Virgin $ Gov. Schwarzenegger Meet
From SmartBiz: Virgin is getting alot of attention.
"Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger reportedly is dangling millions in state job- training money and the city is said to be floating the possibility of tax- exempt financing as incentives for Virgin to build its facilities on airport property. The governor has made a personal pitch to Richard Branson, Virgin's founder. A decision is expected by month's end."

Important message from SmartBiz...
SmartBiz ran out of posts, so I'm relaying the message as follows:
On Monday, Hewlett-Packard launched a migration service designed for retailers who want to leave behind proprietary point-of-sale systems for HP's open-standard rp5000. The rp5000 platform, which takes advantage of Microsoft's .Net and Windows XP Embedded technologies, let retailers replace older point-of-sale systems with ones that can link to legacy applications through tools and software that vendors will produce as part of Microsoft's Smarter Retailing Initiative. Retailers can purchase the migration service direct from HP or through any of its authorized channel partners.

Virgin's PMG...
SmartBiz, where did you find that post? IMO, that post is gateway to all that is about to unfold. Virgin is actively working with HP. MuziKube is the O/S for VEG's PMG's. MuziKube is also the O/S behind I-Tunes.
Remember when Retired was pointing out the fact that there was an installer behind VEG's kiosk scanners which are in fact Hewlett-Packard iPAQ's, working on in-store Wi-Fi connectivity. He mentioned 3. One was Symbol and the other was Muze. I forget the third. He was talking about an indemnification between the O/S provider and Virgin. Well guess what, he hit it right on the head. The O/s is not Symbols, but rather Muze. So, its Muze's O/S working on Hewlett Packards IPAC handheld hardware. Muze has some clout with Virgin and as well as I-Tunes. This is just the tip of the iceberg my friend.
Virgin is an end-user of NEOM's technology. Muze is the O/S. NEOM can not sue Muze directly because they have no claim against them unless there is evidence that NEOM's patents were infringed upon. Hence, they sue Virgin because Virgin is deploying NEOM's technology in their stores. With Muze's O/S, HP is providing the hardware vehicle linking the real world to the internet. HP just maybe the variable in this equation that fits perfectly with the description of the still unannounced US Agent. Here we were postulating it could be Microsoft or Apple. Think about it, this has NEOM written all over it!

Nice catch. That post just furthers all our beliefs that Dupont and NEOM will be standing before the Matrimony Judge called CSI very soon. Great post. All the Best, JP

I love it. That little chowowa looks pissed. I'm not sure where you can put him though with all the other banners. But at least we have an official maskot. This puts us into the major leagues. All the Best, JP

This little guy looks pissed enough to do the job. Unfortunately, I'll need SmartBiz to post it to our header. I can seem to get my manager button to work properly. What should we name him? All the Best, JP

I recently saw a demonstration of DPSU/EDGE virtual tour. It was a very exciting demonstration and a realistic view of what this type of technology can do for the future of retail business. Can you indicate to me if NEOM will be a part of this technology platform. Additionally, how is NEOM progressing with their "Go to Market" campaign strategy there in Europe? In advance, thank you kindly for all you assistance. All the Best, JP
Mike, we dedicated long-term and aggressive investors have a Message Board started here in the USA on NeoMedia. NeoMedia has started a following, much like groupies back in the 60's and 70's rock and roll era. We are educated, successful, dedicated and all believe that NeoMedia is going to be a huge success. Please feel free to pass our Message Board along to all those involved in NeoMedia's effort to "Go to Market." Here is that paticular post which I am inquiring about.

Please email me to let me know what you think of the virtual tour and all its sponsors. All the Best, JP

We should make the chowowa NEOM's maskot. SmartBiz, can you pull up a picture of a chowowa dog and paste in on our header bar. It would be a good reminder to us all having a mascot who is representing us in these law suits. Of course, we will need to name him! All the Best, JP
DiamondTech..
Welcome. This site is so much healthier than RB's. The disfunction over there was really starting to get to me. The thing I like about most of the Longs here is that we have brains, were sincere in sharing our thoughts and concerns and we know what we own by mutually performing aggressive DD. All the Best, JP

Thanks for the cool help. Thinks are starting to boil over. This old pressure cooker woun't be able to contain the explosion which will be "Heard Around the World." Its name is PaperClick.
Its ubiquitious and pervasive. Thats what we Longs have going for us...always-on, everywhere, all the time. Were presently in countdown mode, T-minus 10 seconds and counting...freakin awesome!
Got to hit the books. I'll check in later. All the Best, JP
For all we know...

I recently saw a demonstration of the Digital Asset Initiative with Dr. Pepre and Seven Up featured (DPSU/EDGE virtual tour). It was a very exciting demonstration and a realistic view of what this type of technology can do for the future of retail business. I noticed some prominate names affiliated with it such as IBM and Symbol amoung others. Can you indicate to me if NEOM will be a part of this technology platform. Additionally, how is NEOM progressing with their "Go to Market" campaign strategy there in Europe? In advance, thank you kindly for all you assistance. Sincerely, JP
TIBB's Information Systems...
Great post SmartBiz. I was reading about Tibbs just the other day. You have to give a wide birth to all the activities NEOM has going on. It's huge. These guys don't stop! They have their tentacles in key positions with the US Government. Anyone have a link on TIBB's? All the Best, JP
Microsoft...
"You think Microsoft is lucky enough? SmartBiz"
Great question. I believe Microsoft is actively looking into what NEOM has done over the years and is presently doing. I see it as a win/win proposition for both parties. NEOM has the technology and patent protections. Microsoft has the marketing prowess, contacts, deep pockets and savy ingenuity to take PaperClick all the way to Main St., USA. It would be an enormous revenue stream for both parties. I bet you "dollars to doughnuts" Microsoft was one of the first to recieve a prototype long before that PR ever came out.
Maybe this is the reason Chuck keeps saying "Smile" at the end of his email correspondences.
Think about it. If this turns out to be true, they will corner the market here in the US long before they even begin to officially role out the "Go to Market" strategy, because the strategy is synonymous with MicroSoft's name. Free advertising my friend just in name association alone. Additionally, MicroSoft's name alone guarantee's them an instant lead over all other competitors. The day they make an announcement that MicroSoft is the US Agent, the stock will open at $2.50 and will climb to $5.00 in a single day. Then you will never here the word float again, because there woun't be enough shares available for the public to get their hands on. All the Best, JP

"This PR was an invintation to US companys to come on board. I remember Chuck telling me that the PR was not for investors so much as it was to get the word out to companys...SmartBiz"
If I have a choice as a shareholder to vote who will be the US Agent, I nominate MicroSoft. All the Best, JP
SmartBiz...
Thats an awesome phrase. I like it alot as well. I vote to forward it for NEOM's to use in their next PR. All the Best, JP

Whats in the public float? Yahoo's key statistics has it listed as 160Mil. With the exception of Cornell, do you feel this is accurate?

FastCash's post...
I think the resell portion of their business is an antiquated realm in comparrison to what PaperClick will do for them in the future. the question is how long, what amount of cash burn and ultimate dilutive effect bringing PaperClick to market will have on us all. Sticking to what worked yesterday may not work tomorrow because technology becomes obsolete every 18 months (there is a principal behind this, I just can't think of its name off-hand).
90% of all businesses know that they have to reinvent themselves continuously, or fall behind in the tech. race.
Additionally, NEOM will have revenue producing capabilities via CSI, Triton, SST as well as licensing fees on their patents soon enough (provided the outcome of the suits). The licensing fees alone could be worth millions annually, and that is what I see is NEOM's greatest asset right now; albeit uncapitalized at present.
Also, I disagree with FC in the sense that NEOM will not settle for anything just to avoid further or prolonged litigation. These patents are their lifeblood. They barely made it through the internet bubble and now is their time to rise-up and claim their stake. These patents are the vision of a brain child who saw what was going to happen to this landscape by linking the physical world to the internet world way back in the late 80's and early 90's. Chaz Fritz is a visionary whose time has come. They have the patents to prove it and Baniack & Pine to protect it as well. baniack & Pine commenced working with NEOM well over 2 years ago. They haven't been sitting on their hands either in these past few years.
Did you see Retired's patent post #72 whereby NEOM's patents are deliniated and protected by a staggering 225 claims. I didn't know that. WOW!
I still see Fastcash as being more negative that practical concerning the logistics of what NEOM is trying to do.
Look, I dislike dilution just like everybody else and I run from it with other stocks. But this stock has the potential and mass market appeal similiar to that of Sirius or XM Satelite; and when your appeal is that visible, the Big Kahuna's (Mutual Fund Co's., Hedge Funds, etc.,) will swoop in and pick up thousands upon thousands of shares at a time. The float will be bought up quickly when NEOM starts hitting on all 8 cylinders. Patent protection and the subsequent licensing fee's, royalities, etc. are definitely paramount to the survival of NEOM, not reselling equipment which most euipment reseller shops can do. NEOM knows this! And they are moving swiftly to capitalize on this situation, it just may seem like its at a snails pace at times. All the Best, JP
Don...
Nice virtual tour. I noticed our friend Symbol was listed as a participant. This thing has NEOM written all over it regarding their RF-ID patents. Thanks this was very inciteful. All the Best, JP
Gigsy...
Your the second guy that has said they are only allowed 3 posts. Retired said he had to join as a member to increase his limit. I didn't join as a member and I'm getting 18 free posts a day. Thats what my advertisement indicated when I logged on initially. So far I've been able to post numerous posts without having to join for what, $29.00/qtr.?
Secondly, averaging down can be a blessing if the fundamentals are there. Although I'd rather average up than down. All the Best, JP

will finally allow NEOM the financial grace and prowess to sever their old relationship with Cornell Capitol and flex their new muscle in the international tech. community.

You'll fnd this board filled with sincere posters who are educated, genuine and wish to expand upon our common investment goals in NEOM. There's a wealth of knowledge on this thread with some off-beat humor thrown in as a chaser. Wishing you...All the Best, JP

Any new information from Ron Parsons at SRP? It's been quite. I curious to know whats happening on the Hill (Washington DC) that is. All the Best, JP
Good question...
I know that I was allowed 18 free posts per day. Anything over that, I would need to join as a paying subscriber. Is there a Directory listing where she can trouble shoot or a FAQ's link? All the Best, JP
Cornell Capitol...
I phoned Jerry Eickey with Cornell at Ph. #(201) 985-8300 this afternoon to find out if the amount that has been diluted into NEOM's float is public information. As I suspected it is, but only in the form of NEOM's public records. So, its wait and see gang.
These guys are directly across the street from where I am here in Jersey City, NJ. I could throw a pebble at Jerry's window from our headquarters. Knowing me, I'd probably hit a pigeon instead. All the Best, JP
OK, Uncle...
I surrender guys, Seabisquet was just a thought. Now, may I have my blind fold and a cigarette please? All the Best, JP

I like Renee, aka SeaBisquet. I don't like the bashers. I'm tired of them. We created this forum for intelligent proactive dialouge, not childish pranks. I would have no problem having her here if I knew the bashers wouldn't follow her.
However, that is up to SmartBiz and the rest of the Longs here. I don't mind civil opposition to any stock provided its done in a concientious manner with respect. I will not however avail this address to her without proper response from those mentioned above. All the Best, JP
Ft Myers...
Thanks for the tip. We have a place in Marco Island and my sister is getting married there this April. So, I was thinking about taking a drive over to NEOM's headquarters during the week of 04/11/04. Thanks for the clarification. JP
OK...
It appears that Chaz was covering for Chuck. JP
