It didn't move today??
Tried to buy the last 121,300...My order got filled but the ask didn't change..
I did the opposite of that...Forgot I had a stop loss in at .002 until it got hit..Hoping for a chance to get back in, didn't really want to sell a day ahead of news..
Bobbertino, not sure if you're married or not, but for the purpose of this example you are.
Bobbertino's wife authorizes him to invest $10,000 in PGPM.
Bobbertino invests $6,000 one day and is authorized to invest only $4,000 more.
PGPM dips and Bobbertino invests $4,000 more.
Bobbertino has now used all the money he was authorized to spend.
No more PGPM shares for Bobbertino without getting the wife to increase the amount she authorized.
I was here for that and remember, it just seems like he's saying that it's impossible for all of a company's authorized shares to be outstanding, at least that's the way I'm interpreting his posts..
Why is it impossible to comprehend that all of the authorized shares can be outstanding?
I'm too lazy to go back and find the posts, but I feel like we went through this same thing a while back...
Yikes, just checked in after several hours away...Anyone heard from seandy? Doesn't seem like he's going to handle today very well..
I'm looking forward to the removal so these ridiculous posts stop, any share price appreciation is a bonus at this point...
4 of 5 MMs on the bid at .0033...
Busy moving his bid up probably ;)
The wording on the OTC Markets website is a bit vague, which has prompted a ton of fun posts here.
They way I, and many others read it, the CE designation is not typically removed within the first 30 days of it being applied. For example, if a company gets slapped with the CE and they're like "oh shit, that's bad" and get all their information up to date within a week, the CE designation would typically stay on for at least 30 days regardless.
My interpretation now is that OTC Markets has all the filings they need, they're going "monitor" PGPM to make sure they're not doing anything shady before they decide to remove the CE designation.
All my interpretation of the situation, only time will tell what will actually happen.
I never get tired of hearing that, lol. Regardless of the semantics, there are many good catalysts in the near future for this company, IMO.
I've been here since before the filings were posted and it's been CE the entire time I've been in. There's also a spot on the OTC Markets site (previously posted here) that shows all CE additions and removals for the last six months. PGPM does not appear on that list, ergo it's been CE for at least six months and one day.
That is completely false...The link you provided shows that it was upgraded from Pink No Information to Pink Limited on 5/16...It was CE long, long before that date.
Wait, this ticker has nothing to do with LGBT? What did I invest in then?
Great to finally see some bid support (not even hidden), especially at EOD..
I keep seeing these big blocks on the ask and thinking to myself that the run is going to stall, but sure enough they keep getting bought up..
Thanks for the heads up on this one CJ. Was able to get in at .0015 after your alert posted elsewhere.
Agreed, on the bright side, at least it's holding well..
That's a really weird thing for your brother to be doing on a train...
Exactly, now there's the real reason to buy in, along with some others...
I'm long here as well, but PGPM doesn't own the $330M in assets, that belongs to their parent company.
There has been some speculation on a reverse merger that would bring those assets into PGPM, but it's nothing more than speculation.
Again, long here and want the pps to head north, but not a fan of spreading misinformation..
Lol, I have no counter-argument to that statement...
Haha, saw DRY$ on that list...They're on a big board and are 10x as shady as some of these pinkies lol. Really wish I could short that bad boy over and over again, but my broker won't let me..
Nope...As many others have mentioned since your post, T trades don't affect the closing price, nor are they actually after hours trades..
Here's some info on the subject if you're interested..

We didn't close down 12%, stop it....
That's a disclosure of a trade (or trades) that happened earlier today...The closing price will still be recorded as .0058..
Cheer up man, your investment is worth 1.75% more than it was yesterday!
It was established a while ago that these guys aren't English majors..
Is that PR speak for "stop calling and emailing us constantly"?
Bid three ticks above the price right now and nothings getting filled..
Thanks for the update...I wonder how long they need to monitor before they're satisfied?
Lol yeah, that's quite the extreme example of the message I was trying to get across. Those holders can teach me a thing or two about patience, not sure I would've held something for seven years..
Clearly you're going to (or have already) drive yourself crazy watching this (or any ticker) on a minute to minute basis.
If you're of the opinion that the CE is going to be removed and the PRs that follow will drive the price up, then you shouldn't be so down about recent action.
I get that a huge red mark in your account is super depressing, but that's the way the market goes. You can be down on something for weeks or months, and that can turn into a gain in no time flat with the right catalysts.
Hang in there man, good things come to those who wait..
Agreed, getting tough to read these posts today...
What does doing that accomplish/prove?
I didn't see it live but it's showing as a buy on etrade..
Haha, just trying to be responsible and set a weekly limit. I'll snag a few more shares next week..
I would, but I used my weekly PGPM money to buy at 0108 earlier this week, whoops!
