If there is a reverse merger, often times companies will lower the AS, as it can be lowered easily with a filing. Considering the current PPS, I don't see the company diluting because of lack of bid support.
Nice day! Tested resistance levels. Moved up with ease.
Does anyone know if this is Jason's primary job? His phone mailbox is full...maybe he gets tired of taking calls but that sure doesn't sound good. We really need to grow and I get the feeling that we aren't doing much of anything right now.
They burned 8 mil last quarter? I'll have to check the fins, but that will get them through just the year? I'm not saying they couldn't get funding. Just that it could create dilution. I still think it's a good value at these levels. Not sure why it's so far from IPO. I didn't see any bad news?
Those price targets are from when the stock was much closer to those levels. However I do see upside. They are still far from FDA approval, so unless they sell before, I believe they will have to get additional funding before approval. Hopefully that doesn't mean heavy dilution. JMO
Google showed they closed their office. Looks like they operate in FL now. My mistake.
So you're saying that years ago MMG took over several shells for reverse mergers, but it never amounted to anything? I'm still trying to figure out why I should be worried? MMG is closed.
Are you saying it is a risk because they hold shares? The float here is very small. I think a lack of presence from the CEO and the OTC market in general is hurting this one.
So you think they may hold an interest here?
They sold the shell. Do you have anything more recent than a post from years ago?
Setting up a new base here for the next level IMO
What's the connection?
MMG?
ZYNE hasn't traded in March before...also MMJ stocks are getting beaten down across the board. Hopefully this company turns things around but the sector is doing poorly.
This company has a lot of potential. We need for Jason to come through with something can expand and grow. Where are the updates?
So that pile of debt is going away by magic wand? Or will we see lots more dilution? But this will be listed on Nasdaq soon right? Lol did you see how much cash was on hand?
Look at the ugly fins and the dilution. It's sad.
This had funding and potential to be something years ago. Now there is little to no chance of making it out of the financial hole they have created. They pushed the idea of innovation to take advantage of investors through dilution and share selling. Does anyone have ballpark figures on what they cost investors?
Looks like the name change really helped this sad excuse for a company out. Great job management.
Nice call. It might top out here for the day, but a nice bounce from lows today. If it breaks resistance though, it could keep its run going today.
There's buying while some are wishing to get in lower. If you missed the bottom yesterday and today, then you missed your opportunity to buy lower IMO.
As a holder, I expect nothing from the deal. Just a cancellation of shares. It hasn't happened yet, but there is little hope IMO. We'll see but considering the current PPS, it's not looking good. Investors would have already bought on good news.
I agree. I don't know where it will land but appears to be bottoming. I think short term this will fall unless volume picks up. Needs a reason to go up next week IMO.
I think it will bounce off $1.35 support again. Maybe encouraging for a run eventually but the volume isn't all that impressive and it traded down yesterday. JMO
True. I would not use "incredible" to describe the trading today.
Yawn. We need solid updates here. There has been some updates from third parties, but we need some positive news. This has a small float and big potential in a huge industry.
Something is going on here...whatever it is, I like it!
Was there a PR?
Company in BK and think that?
How long has it been since we have had fresh news? Not even news on a new athlete signed. Disappointing... It would be nice if this company even got an update on their website. No need to pay for the PR. Just let your investors know the company is still alive.
How often does it play out that way? Didn't they go through BK before? What happened then?
Why would anyone buy now? This company is done...I wish that would happen but come on...
The old posts are showing for me. It's encouraging that there is continued institutional investments here. I think if management sold off some assets and focused on smaller, more efficient production, we will be in good shape. It seems production worldwide is down due to low prices. We could see zinc prices continue to recover here. We need some good news this week!
I believe the 30 day grace period started Jan 4, as to why we saw no news today. Watching this week.
Does anyone have information on the land Horsehead owns? I believe I read they owned a valuable piece of property in New York City. Isn't the purchase price listed under PP&E on the balance sheet? So the current value would be likely much higher. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
Cool thanks. I thought they had already announced a funding deal, along with the big tax break from the state. This company is new to me, so trying to catch up on what is going on. Is BK a possibility soon?
Any dilution here?
So you are saying you have faith in the guys that took this down over 99% and through multiple RS before? I'm not sure that I can say I feel the same. If they repeat another RS in 6 months, would you feel differently? I don't mind paying a little more to buy this at a higher price, if there's a reason to. So far just wishful thinking. The financials are awful now and it's going to take some big changes to turn things around. Still no FDA news.
I think the RS was inevitable. Might as well get it over with. Maybe the price will actually hold this time. I have yet to see any estimates on future dilution, but I hope it will be minimal. GBSN has to grow rapidly this year to keep up with dilution and their expenses or we could see more losses. Hopefully with FDA news they can really get the ball rolling.
Isn't more dilution due soon? I think they have a long time before the possibility of delisting. Management just wants to either print more shares or make this appealing to institutions IMO. Management has a history of dilution, but maybe they'll get it together and plug the hole on this sinking ship.
