I have always enjoyed your posts Goodspeed65, this one is no exception. Member marked you. GLTA.
A doubled edged sword. lol
Appreciate that, didn't pull the trigger, although I will admit it was tempting.
looking like I should have bought a few at 1.12 for a quick flip.
looking like I should have bought a few at 1.12 for a quick flip.
Yea, it bounced a little off the 1.12 support but is still hovering over like a buzzard. Was just watching. Thanks.
Check out GNK. Possible bounce.
Well if he was good enough to pull that kind of info then good for him. As it stands right now I'm set no matter which way this goes. GLTU.
I will say you have a lot of balls throwing that kind of money at a pink. I'm long on this but got in a lot cheaper and am riding freebees. GLTU
LOL, they did at 1:40pm. GO HUSA!!!!!
Sounds good. Thank you.
That pretty much sums it up; YES.
Mr. Magoo glasses; rotflmao. I understand. My mother lost her battle with melanoma and if it had been detected earlier she would still be here today. If detected early enough there is a 100% survival rate compared with 90+% mortality rate if it reaches stage four. I appreciate your candor and I will be watching close and continuing my dd. GLTA
Thank you for that. Everything I have read up until this point is positive. My one glaring concern is the possibility of a R/S in order to stay within the trading requirements of NASDAQ. Do you feel that the company would accept the delisting in lew of the R/S?
WOW ROX, had a GTC sell order in @ 1.30 and it filled. Should have set it higher, LOL.
I've just recently started to research this and am interested is taking a position here. The first thing that stands out to me is the nasdaq listing requirements. They were giving a 180 extension and will not be eligible for another. What are your thoughts about how they plan on meeting those requirements? R/S? TIA.
ROX----Barrington list Castle Brands as Outperform. Moving up!
ROX hit 1.30 in p/m. Looking good.
Hello to you fellow tripper. Some peeps just have a propensity to panic when things don't go quite the way they want them to. Today I saw nothing but accumulation. The buys and sells were pretty even. These types of plays take time to develop. You may get the occasional pop on some news, but until the entire plan is laid out and revenue streams are defined, you can expect days like today.
You could very well be right. The point I was trying to make is that it doesn't have to be "dilution." You can easily see dilution in some of the other tickers that drop on 1 billion shares traded. That, dilution, is not happening here. IMO
There is another one: The buys vs the sells were pretty even today. Volume was a modest 82 mil. If you look at the intraday chart, every time there was a little run up it was met with selling. Keep in mind the number of shares that were purchased in the .000's and it's not hard to understand that a few, if not most still holding from that level, are getting tired of their money being tied up. They're tired of seeing their account dwindle from the highs of .014. They want "TO THE MOON" and they want it like yesterday. So they sell when they can get the most bang for their buck, not having the patience to ride it out. They're kicking themselves in the butt for not selling at .014 and telling themselves they've had enough and are going to move on to something else. I know this to be a true possibility because I am one of them. The difference between me and them is, as I stated previously, I have the patience of JOB. Hang in there everyone and know what you own. If you don't then you shouldn't be trading. GLTA and AIMHO.
If they don't then they're just not looking. There is way to much going on here, none of which can or will be accomplished in a few days, These things take time and I have the patience of JOB.
If he didn't I hope he is still holding here. gltu
Yea, well you can tell the difference between dilution and profit taking. Some on this board are screaming dilution but you only have to look at the ticker you mentioned to see what that really looks like. That is not happening here. jmho
Thank you. This is nothing more than the typical 50% retrace from the previous high of .014. The .007's are holding up well as support and with the forthcoming news this will revisit that high and then some. Once the company is ready I feel that there will be a barrage of pr's that will have us leaving the .00's for good. jmho.
Gaps are not set by comparing the current open to the previous close. They are set only when the current open is higher than the previous high of day (hod).
Maybe they're just stoned. lol
Hey Stoney try this,

IDI is making a move.
I agree. Have been here a long time, pre-split, and would like nothing more for this to move higher. GLTA
LOL, I'm with you. Not real sure how that happened but it did the chart a favor.
Where's the gap? The lod was .001, fat finger? I don't know but it took out any and all gaps. Before the fat finger this morning, the only gaps I saw were at .0028 and .0048.
Congratulations rayank. I hold ROX as well and can say that the Q was better than I anticipated. Nice slow and steady climb up is what I'm expecting now. Hope so anyway. lol GLTU
ROX News, It was thought that they would release a pr today after releasing the Q AH on Friday. I think the Q was awesome.

That's good to hear, but really the company has been doing nothing but grow. They've gotten new orders, contracts, etc...whats not to like. I watched the conference in Florida and was really impressed with the CFO's presentation. The stock has been a little squirrely lately, but so has everything else. I'm pretty comfortable with my position. GLTU
One must understand the difference between Industrial Hemp and MJ.
Industrial hemp has low THC levels compared to marijuana specifically cultivated for personal psychoactive use. Whereas marijuana that can be smoked usually contains between five and ten percent THC, industrial hemp contains about one-tenth of that. In order to get a psychoactive effect, one would need to smoke ten or twelve hemp cigarettes over a very short period of time.
The reason for the low THC content in hemp is that most THC is formed in resin glands on the buds and flowers of the female cannabis plant. Industrial hemp is not cultivated to produce buds, and therefore lacks the primary component that forms the marijuana high. Furthermore, industrial hemp has higher concentrations of a chemical called Cannabidiol (CBD) that has a negative effect on THC and lessens its psychoactive effects when smoked in conjunction.
Victory for Hemp Farmers as U.S. House of Representatives Legalizes the Cultivation of Hemp

Hemp, Inc. (PC) (USOTC:HEMP)
Historical Stock Chart
1 Month : From Jan 2014 to Feb 2014
Hemp, Inc., (OTC:HEMP) America's first all-industrial hemp public company, applauds the U.S. House of Representatives for legalizing the cultivation of hemp. For the first time in decades, the Federal government is allowing farmers to cultivate hemp. As of Wednesday, January 29, 2014, pursuant to the passage of the farm bill, the cultivation of industrial hemp is legal on a Federal level and is clearing the way for industrial hemp pilot programs in states such as Colorado, Washington, California, Kentucky, Maine, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, Vermont and West Virginia, where growing the plant is legal.
The bill was originally introduced as an amendment by Representatives Jared Polis (D-CO), Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Earl Blumenauer (D-OR). The provision allows universities, and now also state departments of agriculture, to grow hemp for academic or agricultural research purposes; however, it only applies to states where industrial hemp farming is already legal under state law.
Senator Mitch McConnell, who worked to retain and strengthen the provision, was the lead negotiator in getting hemp included on the Farm Bill was quoted, "We are laying the groundwork for a new commodity market for Kentucky farmers."
Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. said, "I said it before and I'll say it again... these are monumental steps for the industry. What we are all trying to get people to understand is that this will finally unlock a clean 'American Industrial Revolution' that will not only be economically sound, but environmentally advantageous." Soon companies like Hemp, Inc. (OTC:HEMP) will not have to import their hemp fabrics, hemp seeds, hemp hearts and hemp hurd for their hemp products.
According to the Associated Press article, written by Kristen Wyatt, "The plant's return to legitimacy could clear the way for U.S. farmers to compete in an industry currently dominated by China. Even though it hasn't been grown in the U.S., the country is one of the fastest-growing hemp markets.
"In 2011, the U.S. imported $11.5 million worth of legal hemp products, up from $1.4 million in 2000. Most of that growth was seen in hemp seed and hemp oil, which finds its way into granola bars and other products." Other estimates place the U.S. 2013 hemp sales at half a billion dollars ($500 million).
Hemp has thousands of uses. From rope and clothing, to soap and lotions and nutritional additives in everything from milk to cooking oil. Presidents George Washington and Thomas Jefferson grew hemp before the Federal government banned the plant in its anti-drug efforts through the 1970 Controlled Substances Act. According to the aforementioned article, it wasn't until 1999 that the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) issued a hemp permit for an experimental plot in Hawaii on a quarter acre of land.
Now the passing of the farm bill is a big first step towards allowing American farmers to once again grow industrial hemp, and giving Hemp, Inc. enormous new economic opportunities.
No one is shorting this? I guess post 49729 was just a lie. Keep trying.
The OS is actually 305,000,000 smaller than that. Greg surrendered those 305 million. 740,000,000 is being held by the offshore investor who put in $3,000,000. That is half of the float. GO TTDZ!!
