Talking about a buyout on the YAhoo board. I don't know what to expect but a limited lending agreement of $4 to $6 million would put the stock over 60 cents pretty quick.
I know you like technicals. Basing around this level between16 and 20 provides a bullish Adam and Eve pattern.
How much did you buy? 1.2 million shares before noon. Since then the volume has tapered off. See what tomorrow brings.
The 150K bot at end of day was a hint of things to come.
Grey print took out the 83K at 16. Very good sign.
Grey on my screen eating the ask. Good sign.
Someone picked up 325k shares.
Someone took a dent out of those shares at 15.
The buy at 1425 was grey on my screen. Always a good sign like before.
Better support today. When the bid got hit it came back for more.
OK. I'll bite. What was the blurb put out?
Why now?
The only thing positive I can say is someone took the ask at 14 most of the day. Painted grey on my screen indicating someone that makes a market in the shares took them.
I wouldn't be surprised if the buyer in the PAC Rim is going to get the offering here and get 20% of the company. It doesn't cost them much.
I still think is 15 based on the action.
Praise the Lord!
Right????? That is why they had 2 IBs over the last 6 months represent them. They get all the documents to try and get a deal done. Both these firms were wrong and you are correct. Really?
You expect people to believe your garbage?
Based on the activity at 15 cents and this is where they have previously offered shares to large holders my bet is at 15 cents. It depends who is involved. They appeared close a couple of times on a JV or sale. My feelings are they raise about $3 to $6 million and the shares run to 60 cents. So far it has been profitable for the folks that have got the offerings in the past.
My bet is shares at 15 with warrants at 25.
Read the 10k. As far your rumor that you decided to start they would have told you by now instead of them negotiating in the PAC Rim. Would 2 Investment Bankers take them on over the past year if the legal documents were wrong?
You just decided to start garbage here like the YHOO board.
They are good for a little less than 50 years and can extend them an additional 50 years.
Leave it to the YHOO board bashers to put that out. There is great hatred over there.
I would bet they offer shares at 15 cents with warrants at 25 cents or more. This has clearly been orchestrated by some entity. If I was selling 550k shares I wouldn't scare people off by stuffing the ask with it. If I wanted to control the share price that is what I would do. A bit aggravating to watch someone press it lower and not sell one share.
It would not surprise me if the PAC Rim entity was getting shares now or apiece of the company down here. Only reason to have put out PR.
I'll help. It is the difference between fast and a slower moving average. A technical indicator some people watch. If you google it you will find it.
"effort to reach an agreement"
Sounds like negotiate!
You must have sold yesterday. Discussions. .....Negotiations. Talk about splitting hairs. It is with a group that has signed non disclosure agreements. I don't see the difference in the two words.
I would like to see some of the older bidders come back. I know they want more than what has probably been offered. Gildea keeps talking $2. Two years ago they had a Pacific Rim miner interested. I have to believe these guys in management are a bit weary by now watching their shares go no where. I'm sure they want their options first.
You may be right. This may also free up people under an agreement to buy shares.
So they shouldn't say anything. They could have put the same info out when the shares were 35 cents or when they started negotiations.
It has been going on for 2 months. Looks like this new director has some hand in this. It looks like there is a China component. They have been buying assets in Mexico.
The company is getting tiring. It has gone on since last Aug. Cut a deal already!
They would have been better off keeping everyone in the dark until a deal of some kind is signed.
First it was BVN last Aug. and others since then with 2 different investment bankers. I think the property is a good find based on the interest of the bankers but they must keep digging in their heels wanting more than what is offered.
The fact the shares have run up to 40 cents multiple times probably indicates where the interest is.
Just put out they are in discussions with a group from the Pacific Rim region. They have turned over documents on the property. Burney has spent time with them.
I don't know if they are getting sold or not. The only thing I do know is they want $2 to $3. That would be one heck of a gain from here.
I think they have had offers. Just look at the chart. Up. Down. Up. Down.
They more than likely have the payment money on hand if warrants were exercised. They also raised money in Q4 if I remember correctly. I don't see them issuing shares.
The 5 acres cored and assayed have about $400 million in assets. 20% of 400 million is about 80 cents. It seems more than reasonable 450 acres could go for $1 From the price at this level it doesn't.
Why buy it? What do you know about it? I own it because I read the 43-101 and the first 5 acres has a fair amount of gold. It would lead me to believe the company is worth about 80 cents. The action is telling me I am wrong.
Why do you want to own it?
I am on the mailing list as well. I just think who ever is working the list isn't doing a very good job. It is not the Iceman that works the email list.
He must have talked to him. It wasn't something that was posted.
On a penny stock the chart doesn't carry that much weight. One trade of $2k can form your expectations.
I still look at charts. If it broke 38 cents a while back I would have bought. I will look for an improving chart if I add. The trades are significant. Someone is willing to pony up $20k a pop. I haven't seen large volume transactions on this until recently.
Still large transactions. A number of 100k trades. No real small trades.
Strange trading today. Large blocks in the 50 to 75k range. Not much of the 100 to 200 share junk.
You must still have a fair amount of shares. How many entities had or have an interest in the property over the last six months? Any firms from China with the new director?
Today he put out after the purge that it was still his cinderella pick. Said people were selling to get into his other picks that have moved up. I am exhausted from holding this. I have to believe there is at least a couple of billion in the ground. They only need a few million to prove out a lot more of the site. Iceman seemed sure of a sale last week.
A smart move. A 25% range on the day. I expect better from this with the first 5 acres holding $400 million in minerals. 20% of that is 80 cents. When DME handled them they had a $1.15 target price. Getting frustrated with the quote stuffing at the open but I will hold because the property to me is worth more. The quote spreads are nutty now.
2 days out of the last 6 it has been a flush.
How many days are they going to stuff the ask at the open? It has been going on since 38 cents.
I think the stock is worth 80 cents.
