What do you think about the Kalani debt?
Nothing today?
Supposedly 1 million shares. I'm sure Kalani would be happy to help out with that low number again.
Dilution is not heavy? Isn't that the second split this month? Do you know when Kalani will be finished converting?
Heavy dilution through Kalani. Toxic financing with shorting equals a disaster for the stock.
I don't see how they gave an accurate share count based on volume unless people are shorting shares that don't exist.
It looked like a good bet but the shorting and manipulation plus GE in charge really make this hard to buy for anyone including big $. What a greedy billionaire. Never enough.
They said about 1 mil, but they also said current was 6...either they are wrong or day trading is heavy.
Source?
Any idea on the dilution today or tomorrow? This could easily tank post RS, especially if they flood with shares.
I've been hearing that for a long time. Any links?
Anything going on here or just a promo?
If they dilute 20 mil more shares tomorrow, then what?
How much dilution is coming though?
Hasn't there been a lot of dilution? Won't it continue?
At the rate of dilution, OS could hit hundreds of millions with a greedy CEO that might do this again. He is making money on all sides of the business and probably won't stop.
It's not worth the risk for me after seeing the numbers yesterday. It doesn't leave much for gains when they quadruple the shares. That was under huge volume and support. They are going to short it and convert as much as possible. GE has never cared about shareholders and probably never will.
GE after dilution is a risk alone. Chances of investors making money are severely diminished after an OS of only about 20 and still almost $50 mil to go. Unreal manipulation.
Why 18 mil? Where does it say anything about share count?
Unfortunately I agree with you. They managed to sell only 1/3 of convertible shares with all of that trading. The lower the price, the more shares they will sell. They are in complete control. Rigged game.
Complete manipulation. They shorted it more than sold into the run. Still close to $50 mil to go with only a share count of about 20 mil. At this rate, share count will still be many multiples higher. A**holes.
No way that is correct
I've been waiting years to buy in. The dilution is close to finished here. Good luck.
Kalini should be close to finished selling shares.
Don't get too cocky. It's not over here. A lot of money to be made on the upside now that toxic dilution is almost over.
I'm hopeful that dilution is close to over. I can't see why they need to bring this down at this point. The volume speaks for itself. One PR could set this off.
On the move again
Watching for beast mode!
Already at 20 mil volume on day!
Why flood with shares with the last of the conversions?
A little dilution but with buyers
What are your thoughts on further dilution and toxic debt in the future? Hopefully more money to be made on the up side, but there has definitely been a conflict of interest between management and shareholders.
Is it possible they waited convert at lower prices?
No support here. Just getting hammered.
Unfortunately there was lots of money lost along the way. Debtholders won big. Still a valuable company here. I'm guessing they are going to make money on the other side soon. Convert low and sell high. They are running out of shares to dump. More to be made on the upside now? We will see.
I agree. Shareholders threw away a lot of money to create value here. This is not your typical biotech or penny stock that dilutes without creating value. There is a huge upside if you play it right. I think share selling is almost complete and there will be a lot of short covering, on top of buys. It's a matter of when. I think very soon. One good PR and this will launch.
Any other similar scenarios in the past to reference from anyone? The end of dilution appears to be near. It could create a buying frenzy.
Why $5?
Cool story bro
Why do investors expect change and why is the company paying a dividend when they could have paid toxic debt?
