Unfortunately their website does have careless errors. It looks like someone threw it up overnight using stock photos. It seems to me they are unclear on exactly what they do. Can anyone tell me exactly where the value is here? Thanks.
You have to start somewhere :). He could make good money in the long run. I think collectively we have a good chunk of this company here, based on what I have heard.
Nice. I am waiting for my deposit to settle with my broker to pickup more next week. It looks like we have a hit bottom and it is only a matter of time before we get news and ride this one up IMO.
Has anyone looked at L2 today?
Me too. I haven't sold a share and no plans to. The risk/reward is just too good here IMO. The good thing about these prices is that we are able to pickup a bigger piece of the pie :).
Please...That is not a concern. You never responded to my post earlier regarding Texas?
I wouldn't worry too much about oil prices at this point. I don't mind everyone saving a few bucks at the pump and there is still plenty to be made once we start producing. I think prices could jump back up overnight, but even if it falls to $50/bl I think we would still be in good shape with all the oil we will be pumping.
I think so! Knock on wood. It has already started making a move back up...with news I think we could see it really take off IMO. Things sound good from the news we have been getting from our partner Silvermere. Thanks for posting those updates everyone!
There are many reasons to incorporate in different states. I'm sure they considered tax advantages and other incentives to incorporate in Texas. Do you find this suspicious/unusual?
Myself, along with others here, have purchased plenty of shares over time. Tremendous upside to this stock indeed. It amazes me how this has been overlooked. Production is just around the corner and these low priced shares will be long gone soon IMO.
It is impossible to turn this business around overnight. Borrowing money is necessary. If you don't understand this, I suggest you go buy a book or stick around the boards a while and maybe you will learn a thing or two.
Great post. I agree. I think we could see a turnaround, with higher revenues and a better bottom line. I think the next few quarters will be very interesting as we see production go up and the improved numbers. There is a lot of upside potential here IMO!
It did go up when they dropped the E and I am sure it will go back up when they drop it again next week.
Do you even know what you are talking about or are you here just to be a negative Nancy? I have unfortunately run across several of your posts and it is a complete waste of time to read them. I am always interested to read a negative opinion on a stock, but you don't back anything up with facts. I can always count on your posts to be simple and pointless. I ask that you provide something useful to the board members to read or go elsewhere.
Good news there. I find Silvermere (SLME) vs. WGAS price changes to be very interesting. It clearly shows how WGAS has been way oversold IMO. This gives us that much more upside and a chance to pickup cheap shares...I think those that are patient will get rewarded. Once they start announcing production plans, I think we will be far above these levels :).
Thanks. Here's a fact sheet I found if anyone wants to brush up on the OTC tiers:

I was wondering if anyone else noticed this. Is it not still OTC BB though?
Have you checked out the short volume this week? Short volume is way down all of the sudden. All the signs are there IMO. Just picked up more shares.
I spoke with the IR contact and he said they have been tied up working on VM-179. I asked if we could expect an update soon and he said we would have news in the near future.
I didn't want to keep him tied up so I kept it short and sweet, but it's nice to know they are working hard to increase value. We should see this baby go up as we get a boat in the water and get closer to oil IMO.
I can smell that sweet oil already! Go WGAS!
Added more shares this week. I think we will be very happy we got shares at this level :). A steal IMO.
Any updates? Not a good week as the selling continues.
You are entitled to your opinion and you may be right, but the investors that take risks are the ones that get paid.
Not that I am an expert, but statements like this make me think you are an inexperienced investor. Just because you sold doesn't mean we want you to wait around in hopes that it drops. Obviously it would be better if they were profitable, but they aren't. There are plenty of companies in the industry that aren't. It isn't always about net...you just want to see this fall.
When is the deadline for the 10k?
Generally it's 10%? Are you sure of the accuracy of that statement? I'm thinking it's much higher on average.
How did you buy options? None are listed that I can see on my trading site. Thanks in advance.
I wonder how they came up with $3.5 mil for the deal?
Good things going on here with WGAS. I thank everyone for their DD. This is definitely the best place to get the scoop on what's going on with WGAS :).
Unfortunately, there is a fee associated with my online account. I may signup anyways though. Thanks for the info.
I've heard the NITE name being thrown around on forums, but can't seem to find any info on the net. I hear they have the big bucks to make or break a stock?
Can you provide a link where I can view this info on NITE? Thanks.
One interesting thing I found - "Ironridge has never shorted a single share of any company’s stock, and we remain a common stockholder of every company we have invested in since inception." -http://www.ironridgeglobal.com/about-us/
I don't know if this is true, as they don't appear to keep the site updated based on their portfolio page. I'd be interested to know if they have ever sold a position.
I'm sure WGAS will update us in the future as to how much dilution we will see from the deal with Ironridge. I think it was a positive, but the stock price says otherwise. It could be lack of news as well.
It's interesting IV would pickup the 1.38 mil AP when the market cap is only 1.6 mil currently. Also, I assume we will get additional info on the deal down the road? It's still unclear exactly how many shares IV picked up? Or is it?
Thank you so much for breaking that down/explaining. I found the wording to be very confusing. I was surprised this filing wasn't released as news on very many sites.

Can anyone explain the impact of the MAR 22 deal with IV? Can anyone estimate how many shares IV will get out of the deal?
Thanks.
