Interesting. I sold 1000 DK when it was up .40 so I could get more NGL. I bought the 1,000 I posted about earlier and also got another 500 @12.50. I just got out of pastry class so I have not had a chance to do more than glance at the reported earnings. Clearly disappointing some but with such a nice div, not sure why it pulled back so much.
bought 1000 12.575
DK is killing my portfolio today but if I had more money and bigger balls, I would buy some here and now

well said. I like how the price has held up today
Sorry, was out. Maybe worth .05 plus fee
It's got to be a big steak dinner. Pete can put Ice Cream on his.
Yep and this thing is racing to .03
I'm in
Just picked up 250 @ 15.90.
That is what they plan for.
Getting real close to oversold.
Down 45% from a few weeks ago, about to break below 7 cents, insiders still selling and you are still pumping
Nothing but respect. You called your shot and took it. You are sitting on some huge gains and have lead a bunch of us down the golden road. I respect the fact that you made your call and posted it. I get tired of people posting 3 days after some alleged purchase and how they got it at the low of the day. Your purchase is hedged by a .39/share div so even with the pullback at the end of the day, it was a solid call. Your purchase earlier was closer to the low so it all works out.
At the end of the day, we each have to determine our own trading practices. We do not always take the same road but we are all going in the same direction. Some of us like trading covered calls. I bought my last 1,0000 shares for 17.23 (I think) sold the 17.50 calls for .60 so effectively covered a 1.00 to the downside BUT if the stock had kept running to $19, it would not have looked like a made a good trade.
Good luck to us all and I think we run after earnings are announced. Lets see what we think about our trades then
I have an order in at the low of the other day 15.90 but I doubt I will get it. Either way, happy with the price action we are seeing
Good luck to all.
Heading to Amsterdam in a few hours and will have very limited access to internet. Just wanted to drop a quick note and wish all well while we continue this ride
But it is right. Insider sales continue. Why would any executive sell if they were about to open two dispensaries? One was supposed to be open last year. It is always soon
Well done!!!.
I was traveling and did not have an order in. I am a bit jelous
I may just start following him, just so I can.
The reality is, penny stocks cannot always be shorted. Even if shares were available, many brokerage firms do not allow the shorting of penny stocks.
Thanks for the reply. I was just curious about why you thought CBIS "looked good" when it was down 4.5% for the day and down 35% from a couple of weeks ago. You seem angry over a simple question about why you think it "looks good". If someone asked me why I think the stock "Looks bad", I would just say "The company has no cannabis products, no revenue related to cannabis, no physical location, continued dilution of stock value due to continued issuance of billions of shares of stock, massive insider sales and a CEO who has been convicted of serious SEC violations."
You are correct, I do not generally follow penny stocks so I like to ask questions. Other stocks you push also have lost a lot of value so I will not bother you with anymore questions.
If anyone has a recommendation on someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to penny stocks, please let me know. Please do not recommend someone because they have lots of posts. Some people make lots of posts but lose lots of money.
Over the last couple of months, NGL has recovered quickly from any quick drops, regardless if it is manipulation to short the stock, close out a short position or driving the price down to gain shares cheaper for a long position. I said it before and will say it again, anytime the stock pulled back and I did not buy, I regretted it. Anytime it pulled back and I accumulated more shares, it paid off
I agree. Anytime I see a moderate drop on low volume, I see it as a buying opportunity.
Great idea. If I had more money, I would have bought more but I will keep making this trade as long as it works
I like this one too. Just bought 1000 at $17.23 and selling (to open) 10 contracts for .60. Will see if it gets filled.
Order got filled. I think it will be a nice profit for 3 weeks of holding 1000 shares
CFO selling off stock. In less than a year and a half, he has gone from 25,000,000 shares down to his last reported sale on 1/17/18, to now only holding 4,381,000 shares
Yep, like I said, a run going down, down, down
What is odd is the headline is "Delek US Is Maintained at Neutral by Citigroup" yet they raised the price target to $41. If you only read the headline, you would not think they raised the price target from $35 to $41. Price action today is not good, dont know if it is this headline or the news at 5pm yesterday about the repurchase of 2 mill shares of affiliates of alon Israel.
Just saw the distribution, .39 was expected but did we get any kind of forward guidance? I am Traveling, out of the country for the next month and not sure when I can dig into any news.
On a side note, whenever NGL has puked back and I bought more, I was happy. When it pulled back and I did not buy, I regretted it later. Glad I bought 500 shares on the last pullback, even though it was at $15.97.
As I am not sure if the forward guidance, I don't know if the market will be disappointed with .39. But if folks were hoping for a increase in div and the stock pulls back, I will buy again, and again and again.
I think to be a bit fair to the slow witted, it is difficult to hear the quality recommendations that you guys give due to the contrary noise given out by many "experts". As far as I know, you and Jugs do not have your own blogs giving out your recommendations.
I bet we are having more inside sales. Price is collapsing. Pumpers will fade away as this thing dies. CBIS executive team are focused on their BS cryptocurrency company. They have sucked all the money out of the investors of CBIS.
I really hope that good people who are trying to make money in the market start reading the 10-K/Q's and really take time to research the executive teams running a company.
CFO sold appx 200,000 shares. Before it was just the COO, now the CFO is selling his shares. Never good news when the CFO sells. Would you if you thought the stock was going to takeoff?
"Solid", they do not have anything solid. One issue you have is, people are getting wise. Volume is dropping and when it closes below .09, you will have a free fall in price.
I would not be disappointed if the price got driven down today, not disappointed at all. I would buy more at $15.25 to $15.50
I agree with everything you said. One addition would be that we have large (relatively speaking) options action at the $12.50 and $15, that expire today. As volume has been decent but not heavy in anticipation of the next earnings announcement, I think it is a bit easier to push the price around. First, help drive it up to $17, sell those in the money calls and then try to push it down a bit.
Just speculation on my part
I know I am talking to myself but they will be announcing the next div and I think it goes higher.
Another pumper, 6 1/2 years ago you said:
Finally, CBIS has solid products in the next month.
CBIS is on the right way. We will be back in this week
How did that work out for everyone? My guess is this is one of many pumping alt accounts
Did not see anything about CBIS opening anything yet, did I miss something?
The Div has to go up. I like a monthly div play
