wow, a positive mike smith, I love it!
hemopure, I agree with you. It is not the lack of coming rewards that is driving people (like texhen) away from this once great board, it is the constant whiney babies.
Orangecat, I feel exactly the same regarding the manipulation. Of course, we have had the neverending pearsby, etc. aliases but without fail, when good news comes in, the shorts attack big time to drive the price down. Many investors blame Dr. Chan but it is the shorts that are keeping the price down. The news is constantly getting better and I do feel that eventually the share price will rise and drive out the shorts. Hopefully, sooner than later.
lakersrback, here is how cytokines are measured.

Martys, looking at your past posts, I would say that you have been short for quite awhile.
coldterd, perhaps you have p envy, I don't remember that, I remember this. "Dr. Phillip Chan is the Chief Executive Officer of CytoSorbents Corporation (NASDAQ: CTSO). Over the past 12 years, Dr. Chan has led the company through the E.U. approval and commercialization of its flagship product, CytoSorb, as a novel blood purification therapy to treat cytokine storm and control deadly inflammation seen in life-threatening illnesses in the intensive care unit and cardiac surgery. Prior to CytoSorbents, Dr. Chan led healthcare and life science investments as Partner for the $80M NJTC Venture Fund, one of the largest seed and Series A early stage venture investors in the greater New York region, and a top 1% performing fund for its vintage. Dr. Chan is also a co-founder and Vice Chairman of Medality Medical, fka Andrew Technologies, a privately-held medical device company pursuing a surgical cure of Type 2 diabetes through the removal of deep mesenteric metabolic fat with its FDA-approved HydraSolve™ advanced lipoplasty system. Dr. Chan received Board-certification in internal medicine, having completed his residency at Harvard Medical School at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He received his MD/PhD from Yale University School of Medicine and his BS in cell and molecular biology from Cornell University."
Good Sport, "The Company has numerous products under development based upon this unique blood purification technology protected by many issued U.S. and international patents and multiple applications pending, including CytoSorb-XL™, HemoDefend™, VetResQ™, K+ontrol™, ContrastSorb, DrugSorb, and others."

Lakersrback, that news must be what propelled the share price from it's 52 week low of .26 to .28 today. The best news is that with it's average volume of 12,600 shares per day, you can buy a whole days worth for $3,600!
lakersrback, Spectical Medical is not doing so well. At .27 cents today, it is .01 cent above the 52 week low. But it did have 6,030 shares trade today. I see why you pump it on a board other than Spectical, it has been 2 months since anyone posted on their yahoo board.
It looks like the Cytosorb XL, FOCUS: CYTOSORB-XL
CytoSorb-XL is a new, state-of-the-art porous polymer bead technology that combines lipopolysaccharide (LPS) endotoxin removal with the robust cytokine, toxin, and inflammatory mediator reduction achieved by CytoSorb®. CytoSorb-XL and its novel endotoxin binding chemistry is the subject of a broad composition of matter patent application, intended to protect the technology worldwide for the next two decades. In a head-to-head comparison with the leading endotoxin adsorber, Toraymyxin™ (Toray, Japan), CytoSorb-XL matched the level of endotoxin reduction in an in vitro plasma recirculation system on a comparable volume basis. CytoSorb-XL is expected to eliminate the need for stand-alone endotoxin specific filters by offering superior performance in the removal of not just endotoxin, but a much broader array of inflammatory mediators that drive uncontrolled deadly inflammation, organ failure, and death in sepsis.

Lakersrback, in full transparency, don't forget to inform board members that it is down to 30 cents with a volume of 999 shares today.
coldterd, But he is selling product, new records usually each quarter. The quarter just ended will also probably set a new record. What else you got?
Mike, why don't you address that to the shorts? It is not Dr. Chan that is doing the damage to the share price.
Ssmmss, greatness will happen as soon as we hear from FDA, and from the German study do you not keep with news like coldterd?
Coldterd, it is a real company, on the verge of greatness. And you seem to resent that.
mike smith, I respect your opinion, just don't assume all shareholders dislike him as much as you do. You repeat yourself constantly, I wish that you would go on to something more productive. You are not going to change the management team.
don't say "we" mike smith, with your dislike of management. I think that Dr. Chan has done a remarkable job bringing this company from a penny stock to where we are now. I feel lucky that we have him. I feel most of the board agrees, I am just part of the silent majority.
martys12, that is why the company $50 million recently, to fund the FDA trial and others, and to build a facility to handle product up to $200 million per year.
physicians see the outcomes and like it once they try it. Reorders are extremely high. You can't compare a $1,000 dollar medical device with a bandaid. Over 100,000 uses says it works, there are many clinical trials that are complete and others in progress. Visit https://clinicaltrials.gov/ if you have not. To state that they don't work is just bashing.
lakersrback, how about used over 100,000 times to save lives. I believe the company over one of pearsbys numerous aliases.
Let me get this straight, this board is responsible for edtxf being at .34 cents and having a volume of 3,000 shares today?
Coldterdinvestor, there is no truth in that post.
True miracles when people are on their deathbeds. Sometimes, good outcomes but not miracles. I expected that from someone that has LeBron James as their hero laker.
ssmmss, I personally enjoy the Case of the Week. They are usually true miracles, saving one life at a time. As far as fluffy PR's, I don't recall seeing any, could you give some examples?
I believe that you are dumping all of the time.
He does speak on post 17469 about Spectral, other times also. No doubt a pearsby, ect. Alias
I will throw in some to stop some of the constant negativity.
I think he meant that he had 50 aliases. He did promise that he would leave several times but always comes back like a bad penny.
Do you know of any other companies that break out sales figures publicly? Isn't that proprietary information that you don't want your competitors to know?
you are kidding right? They are using the proceeds to build the larger plant that will be able to produce 300-400 million in sales. Where would you get the money for construction without a raise? The other uses are for trials, you should do your due diligence.
what money grab was that?
what money grab was that?
"We" are not all aware that Dr Chan needs to step down. Please speak for yourself. Every young company has hiccups but he has brought the company to the cusp of greatness in opinion. We have come from OTC at .075 a share to being profitable within the next year.
What point are you making? Israel loves us as Trump moved our embassy to Jeruselum. Many presidents promised but none delivered. Some Europeons don't like us because Trump asked them to take on more of the NATO burden. He tore up the NAFTA treaty with Canada and Mexico because it was tilted heavily in their favor and cost American jobs. China doesn't like us because he tore up that terrible trade treaty that cost even more American jobs.
I think that they have done an above average job. They don't have control over many things but have made good hires, positioned us to seek FDA approval, made us financially stable. Huge catysts are just around the corner. I feel most investors feel the same as me or wouldn't be here. The share price is being savaged by shorts and you feed into them with your daily anti management rants.
Dr. Chan saw an opportunity to enter the China market and brilliantly took it! We gained worldwide exposure from it.
They probably aren't going to tell you how many rolls of toilet paper that they have gone through either good sport, shameful!
First of all, the last this quarter set a new sales record, $9 million plus, not $6 million. That is fake news. Everything is in place now for an increased share price. You and others seem to blame management for the lower share price, not the shorts, I don't understand that. Shorting is not illegal but manipulation is. If it quacks like a short, it probably is a short. I will go further than raptor and say that there are probably four shorts here posting as upset longs. That creates negative sentiment which shorts thrive on.
I believe that he is short also, he is ALWAYS trying to talk it down. I don't believe that you will be able to find a positive post from him. I think he is a Paul Lipkin creation, like pearsby, a soft basher.
