Spot on AntiOne...And given HRDN is considered the 5th most shorted Ticker in the OTC, looks like some peeps are gonna be not so pleasantly surprised when we take off...patience is key...will be well worth the wait.

Bottom line here is Armstrong's shares come off restriction on April 29th (NEXT TUESDAY), and the folks who have been loitering around on the bid at .0005-.0008 know that. The weak hands tend to see another MJ stock go up and have no will holding or they feel they can take their gains from another deal and come back in on a low bid...Hold Strong...remember Armstrong's shares were bought at .0005..he is holding the powerful news for that special time...The minute that news is released this baby opens at double 0's, not trips....Mark my words!!! IMO of course ;)
ETRADE is showing 570,000 on ETRADE PRO
Funny thing is BRY , Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase have been involved in Illegal Drug Money Laundering for decades. They work for the cartels and the cartels are seeing a serious dent in Marijuana sales.

I concur. HRDN has never been a company to throw out PR's every other week. Until the recent announcements, the last PR's were in December.
I believe the timing on this paradigm shift in business could not have come at a better time.
Both services HRDN will be offering are greatly needed:

Today's News Release is especially timely, given that the State of Colorado is mandating the testing of THC levels:
Really? DEW#, way way down? Interesting. We have a very different opinion on the definition of the words "way way down".
Like what I expect to happen with HRDN, (we are going to see steady growth). Given the meteoric rise of DEW%, it has maintained quite nicely, IMO. http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=dewm
HPAR, one does not need to cancel their Margin account to insure shares will not be borrowed from it. One merely needs to contact their broker and let them know you do not want any of your shares loaned out. If they hem and haw about it, ask to speak with a supervisor. You have that right.
Forgot one more News piece on ERBB Vending Machine:

It will get there...Know what you are holding...
There are several announcements coming with HRDN over the next 2 weeks, IMO.
1. Village Tea Revenues which have increased steadily year over year.
Per:http://www.blackenterprise.com/small-business/martin-ekechukwu-pushed-the-growth-of-his-tea-brand-into-retail-stores/
Yes that's correct. Horgan still retains partial ownership in the company although he did step down as Chairman of the Board and CEO.

He and Armstrong both have quite a few shares and Armstrong's come off restriction on April 29th which is perfect timing to announce inking the deal with their first client for their new subsidiary:
http://www.secform4.com/insider-trading/1393463.htm
We are going to see a red carpet roll out over the next two weeks, IMO.
Did some DD on CGM Mutual Funds which is invested in MKHD and the CGM trust behind it. Seems to me they are quite particular when it comes to where they put their money as referenced by their filing:

Who is CGM trust;the people behind the fund?

Great Day in the Village!!! Wow...Ain't no Mountain High Enough!!!
GO HRDN!!!!
They have to cough up the $7500 May 1st too.
After a split they will often show past(pre-Split) pps based on current (post split)share structure, not pre split share structure. That said, based on current share structure, we are shooting up; We are golden IMO.
But I have to admit you did an awesome job of getting people to sell their shares in a reverse psychology kind of way. ;) Still holding mine.
There are always flippers takin profits on the way up and then you have the paranoid flips...it all adds up in the end and the chart still looks lovely and this will build to a beautiful crescendo. Armstrong talked about the first contract getting inked within the next 30 days and lo and behold he has 100M shares coming off restriction on the 29th of this month...Big money Vanna!!! Drum roll please! Go Tea Go Greens Go Village!!!!
Nah I know some peeps who flipped twice today. Buy sell buy sell then buy the last dip for the next round....musical shares on the first big run...happens all the time.
That's what it's all about Greedy growing subsidiaries in the Botanical and Medicinal Realms and developing a sound profit base to grow from and they aren't looking to be trading in the pennies for long IMO
I believe it is because DC brands does not want their newly formed subsidiary to be considered a "grower" or a "dispensary". They are providing a "virtual account" for the dispensaries and most likely a card system for the buyers and they will get a fee and in turn cut a check to the dispensary for the revenues generated through the system. make sense?
We are golden here!!!
Imagine where the pps is going to build up to right before Armstrong pulls the trigger on his restricted shares in a few weeks...Slingshot!!! GO HRDN
Yep Scottie Bingo. Nothing to worry about here folks....some people took some profits at between .0006 and .0009 and some sold small amounts into the bid at .0005 to get it back down to buy more back at a cheaper price....it's all part of the game...they will be back for the next momentum, mark my words and in droves....CEO's don't build momentum; traders do...You will see when the time comes the momentum here will be priceless...so in the interim kick back with a smile on your face and know what you are holding.
Actually it is the 10-K that will be due by April 15th...The 10-Q(which is what you asked about) is the first quarterly and is due 35 days after the end ofthe first quarter, which was Monday. So 1st quarter 10-Q will be due around May 5th.
HRDN will shoot up like a bottle rocket. Think about it; KNS$ opened at .0007 and shot up to .0018 with a bloody AS of 10B and a float of 3B....We are soooo set for the slingshot ride of our lives..LOL GO Village Go Tea!!!
All the background "White Noise" does nothing to persuade people to sell...peeps know what they are holding here and the sun will soon rise upon this behemoth...Go Village!!!!
Indeed...I am ready to begin the ascent...we have already moved Base camp up a few notches....A few clouds between us and the peak but we will get there...Got our Sherpas and our beloved Tea. Roll a big Fattie at the summit!!!
Either way we are golden my friend. It's all good. Either way, we win!!!
That is what I said in my post. You are only given 5 calender days from the due date on an NT-10Q to file the 10Q. On a NT-10K you get up to 15..HRDN filed an NT 10-K they have 15 days...This is the Annual report that is due now not the quarterly...they can turn it in sooner of course, but my guess is it will be 15 days
Bingo Scottie;thanks for sharing and the key words in that statement that are so powerful is this:
I have had this gut feeling that there is going to be some kind of reorganization ever since the split in October...I just look at the possibilities they have with the VIllage Tea Partnership and I can't help but think something Grand is about to happen. It's not a flipper feeling, although I flipped a few Mill in the last run, I added more later and I just have that feeling..Normally I just ride the free shares the rest of the way but this time I bought more.
For Quarterly reports you do not get 15 days. They must be done in 5 days.
Horgan, the COO is still holding his shares too and we can safely surmise he is waiting on the Northbound Train...He has had an opportunity to cash his in and he hasn't...there you go..and here we are..
Oh yes and he is not the only one:
http://www.secform4.com/insider-trading/1393463.htm
Im thinking it really won't matter because I believe they will lay the news out red carpet style one after the other....drum roll please...Bang it Greedy!!! GoHRDN
Spot on Crazylegs..we will soon arrive...and don't forget Armstrongs shares(the ones he purchased at .0005) are restricted until April 29th and I expect timing is everything here...HRDN is going to be building this up very methodically...
Yes indeed and if you read the the NT 10-K the reason they provided had nothing to do with expense, in fact they articulated:
IN the Narrative section, PartIII of the NT 10-K
Per: http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=9890436
Exactly, Of all the positions I have held over the years; I can only think of a few that actually filed their 10-K's and even 10-Q's on time. People procrastinate..not worried in the least bit, but hey, anyone wanna unload some deeply discounted bargain basement shares and I will be chomping away..
In my opinion Elks, it will eclipse .01...This product alone Village Tea has the ability to eclipse .02 in my opinion; and that's without the MJ factor...Either way all I am seeing is GREEN!!!
I concur Viper in fact in a recent article in a Local Michigan(where a Major National Grow School is located)Newspaper, the statistical facts have already been published when it comes to Cannabis/MJ Edibles. Any drinks, teas, elixirs, made with cannabis are classified as "edibles" and in Colorado, they can't keep them on the shelf. I lived in Denver for 6 years back in the 90's and Colorado is a very fit and active state and while smoking marijuana was very prevalent then;people would prefer an option and let's face it; no one wants to go around smelling like weed if they don't have to. So instead of starting your day with a bong hit you can grab a bottled tea or elixir out of the fridge and off you go.
Here's some news from the article:
