Thanks for your insights. My impression overall is that the FCC case vs. ANTONIO CESAR GUEL is not good news for JPEX.

Those who got burned during last GDVM downturn hopefully have learned something from this experience.
I've been burned MANY times in similar scenarios. That's just part of the OTC game.
Those looking for "real" companies to hold for the long-term should NOT be looking in the OTC.
What I've learned is that OTC trading is just for fun and games. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose as I have. If you're careful, you end up with a wash as I have. But where else can you win and/or lose a lot of money in a short period of time? Oh yeah - LAS VEGAS! lol
PS. Not trying to make light of anyone with losses here. It is a very painful experience. My suggestion is to pick yourself up and try to do better with your next ticker or even with the same one.
MVNT's karma suggests an important convergence "next week".
Not just any day next week, but specifically on Thursday, Feb. 15.
First, we know that Thursday seems to be a preferable day for MVNT to release news. The second important event occurring on Feb. 15 is the due date for Q2 financials.
So why not next Thursday? Seems like a genuine possibility to me.
PS. I give some credit to gemstone for proposing this date in a recent post. You da man! lol
How many tickers go from EM to PC?
I was curious about how many OTC tickers go from the Expert Market (EM) to the Pink Limited (PL) tier in a given period of time.
So I looked at the data from the link at the bottom.
From Oct. 2, 2023 to Feb. 6, 2024 there were exactly 12 OTC tickers that went from the EM to the PL tier. Currently there are 3,373 tickers on the EM.
My conclusion is that it is not very common for companies that get downgraded to the EM to then come back on the PL tier.
Fortunately, when MVNT got downgraded last year they acted quickly and were able to get back to PL after just ONE day on EM.
Hope we don't EVER have to go through that trauma again.

MVNT's history shows filing of multiple Q's together.
For FY 2020 MVNT filed Q1, Q2, and Q3 all on Dec. 8, 2020. They were late by ~13, 10, and 7 months respectively.
For FY 2021 MVNT filed Q1, Q2, and Q3 all on June 10, 2021. They were late by ~7, 4, and 1 month respectively.
Nope on this "hope". Hopefully before weeks end ....
And likely NOPE on your other "bet" - I bet we hear updates before the 15th
If we don't hear from management before 2/15/24 (Q2 due date), then the next possible date would be 5/15/24 (Q3 due date).

PS. Actually I am also hoping they file on or before Feb. 15, but I wouldn't put money on it. - lol
Interesting
Not keen on soon either. However, soon better than next week. Because soon happens once in a while whereas next week hardly ever happens.
Of course this is all related to MVNT speak. MVNT uses their own private dictionary that only insiders have access to. LOL
Second time recently that $.0005 is best Bid.
Can it hold for more than a day this time?
Someone executed a trade at the ASK, $.028.
Generally speaking, MMs have been filling small volume orders in between the bid and the ask. So I was a bit surprised when I saw the trade of 2,633 shares at $.028. Will MMs wonders ever cease? lol
At least that's better than saying "next week". LOL
I appreciate your specificity.
Is a "secular" uptrend possible on the OTC?
I would say no, due to the majority of traders being short-term traders and flippers.
However, maybe GDVM will be the exception?
Remember that an uptrend doesn't need to have spectacular gains (or even small gains) every day. It just needs to have an upwards trending line when a "best-fit" mathematical model is applied to two or more data points.
If real, that would require ~$15K in slaps to remove.
I sure as heck will not test that resistance as probably no one else will on the board.
Just shows once again how much some material news is needed to move this ticker past $.03.
You at least need to punch a small hole in the damn before the damn will break.
I think most on this board know already what it will take. lol
And continually mentioning "next week" or "next month" etc., won't help. I wish we could all just drop those phrases from our MVNT lexicon. lol
"Fake wall" imho. But without news it will likely stand.
Not much. But better than nothing! LOL
I hate seeing those ZEROES on the daily volume numbers.
TY. Try to call them like I see them.
Nothing fancy.
And I also like to insert some brief explanation when talking about my chart views. Hopefully helps those who are not chart analysts.
Some hero bought 7,500 shares. TY
My chart analysis. RSI has gone from 24% (oversold) to 60% (slightly bullish) past 2 months (Dec. 5 to Feb. 5).
Accumulation/distribution ratio has also been climbing past 2 months and has now reached near neutral (zero). A/D was highly negative in early December but has been climbing ever since to its current neutral position.
My conclusions above were determined from a 6-month daily chart of GDVM which is linked below.
click here for 6-month daily chart
GDVM longs have endured a lot of PAIN since the high of $.1370 on Feb. 23, 2023. Congrats to those who were able to take profits above ~$.07. To the rest, you may be looking at significant paper losses, but according to my chart analysis above, the future is beginning to look much brighter.
SNPW with "rabbit ears" chart. lol
PS. I made that up myself. But that's what the daily chart is beginning to look like to me.
https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/SNPW/technical-chart?plot=BAR&volume=total&data=DO&density=M&pricesOn=1&asPctChange=0&logscale=0&indicators=ACCUM;RSI(14,100)&sym=SNPW&grid=1&height=500&studyheight=150
You're correct. Guess I just meant it's sad for traders/flippers.
Very hard to do short term trading when volume is so low.
MMs or those with $0 commissions are likely the only ones who can make small profits with such low volume tickers.
Unbelievable. Look at MVNT volumes last 11 days.
That's an average daily volume of 97,164! Very sad in my opinion.Feb 02 2024 176,477
Feb 01 2024 210,800
Jan 31 2024 0
Jan 30 2024 67,600
Jan 29 2024 33,995
Jan 26 2024 182,704
Jan 25 2024 89,531
Jan 24 2024 25,850
Jan 23 2024 144,856
Jan 22 2024 73,380
Jan 19 2024 63,618
It's just a mirage. lol
ASK orders come and go daily.
Fidelity reporting 240K shares traded. Schwab shows ZERO!
Weird.
We're back to resistance at $.0300 - lol
I'm replying to my post from 9/5/2023. This post was my predictions 1 month before MVNT's actual 52-week high close of $.0325 on Oct. 5, 2023.
It's been a LONG 4 months since that close of $.0325. Looking forward to the next breakout above $.03.
MVNT has formed a nice long 4-month base since the last top on Oct. 6. See the 4-month chart linked below.
click here for 4-month log closing chart
click here for 4-month linear high-low chart
The "closing" chart smooths out the exaggerated daily ups and downs of the high-low chart. LOL
MVNT short interest.
Found lots of short interest info at link below:
https://fintel.io/ss/us/mvnt
Seems like reliable data. Read this part in the "Introduction" section.
Almost all my OTC tickers are in calm, quiet periods.
No news, low volumes, and very little price movement.
May be just a "sign of times"?
You win! "Punxsutawney Phil doesn't see his shadow" - lol
I agree with point 5c. "Amount of payment (around $120k) is more in line with a full-blown audit and getting 9/30 and 12/30 completed."
This seems the most logical reason for issuing 6M brand new shares of MVNT. In 2019 it was 5M shares, but you know how much inflation there has been since 2019. lol
Not much interest in either buying or selling shares today.
Total SNPW volume today - 35,002 shares.
3 months average daily volume, 2,014,481 shares.

Anyone have an average cost for an audited financial statement for a small business like MVNT??
So far I haven't been able to come up with anything from Google. I've seen numbers from 50K on up.
tia
Your dreams are similar to mine. LOL
Wouldn't folks be surprised if new accounting team does a fully audited Annual Report for FY 2024?
That would be a BIG step towards an uplist to OTCQB!* (imho)
Now I'm really looking forward to MVNT's next financial update! LOL
* Also look for 2 new independent members added to MVNT Board of Directors. That would be a sure sign that an upgrade to OTCQB was in the works.
Yeah, but why use working capital when you can dilute and issue a "relatively" small number of shares for say a new accounting team?
I'm pretty sure those shares could have been issued for about $.02/share or about $120,000 worth of payment. $120K should cover the cost of a highly qualified accounting team!
Here it is from 2020 Annual report:
Payment for new accounting team??
Way back when I recall MVNT issued 5M shares to someone for services rendered.
The details you posted are gobbledygook to me.
If you could explain it in layman's language it would be appreciated.
Yes, thanks. Here's the quote from last quarterly:
Will MVNT have a trade today? Hope not.
With the ASK at $.025 even a small buy at that price would send MVNT down by ~15% from yesterday's close! LOL
