WOW,WOW,!!!
It does not appear that anyone is going... I may would try to go if they were "breaking ground" to start to actually build something.
One day, one day....
Great to see that post, Thanks! If I were a gambler, I'd say I'm buying more. Actually, I must already be a gambler to have as much as I have - and reminding you, I initially stupidly bought it @$1.50 with a "LOT" of emphasis on the "stupid" part (should make some feel better).
I've had a good feeling about this from the start, but that email made my feeling - feel a little better. Especially lately (like the past year -lately hahaha) with all the setbacks - push backs, lack of funds etc.
Hmmmm..... it is quite low right now, and I'm thinking it really won't go any lower, perhaps I should get my calc. out and see how I can improve on my avg. pps. Hahaha, averaging down is what got me as much as I have, and not being a rich person, I often think - "how ridiculous I've been over this stock; but then again... I do have the high hopes. Uggh, I think I'm the longest on this board now, since others have given up on it.
Also, haha, looks like my trip to Fla. initially may include a different location. Won't be packing my bags yet, but do believe I'll get to pack em sooner or later. Please - please let me eventually pack my bags.
GO BION!!!
Volume was quite high today considering the avg. I seem to think that is a sign of behind the scene works... imo only. As I said in an earlier post - as with a lot of stock, when the volume increases for no reason, seems though, a lot of times, good news comes following. We'll see. We are long due, as Longgg mentioned. Also, I'm making a couple of calls next week - Adam included, to at least see if I can detect optimism or... usually, they don't have to say anything and you can detect something.
GO BION!!
Go Us!
GLTA
Longgggg, Have been meaning to tell you what great points you were making on here - most appreciated too.
GO BION!
Go US!!
Much Luck everyone, I've been in this for quite sometime, was naive and first bought at $ 1.50 (quit laughing at me) how ridiculous. But I kept averaging down, bought a whole bunch at .02, and kept buying. Thank God I have some sense.... hmmmm.... time will tell. I held when it was at .40
And, I'm sure it's been revised etc. since the bp is from 2012, and that was before they decided to use the new technology that - that new group they brought on board has.
Hi there AirCorps - I've been looking - haven't given up yet. I had somewhat of a clear view - was able to read something that other's said they couldn't. Can't remember much now, that has been awhile ago. Here is a link that you can blow up to 200%, but you still can't read the small print.

Again & Again Go BION -
Btw, seems like when the volume is going up (which it did today) good news comes out.... hope so soon, I like good news.
Thanks Codaras! GO BION!
I hope to go there soon too. Perhaps with the Prius I just bought, twill allow me to travel there without concerns of how much I'll spend on gas, unlike the Tahoe I just traded. Hopefully BION will get on the move, would really like to pay off that Prius - WhoHoo!

Just found this article interesting, for those interested.
I actually might mean "What are the charts telling us".
Could someone chart "BION" for me.... It would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Re: Charts - was wondering, those that can read charts, what do they look like? Last time someone (a visiting spectator) came on here and said that if... and if... were to happen, it would shoot up. Well, that is when it shot up to the .41, I actually held at that time, and you know the rest of the story.
Thanks so much everyone for the input. I have been awol, mostly because I don't feel I've had anything worthy of contributing. But I'm really glad to see the uplifting news.
Go BION!!
Thanks Codaras... btw, have you spoken with Adam lately? I meant to check in with him today, but forgot to call. I'm sure he's out tomorrow. Was just wondering if we're still in line for the epc this month.
Codaras, Could you post the link to that article? It would be nice if they were talking about our technology.
Thanks,
TW
Thanks 1Gumbi for the L2 share, wow, people are holding tight and that's great. Also Codaras thanks for sharing your info.
I actually haven't been on for a couple of days and was quite surprised to see a little action. Perhaps people know things and are getting in the game??
Now I know why my hand was itching for 2 days :) it really was, and that's the only superstition I have that can count on.
I actually spoke with Carlos one day on the phone. He had quite an upbeat in his voice. I also could tell he was impressed with Brian K. and I was glad to hear such positive ness?? I found out they have already Physically moved their offices to the other FL location. Sounds like some other things are going on, but we'll have to hear about it via the correct channel.
Anyway, as always...
Go Bion!!
On the site plan, you can see the revisions date, I believe it is dated July. I'm betting this isn't the final though. These have never been posted before. I'm liking it.
GO BION!!
Looking forward to it!
Hi Ecomike, I'm hoping you'l find some good things that we don't already know about. It's always good to hear others' findings - even though we know everything's not always sugary, not now and not the past. But, seems as though we're headed rightly.
GO BION!!
Hi LR8, has been awhile... Have you inquired re: the uplisting? I no longer have much time for following up with all this, but would be curious as to how this is going. I didn't realize May was a target.. I was thinking more along the lines of them "preparing" to be ready to uplist once things got moving in the right direction.
Whoever thought things would be this far behind though - it most definitely is dragging out. I think mostly because they have made a lot of changes, revising as they're going along, hitting road blocks along the way (not sure what they are).
It is time for an update in my opinion.. they should not wait til Oct. for an update... we should "all" push for that.
I'm also going to question this, I'm finding out more about who is moving, who the employees will be, and why not closer to the proposed plant site. Hopefully Adam will have good answers... at one time, there were a couple of people there. A receptionist and Michael McCarthy (I think that was his name), and I believe the others came and went; that was my impression anyway. I'm really not "doubting" though, but will do my dd.
Go BION!!
Agreed, before next Friday would be great, I believe my concerns would arise deeply if not by this month though. I could patiently wait until then...
With the charts moving the way they are, and the news coming out (hopefully) - twill be interesting to see how this month plays out.
BTW, I liked your scenario with the estimation of how this could play out - Thanks!
Go BION!!
Thanks Codaras for enlightening me on both issues. Looking forward to when things do move forward and especially hoping for that rocket ride... It will be great when the stock surpasses what I initially bought in at ($1.50) I could really kick myself in the head for that (If my foot could reach my head)... I'm glad I hung in there and kept averaging down though. Just really hoping all the cards are played to our advantage with this stock... Fertilizer stock is way up there, but who knows what the future holds?? But, I'm still confident and BION long.
GO BION!!
I'm with you Codaras, Wall Street Journal?? That's the first I've seen anything posted there. That's great exposure.
- I wasn't quite sure exactly what TEFRA is, haven't googled it yet. And, I really didn't see the significance about the other news regarding that amonia/urea technology. I thought we had all that down pat already - I've had a somewhat of a busy summer and haven't had much time to stay on top of this. The company I went to work for is now filing for bankruptcy - therefore I'm OUTA JOB AGAIN :( Perhaps I'll do my due diligence on this stock again - need to re-brief myself with what is going on.
Still Long and still on the GO BION!! (train)
TW
I had spoken w/ Adam the other day. He sounds very optimistic (I suppose that's his job) but he did say that our patience will pay off. HOPE & pray tis true.
I'm wondering where KBR stands re: what phase they're in. They had to finish a phase, and get out a letter of proof to ?? (Perhaps a letter to the Federal Reserve (or an institution that is Fed Res approved) please correct me if I'm wrong - anyone. But, I believe that was a previous hold up, and perhaps it still is.
One thing, there seems to be a lot of big boy support (looking at the big-time investors on the financials that were named) in this, and still, having KBR, and all the other big shot associates that we have involved and working with BION, it is still a big time deal in the works.(IMHO)
Wow, it looked great when it was .44, how about that hind sight? Hopefully it won't be long and it will heapingly surpass that .44
GO BION!!
Best of luck to everyone.
That was my impression as well Codaras, and I'm thinking any day now. I do believe those that hold patience will be rewarded. I also expect it to fall until the announcement, but hope it at least hangs where it is now. KBR is the hold up... at least we know they have already reported that the Bionitrogen's conversion technology does work, stated in the below linked press release.
http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/bionitrogen-receives-confirmation-its-engineering-from-kbr-prm-energy-systems-inc-pinksheets-bion-1745338.htm
GO BION!!
Adam's response to
I suppose no one knows anything about that.... I'll email Adam Friedman your question and see what he says. He is really good about returning phone calls, so hopefully an email would suffice for this.
I hope everyone is using Adam as a resource, of course he can't tell much, but he can tell some things when we're just needing to connect dots.
Also, here is his website FYI:

Check out this website and scroll through the pictures on the main page. This picture is on there, - I was proud! Go Bion!!

The below picture must be fabricated, this was on the person's page that created the website... I think it is just an example, but I think it will be pretty cool when we have a truck like that.... I don't think we do right now...It would be nice if we did.
I remember seeing the below link last year, thought it might be a good article for others to view if you haven't seen it. Perhaps when we get our act together, we can get Honduras going as well...
http://www.hondurasnews.com/lobo-biomass-technology/#.UYP2VqJOSSo
I thought it interesting even if it is old. It also talks about Bionitrogen in its early stage.
Feb 2012 article
Okay, and yes, I do have other things to do... hahaha.
flaflyersfan, I believe they are talking the NasDaq or AMEX (and thanks for the clarification on that)in the long term, once they have operation income, and stability with income as well as a stable stock price. That price would have to be on up there consecutively $5.00 or close, or $4.00, not sure what the criteria is...
But, I think they are thinking the otc qb/qx etc. in the short term.
I really don't know what exactly they meant in the interview, but I truly feel that with Brian K.'s experience, he would certainly know what the qualifications are, or at least could do the research if he didn't know. I do not feel they are trying to hype it up with that, and that sentence re: uplisting was generic and had no elaboration with it.
Thanks for the concern, but I'm okay with just moving forward to the next tier for the short term. It will be quite some time down the road before we have operating income substantial for the 3 year criteria to be met, and I'm confident that they would give their stockholders more credibility.
Yes though, thanks for the good luck wish.

R46, You can hear the questions and answers too listening to the audio...
You can listen again to the call by calling 1800-453-8476
And you're very welcome!
Here is the transcript from the conference call today. Please know that I did my best, however, there were times that I did not quite understand what was said. Please read this, and if you can fill in the blanks, or correct anything that I have stated, that would be great. Just post it to me, I can fill things in later and re-post it. You can listen again to the call by calling 1800-453-8476
There were a lot of important questions and answers following the call that I will not be able to transcribe. So, here goes: BioNitrogen Investor Call on 5/1/2013
Welcomed and forward looking statement briefing by Adam Friedman,
Now turning the call over to Brian Kornegay (Pres. and CFO of
Good Morning everybody, I am joined here with Carlos etc.
Thank y'all for joining us, we wanted to give ya'll a brief update on the status of our operations and what to expect in the upcoming months as well as from the standpoint of where we stand today.
I'll detail this out on the site specific, first of all discuss the Florida plant,
As you all can see from the press release we have acquired 600 acres which is far more than what we needed for one plant, there are expansion plans with that site and we have been approx. 9 months into permitting plans and zoning, substantially all the permitting is done except for water, and the building permit, in this area which is part of the Florida Everglades you deal with certain uh governmental bodies such as the Southwest Water Management District that require more stringent permitting than other parts of the US. So most of that has/is?? taking place which is about a 6-12 month process.
We have also completed the permit to collect biomass which is has been started. Uh, one of the Phosphate Mining companies in this area, CF Industries, is uh effectively given us the biomas tress, hardwood trees and softwood trees um at no cost that we transport over to our site. Um, this will decrease their carbon footprint and we are also moving forward and in the process of receiving biomass from other sources in the area.
We have received 175 million tax exempt bonds status from the governor which we expect to increase to 200 million based upon the advise of the underwriters, Stifel Nicolaus, which we have retained to underwrite the bonds in FL as well as Louisiana.
The next step in that process to complete it which is ... the ultimate process is the signing of a (epc) engineering procurement and construction contract. We have been working with KBR diligently on the design and engineering, which isn't going well, its taking a little bit longer than what KBR initially layed out to us back in August of last year, Uh, we are advancing with the engineering, but we are uh in the final stages of selecting a contractor to complete the (???) portion of that contract. You see an announcement with regards to that in the next couple of weeks, um, the next step after that is to go to market. We have been expecting about a (36 day????) process once that project is complete, and uh we do not mention of any additional issue in delays with regards to that process.
The construction begins once we sign a contract in the process of moving forward with regards to the railroad spurs and the other long lead items, so between now and June you will have that part of the work in process.
The Louisiana plant, that site is following the same process, a couple of months behind the FL site, we have an (???) to purchase 250 acres. We have done the environmental due diligence, we are in the final stage of diligence on that land. We've also completed the state bond commission with the governor and his representatives , so on... to approve - not to exceed 1.25 billion dollar tax exempt bonds for 5 plants there, the allocation of tax free bonds is expected to be in September or October and we would expect the process to follow just in line with Florida.
With regards to a financial update... as people can see, as ya'll can see as investors, we are complying with the FDC, our plans to uplist include ?? registration with the FDC which is completed, we have selected to include our first quarter numbers in that, since the numbers would ?? by the time the FDC would respond, so that would be completed this month and then from that, uplisting is relatively a straight forward process from the QB to the QX and then up to the either up to the (MX??) or the Nasdaq depending upon the requirements and the boards decision.
Questions followed:
Wow, curiosity is killing this cat...
So, investor calls are the norm for a lot of companies. I'll say that we are due for updates.
Any ideas anyone??
Good luck to us all!!
BION Pictures, these are from LongRun8
Thanks LongRun8, its great seeing these... You forgot about the man wearing the BION polo shirt though :)
Didn't think you'd mind me re-sizing etc. I have the patience and more time on my hands than I'd like. I'll bill you later hahaha...

Codaras, You're probably right, and I sure hope so.
Bionitrogen Corporation is getting a lot of exposure. The below links reflect some of the exposure that BION is getting... I may have went a bit overboard, but I could have kept it going.
I wish we could get the volume going. Perhaps later, but I still think they should pay a promoter... that is my opinion.

Go to More tools here on ihub right near the "level 2 header, then to "My image Gallery", upload the photos, then copy the URL and paste into the post, then highlight the url from your gallery and click on the image icon to the left of the post. I think that should do it... There may be an easier way, but I just found that way.
Good luck, looking forward to seeing them.
Thanks Longrun8 for sharing. I'm quite happy about the progress, and hearing it first hand is always a good thing. It was also good to hear about the Bion polo shirt he was wearing, makes me want one now.
Re: the HIDE thing, I have a feeling when it was at that initial stage, the ones that did that video, Dr. Collins and the other, probably got scammed. Who knows... I don't get concerned about it, that's just me.
And thanks Codaras for sharing your info too.
Thanks again,
Yippee LR8, looking forward to hearing about it. Hope you had a great vacation!!
Your gist about the presentation sounds like mine...
GO BION!!
And thanks EVERYONE for all that you do, the leg work, the support and being wonderful for sharing...
GO BION!!
Looking forward to the news on the bonds, and mostly looking forward to groundbreaking news. Sounds like things should be lining up soon.
Thanks Codaras, I had forgotten all about that presentation, and last when I looked, it wasn't up yet - way back when.
GO BION!!
You may want to scratch my previous post... because, I called my local Stifel Company, inquired about the bonds and they say I may be ahead of the game; they do not see them out there now. So, not sure what the other assumption I made was about, not sure, not sure.
