Even if they were a buyout target, the only shares that would be bought out would be the preferred shares and not the common stock....
Boring is fine with me if it can make me money. Hmmm....maybe the board needs someone to stir things up a bit. LOL
Hey all. So this is where everyone is hanging out now. Will be looking into this one and hopefully will be enjoying the ride.
What took you so long?
Gotcha
Actually, market cap would stay the same post 20 for 1 split as the shares outstanding would also be reduced by a factor of 20.
That wouldn't be a 50% debt reduction. That would be a net loss reduction.
So are you saying that they aren't currently reporting all revenues fully now?
Unfortunately, as their financial statements show, Blum Oakland's expenses are greater than revenues so no, they aren't putting back in anything to grow it. Now TRTC shareholdes getto finance the losing dispensary while insiders get a nice payday.
Roflmao. Dow sellers won't touch this pos otc company
Lol....sure it is. Lol. Maybe if it was a strong profitable company and that certainly ain't TRTC
A lot has changed in regards to the global economy due to that vote.
Sure it is....lol
World economic instability...that's how.
The purpose is to keep control of the company in the hands of the Insiders and to protected insiders from dilution. Multiple classes of shares are not unique to this company
The b shares weren't just created they've been here for years
Sorry, but there are a lot more problems than the R/S issue.

I am still confused what any of this has to do with 2016 q2 financials?
Im still confused as to what this has to do with qtr 2 financials for 2016?
Again, what does 2018 have to do with qtr 2 2016's numbers????
Again, what does 2018 have to do with this years qtr 2 financials????
Ok, but what does that have to do with q2 of this year? Also, how does going for profit help with their horrible profit margins? Does it somehow magically increase revenue or does it magically decrease their cost of goods sold? Also does it magically decrease their SG&A expenses?
They did report blums Oaklands financials for qtr1 2016 and it was a loss, and it was a loss for 2015 so what makes you expect qtr2 will be any different? And don't get your hopes up for Blum LV numbers...
Well there would have to be a profit first in order for them to do that and not for profits can be profitable, they just can't distribute the profits to the owners as dividends, they either have to donate it or put back into the business, neither of which happened as there wasn't a profit but rather a loss.
Maybe you should look at the financials for blum for 2015 and qtr 1 and see that they are loosing money on the 1000 pts a day.
