4 more years ssmmss!
I don't believe that there is a developmental biotech company in the country that doesn't do presentations. Why does that bother you?
Why would that be? DR. Chan said the trial for HemoDefend would be very short. It will yield millions, a money machine.
If sales increase like the company forecasts, with a larger direct sales force, no problem at all.
Slappie, are you on crack?
Murphy, the Deloitte report is well respected and is all about recognizing growth. With Cytosorbents at #276, doesn't that debunk a lot of the whiners complaints regarding the company and it's CEO?
So eeyore, being optimistic or positive makes you a cheerleader?
Three of the last four quarters have been sales records for the company, I would not call that leveling off.
Sell shares through their ATM if share price is high enough or use their line of credit. Of course, if sales take off with the additional direct sales force force, they won't need either.
C.C. Abbott a real person? I cannot find any mention of a C.C. Abbott of Oxford University on Google anywhere.
well burntoast, it is a short attack. You can read the short posts both here and on yahoo. Don't bury your head in the sand. I own quite and few and do buy on dips.
this is the expected short attack after the usual shorts posted their negative attacks and new aliases showed up and reinforced them. The same happened on the yahoo board. It will be a great buying opportunity today.
Murph, "CytoSorbents and its technology has garnered more than $26 million in support from the U.S. government. DARPA, or the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, as part of its “Dialysis-Like Therapeutics” program to treat sepsis, awarded CytoSorbents a $3.8 million five year contract to develop cytokine and toxin binders for the program. CytoSorbents collaborated with groups such as Battelle Laboratories, Harvard’s Wyss Institute, NxStage Medical (recently acquired by Fresenius Medical Care), Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and others in this program."

“These potassium binding polymers represent an entirely new product category for the company. They leverage the massive surface area of our existing hemocompatible porous polymers with robust potassium binding technology to target rapid and sustained potassium reduction without the need for complicated dialysis,” said Dr. Phillip Chan, MD, PhD, Chief Executive Officer of CytoSorbents. “Our goal is to provide field medics with easy-to-administer solutions to acutely treat and stabilize wounded warfighters suffering from severe hyperkalemia as a result of massive trauma, burn injury, kidney failure, blood transfusions, and other conditions. These strategies could enable prolonged field care, particularly in far-forward situations where rapid evacuation is neither safe nor feasible. As a simpler, more rapid, and logistically friendly alternative to dialysis, we also envision our technology being used in emergency room or hospitalized patients with severe hyperkalemia, and helping victims of bombings, earthquakes, landslides and other mass casualty situations.”

$2,959,747, K+ONTROL RENAL SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR REDUCTION OF HYPERKALEMIA from US Air Force, awarded on September 24, 2019.This was from development of $650,000 in funding through two separate Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant contracts by the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) to continue development of novel hemocompatible potassium binding polymers and substrates that can rapidly treat life-threatening hyperkalemia in critically-injured warfighters, civilian patients, and patients with impaired kidney function, such as dialysis patients.

coldterdinvestor, you know the reason is the shorting. You are distorting the results of the past three quarters. Two of the three have been record high quarters.
Our prayers to you and your family, they were truly the greatest generation.
Canes, could you ask him about that $3 million sale to the Air Force in September?
orangecat, I am sorry to hear that about your dad. Will pray for him.
eskay, you are not answering me. Show me where these contracts are for 2-3 years. I am not taking your word for it. You have mislead me before, stating multiple times that you are not posting here, and yet here you are still.
eskay, please show me where the past military contracts were over a period of 2-3 years. Also, you and several others seem to be doing everything that you can to downplay this fantastic contract. $3 million is huge for this company.
I find it fascinating that pearsby was always the most prolific poster, whatever alias he posts under. You came out of nowhere and have been the most prolific poster. I do believe that an order from the US Air Force is a sale. You have no idea of the time frame. You denying it makes me wonder why. I don't believe every failure is an illegal short attack, but you don't want to acknowledge the recent Mako short attack, and that was the most obvious one. Yes, I do believe that both you and coldteredinvestor are one and the same, I will do you one better, I believe that eskay is the same person also.
Burnt, where do see that the order is for 2 or 3 years, I don't see it. You cannot have missed the short attack by Mako, it is still going on. Pearsby always mentioned the before price split also. I don't know of anyone else that does.
burnttoast, I don't believe that the markets are telling us anything about CTSO. Shorts still doing their thing. If the $3 million sale to the Air Force is included in the 3rd quarter, it makes for a blowout quarter. The contract award date is September 24, 2019 so it depends on how they book the order.

K+ontrol Renal Support System for Reduction of Hyperkalemia. I believe that the company will issue a PR regarding this very soon. "CytoSorbents Awarded $2.96M Contract For K+ontrol Renal Support System For Reduction Of Hyperkalemia".

Bart31, doesn't that look like $3 million in sales for a new product, K+ontrol?
This was posted on the yahoo board by CG. K+ontrol Renal Support System for Reduction of Hyperkalemia, a $3 million contract with CTSO. That would be huge, a new product and the sales. The link contained in the Tweet

K+ontrol Renal Support System for Reduction of Hyperkalemia - Federal Business Opportunities: Opportunities
eskay, didn't you promise to take your "short and distort" strategy and leave the board?
HadToHavit, bravo, good speech. I agree 100%. You only have to read the Cases of the Week to see that the beads can be truly miraculous at times. They aren't pills, so it is taking awhile for doctors to try them, but when they do, those doctors are very enthusiastic. The company has made great strides from 9 cent shares. Yes, the trolls mention .27 cent shares but I bought a lot at .095 years ago. I do receive some great information here but you are right, the trolls try to control the sentiment here, usually when they are coordinating a short attack.
do you remember what lakersrback ended his ranting posts with? "Nuff said" very similar
per the SEC, stock manipulation is illegal. I hope that they put an end to it. Enough is enough
ok, here are your distortions. CTSO is losing money, that is a fact, however, you distort by failing to mention that most new biotechs lose money to begin with. To be fair, CTSO has moved from pink sheets to OTC to the Nasdaq. It is actually earning money, with the last quarter, the largest in it's history. So, sales are increasing. Many biotechs make the options part of their pay package, perhaps most. So, your "Channie", disrespectful by the way, 9% pay raise is a distortion. You state "another paid vacation". The Wainwright Conference is being held in New York City, 45 miles away on the I-95, that is another distortion. $20 million owed? Slappie, you know that that is an incredibly low amount of debt, compare it to other companies and it is another of your distortions. And then of course, your two minions just happen to be near their computers to also short and distort. Coincidence? I don't think so.
slappie, looks like you are a textbook case of the SEC definition of "short and distort". "Short-and-distort schemes violate federal and state law
The so-called short-and-distort scheme may violate the Securities Exchange Act anti-fraud provisions, as well as SEC Rule 10b-5, just like the better known antithetical "pump-and-dump" scheme. It checks all the boxes: (1) misrepresentation to the market (through articles, blogs and social media); (2) materiality (often including false statements about a company's financial condition or viability); (3) an intent to deceive (manipulating the market to create downward pressure on the share price to make a profit); and (4) connection to the purchase or sale of securities (initiating a selloff of securities to allow the short seller turned analyst to cover their short position). Likewise, this scheme may violate state securities and consumer protection statutes and common law."
I didn't say that shorts are desperate, I just stated a fact that, they are here massively to drive the share price down. The facts are: shares sold short are way up, we had the recent Mako false hit piece, share prices are down 14% on the day of a very good quarter. Lastly, why would a person like peachy (pearsby, Dr. Low, lakersrback, many etc.) haunt a message board with the likes of eskay, colderinvestor, martyrs, snow, slappie, all of which post at or near the same time as a bunch of sharks. It is to produce negative sentiment. The company could grow faster and they have already announced plans for that. It is the shorts that are driving the price down.
I am tired of the short attacks martyrs, why don't you attack them instead of management? The last quarter was the companies highest in sales.
coldterinvestor, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it is usually a duck. You quack like a short. You never post anything positive regarding this company. You do post quite a few negatives, especially at the same time that the shorts are posting.
Come on eskay/pearsby, colderinvestor has always been short CTSO, like yourself.
Do you guys know wrote the SA hit piece against CTSO? My guess is Paul, of pearsby and 100 other aliases.
wow, z3peru just gave peachy/pearsby/drlowie/eskay/lakersrsucky, etc a big time spanking! I do believe that the shorts are desperate to cover with HemoDefend and who knows what else right around the corner.
Our device is in the Army Times today! "Using extracorporeal -- outside the body -- mechanisms, could mean removing the sepsis or infection without having to use antibiotics, said Air Force Col. Todd Rasmussen, professor of surgery and associate dean for clinical research at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. And this process is not that far away, he said. “I think we’re seeing exciting research being performed.” You can Google Colonel Todd Rasmussen and Cytosorb together and see that he has done a lot of defense research on Cytosorb.
