon, plus UK for nothing.
Warmer weather means more sales in current and expanding markets.
MINE
It was "frantic." Should be a very interesting Spring and Summer season...
"As we continue to execute our plan going into the Summer Season, the pace will only get more frantic. As more people sample, love and demand VitaminFIZZ in their favorite stores, our beloved flagship product will, we believe, continue to expand and evolve into a dominant, global brand."
"Note: We are only talking about VitaminFIZZ (so far). If you remember, we have a few more major category contenders in the pipeline!"
MINE
Exponential and vertical expansion? Critical mass? Sounds like Vanis is serious to me. Not a plan for the timid or faint of heart, IMO.
"Note: Even our industry advisors and brand partners are impressed by the success and speed of the market's acceptance of and demand for VitaminFIZZ.
In preparation for the Spring / Summer seasons, we have ramped up production to satisfy the unprecedented consumer demand for VitaminFIZZ. In addition, we are lighting up the United Kingdom (UK) market this Spring. In fact, we will be the first (in our category) to market in the UK. We'll also be evaluating a few new markets in a few different corners of the U. S. and the world.
Our key account progress in SoCal has captured the attention of several different groups of stakeholders (including institutional investors, very large chains and would-be competitors). We landed Albertson's - Safeway, received long-term placement in Walgreen's and Kmart and have a few more major retailers in the works. All this attention and demand is reaching critical mass, which is exactly why we have been responsibly building our strong foundation to support what we believe will be exponential and vertical expansion."
MINE
The company will determine its own future. It's not a game to them.
MINE
I think the goal is to build a beverage company. Debt was necessary to accelerate the pace.
What did Vanice say about the pace?...
MINE
Spring and summer sales are just beginning, along with UK expansion. As I have posted multiple times, I'm interested in the next 2 Q's.
Current volatility is to be expected... Even taken advantage of...
MINE
I've been wondering if they have a UK or European bottling company that can supply the overseas expansion?
I'm aware of Darin's South Africa connections.
BTW, Thanks for your continued DD. I know tensions can run high when a stock is trading below expectations, but I suspect that will change for the better soon.
MINE
The expansion, pays off the debt as the company grows. Business 101.
MINE
Ancient history indeed. Vanis has provided a map that anyone can easily follow.
The store locator is proof of expansion in the US, and when VitaminFIZZ arrives in the UK, (providing the boat doesn't fall off the edge of the "flat earth") we should see some evidence that the map is leading us in the right direction.
MINE
I've read every PR and newsletter, every filing, and I keep seeing VitaminFIZZ expansion (now over 1300 stores?) under the guidance of CEO Scott Vanis. Hmmm...
I was going to apply for the position. Figured I could run this company with my remote control from the comfort of my Lazy Boy recliner...
MINE
In the same newsletter Vanis announces the UK rollout which has yet to happen, so it seems as if we are beginning "the next step" that Vanis is referring to here.
"we believe the current share structure is sufficient to get us to the next step in our evolution."
MINE
Not even close.
MINE
That statement can still be found in the company newsletters, and has not changed.
MINE
And just getting started really. Spring and Summer should see increasing sales and new retailers added to the already impressive list.
The foundation has been laid.

"In preparation for the Spring / Summer seasons, we have ramped up production to satisfy the unprecedented consumer demand for VitaminFIZZ."
MINE
Looking forward to the numbers for the next 2 Q's here. They will be far more revealing than the Jan. 31 numbers.
Goes without saying that VitaminFIZZ should sell far more product in the Spring and Summer.
In all markets.
MINE
The recent expansion would not have occurred without help (and plenty of it) from people well connected in the beverage industry.
Same with the ongoing expansion to the UK.
MINE
All this talk about "scaling back" does not appear to be supported by the expansion now underway.
"Our key account progress in SoCal has captured the attention of several different groups of stakeholders (including institutional investors, very large chains and would-be competitors). NY numbers should improve during warmer weather. The east coast got hammered this winter. Nowhere to go but up in that market.

Expansion to 1200 retail locations plus Amazon, plus UK rollout, plus further US expansion...
We're only into the 2nd week of Spring...
MINE is just getting started.
Go Power Brands. Go MINE.
Ripoff Report is a discredited joke.
Minerco is a company on the move.
MINE
To get cheaper shares?...
MINE
Looking forward to phase 2. Seems like a responsible plan by Minerco, who has more patience than traders.

The pitfalls of social media, and the anonymity of the Internet.
Blessing or curse?...
Did I say "pit"...

Not sure I want to venture into the, ahem, darker regions of the human psyche...
Be afraid, be very afraid... Lol!
I prefer: Come to the light, feel the fizz, no harm will come to you...

Nice set up for next week, IMO... ;)

I'm not telling anybody what to do one way or the other. Who to trust, why to trust them, or not. I'm old enough to make my own decisions. (Not a college student either) Do as you wish.
MINE
Your words, not MINE. Invest as you wish. Or don't.
Great opportunity for the doubters to get out on that bid.
And how do we verify this?
Well said. I'll let the company do the talking, and ignore the arm chair CEO's.
BTW, if any of these OTC traders knew what they were talking about, they would be running their own public companies.
MINE
Despite the efforts of many, we may have seen the bottom of this cycle.
MINE
And they are losing their shares.
MINE
Meanwhile... Nearly 4 mil. Shares just bought at .0055.
MINE
It's hidden in a dark place. Might be able to find it with a colonoscope...

Products don't get to market (1200 stores and counting) without distribution.
Some plant seeds of skepticism, Minerco is planting seeds for harvest.

Darin's reply says it all. Actions speak much louder than words.
