Absolutely agree.
They don't care about daily ups and downs. It's a big picture thing. They focus on what's best overall. Not one insider sold on the rise to $3.23. That wasn't part of their vision.
What's COMING is what it's always been about.
I see you didn't bother to specify and show me a link to a real example.
While I only spent a few minutes on Google trying to find a Topical Cream with THC, I didn't find a specific 'Clinically Proven' product(s) that was available in-stores/online. I saw articles where they talked about Cannabis-based Topical Creams (with THC) being helpful. I thought it may have also implied CBD itself was shown to be effective -- but by the wording, I wondered if THC made it even more effective.
*shrug*
Either way, another company having a Clinically Tested/Proven product to market first NEVER means the others are screwed. Capitalism reigns. We have dozens of toothpaste options, dozens of deodorant options, etc. Many different pills you can pop for a headache or runny nose.
There are other clinically proven Cannabis-based creams or are they creams (lotions) made from hemp or even CBD that "help" with Psoriasis?
Can you be specific? Links?
"OWC plans to issue additional updates on our continued research and further developments in early 2018."
OWCP "received a new permit from the Israel Medical Cannabis Agency [MCA] to proceed with the safety study of their oral disintegrating tablet. The study protocol will be submitted to the Institutional Review Board [IRB] at a leading Israeli academic hospital in the coming weeks. The study is scheduled to start in Q2 2018."
From the latest PR.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/OWCP/news/OWC-Pharmaceutical-Research-Corp--Announces-Update-on-its-Proprietary-Medical-Cannabis-Sublingual-Tablet?id=178758&b=y
I agree. The investor presentation, the Chairman update letter from September, the latest PRs, etc... It all points to obvious things in the works.
$CNBX is sitting at a $244M Market Cap, $GWPH is at $3.7B, and $OWCP is only at $70M?
Lots of room to grow when the news comes. The manipulation may be a factor now, but eventually it won't be much of a factor -- in my opinion.
'O Canada!
Take your pick :)
- Johnson & Johnson
- Roche
- Pfizer
- Novartis
- Sanofi
- Bayer
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_largest_pharmaceutical_companies_by_revenue
NTVA at half of GWPH's market value ($3.7B) is around $42.50/share.
FDA Orphan could greatly help with a rise towards $1B -- which is around $23/share.
That wouldn't suck.
It is my opinion that you'll be quite pleased with the purchase(s) within the month of January and things should only get better beyond that point. Obviously dips and retrace expected if there happens to be a BIG run -- unless that big run occurs because they finally announce the start of sales/revenue or something even more amazing.
Definitely not surprised to see such teeny-tiny volume.
Bid / Ask still remain wide. I'm seeing $5.95 on Ask as of 11:00 AM CST. :)
Anxious for January trading.
WE ARE GO FOR LAUNCH!
I still imagine a relatively low volume day due to the tiny ass float. :)
How long does it take for a trademark to be registered?
It is hard to predict how long it will take for an application to mature into a registration since many factors can affect the process. Generally, an applicant will receive a filing receipt almost instantly after filing. In addition, you should receive an initial response from the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) within approximately three months of filing the application.
However, the total application processing time may be anywhere from 6 months to a year, or even longer. Most applications are processed completely in slightly less than one year. Overall processing time depends on your basis for filing and any legal issues that arise in the examination process.
Current status on trademark applications and registrations can be obtained by accessing the Trademark Applications and Registrations Retrieval database online at tarr.uspto.gov/. To check on average processing times, please visit http://www.uspto.gov/dashboards/trademarks/main.dashxml.
SOURCE: https://www.legalzoom.com/knowledge/trademark/faq
I would think it's safe to assume that if a Trademark application was filed, it may take 3 - 6 months (or more) until it'll show up on a search result at the USPTO website. :)
One MIGHT speculate it's people who know or assume the Canadian listing is coming and could result in a nice PPS increase once it's done/official.
Yes, sir. I think a lot of early investors will keep a bulk of their shares for much more than $3.90...
We'll see when those even start being sold though. January? February?
It's going to be tight with low volume for a while.
People keep saying "Share Selling Scam" -- but doesn't that only work when the company is ACTUALLY diluting?
Company hasn't issued/shared new shares in quite a while. Obviously they raised funds in February because, you know, publicly traded companies with no revenue HAVE TO sell shares to raise money.
OTCmarkets.com showing 146,316,600 Outstanding as of December 1st:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/OWCP/profile
10Q from September 30th: 146,316,600 Outstanding
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=12381637
10Q from June 30th: 146,316,600 Outstanding
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=12244229
10Q from March 31st: 144,819,287 Outstanding
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=12077883
1,497,313 shares increased from March through December (so far). Oh, man. THE OUTRAGE!
(I remind you they added a new, veteran Chairman and an NASDAQ company experienced CFO in mid-year too.)
Prior to that, they announced selling 4,489,465 shares where they brought in $1,624,640 from private placement investors.
(Source: http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=11882510)
So, bottom line... I strongly disagree this could be a "share selling scam".
P.S. Page 19 of their Investor Presentation actually shows how much money is needed throughout the year for their research -- which, thankfully, is being done in Israel where it doesn't cost tens of millions.
(Source: http://www.owcpharma.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Investors-Presentation-November-2017.pdf)
$10 can certainly hit in Q1. Can't wait for those PRs to drop. I reeeeeally believe there's a few of them just waiting for $NTVA to be live and trading. There's NO CHANCE of nothing happening since the last PR was listed on their website (in August).
We'll see if I'm right or wrong soon enough, but with News PLUS a ridiculously TINY float... This can run.
Right now, I think the only volume we're seeing is the people who were holding KDRH previously. There just isn't much of anything for sale at this point.
Yeah, I was wondering the same. I know they've always been sure to say "Approximately 12/26" as it's probably more up to FINRA to get done.
I've never owned shares in a company that changed tickers, so never paid close enough attention -- but I've definitely seen a lot of tickers change over the years.
$10 won't suck. ;)
Yes, yes... It's looking very nice.
Dreeeaming of FDA Orphan Status in early 2018. Haha.
Friedland was the primary reason for my interest here.
I'm actually hoping to attend this year as well. We'll see how things work out.
I'm a fan of Jeffrey Friedland. :) He's absolutely an industry expert.
More and more progress. It's only a matter of time until we see it legalized.
$NTVA is going to be a beast.
Ohhh, man. Can't wait for the day after Christmas! Haha.
I fly to Vegas 2 days after that too. Ringing in the new year on the strip.
Yeah, I keep hoping they'll announce sales in Germany/Europe SOON. I don't see why they can't start selling at Dispensaries for sure. I understand it can't be on shelves at CVS or Walgreen's because of Cannabis -- until it's LEGAL.
Pretty major report for the CBD industry. More acceptance for this Cannabis plant. :)
"A World Health Organization (WHO) report has found no adverse health outcomes or recreational potential but rather several medical applications for cannabidiol, a.k.a. CBD, despite U.S. federal policy on the cannabinoid chemical."
https://www.forbes.com/sites/janetwburns/2017/12/11/who-report-finds-no-public-health-risks-abuse-potential-for-cbd/
The ONLY reason I would think $1.00 is better than $0.50 is because of SOME brokers not allowing for stocks under $1.00 or $2.00.
A person can buy with most any broker on their own... But, I personally could not buy OWCP with Edward Jones because it was under $2.00.
Therefore, I transferred my Roth IRA away from Edward Jones and took control. Over all, I don't think the share price is a concern.
Granted, if the share price is massively inflated (like February 22nd, 2017) -- a lot of big dog investors may not invest at $3.00/share unless the company is actually worth that in their eye. So, if we're at $3.00 by conference time -- I sure as hell hope it's because of some major news developments.
Overall, I imagine more will invest at $0.50 than at $1.00 otherwise.
But, this is all my opinion and I'm definitely not an expert on the submit.
Please, don't ever buy based on my posts. Follow the links, read & decide for yourself. :)
Though, yes, I'm confident in what I post... But, still. Want YOU to be confident. It's your money.
Haha. Thanks. Sometimes it takes lies/exaggeration/stretch of the truth to help reveal the answers.
$3.00 in February? If there's some good news delivered for once, sure. The type of news determines if OWCP can remain in the $3.00 range or if it'll be short lived (like last February).
Canadian Listing, New Distributor/Partner, Sales to Begin in Germany/Europe... Those types of things could certainly help with $3.
Heck, the current/on-going study may be done by February. The timeline on their presentation indicates maybe towards end of Q1 -- but as Dr. Hirsch stated in the update letter, "research is, by nature, unknown." -- or something to that effect.
So, could be done sooner OR later than end of Q1.
Again, being vague and leaving out additional wording AND not leaving folks with a link to verify the source.
Here's my source:
https://www.ipaustralia.gov.au/patents/understanding-patents/types-patents
More than half way down the page:
Can an innovation patent be converted to a standard patent?
You can convert an innovation patent to a standard patent application in the period before it is accepted, but you have to be quick. That's because an innovation patent is accepted after a brief formalities check, which is usually within one month.
So, yes, it doesn't go through a detailed examination process... But again, you cannot simply be granted an Innovation Patent without SOMETHING.
I cannot go to the Australian Government and apply for an Innovation Patent for "Seaweed and Beach Sand Cream to Treat Birthmarks". It will not be granted. You must have SOMETHING.
Under the "Quick guide to innovation versus standard patents" section of that same website, it says:
The application should include: "A title, description, up to five claims, drawings (if applicable), an abstract and forms."
A patent is granted if: "The application satisfies formality requirements (note: a 'granted' innovation patent cannot be enforced unless examined)."
I don't know why somebody would sell "right away" -- unless they're HOPING that others will sell and they can buy again for less than they sold for.
But, it remains my opinion they will be chasing if they try and do that.
Looking forward to the Day After Christmas -- give or take. :)
To add more to my previous Patent Process post, I wanted to make it known right now -- the USPTO Examiner also told me that 90% of Patents are REJECTED on their first time attempt.
HOWEVER, many of them just need wording changes and can then be granted on the 2nd submission or even the 3rd.
So, don't panic when the patent is (potentially) rejected in 15 - 20+ months -- that's how long it will likely take from December 2017, anyway.
Such a waste of time, but I'll respond anyway.
Thanks. I miss honest discussion.
I do my best to stay away from negativity and dishonesty. ;)
Still love OWCP and continue to hold everything I bought in 2016 and early 2017.
Wrong.
There's plenty of evidence they're doing actual research at Sheba.

"Friends of Sheba", which does check out as being part of Sheba, had been posting occasional articles related to OWCP -- One example: https://friendsofsheba.org/owc-pharmaceutical-research-corp-on-a-bull-run/
Australia wouldn't have went as far as GRANTING an Innovation Patent for "nothing" -- http://pericles.ipaustralia.gov.au/ols/auspat/applicationDetails.do?applicationNo=2015101908
I'll stop there because I know I'm wasting my time. Know what you own & believe who you want, folks. :) Better yet, don't believe anybody -- follow the links and decide for yourself.
Great interview, as always.
Can't wait to see it unfold. :)
Nice. That could definitely be "Step 1" towards common sense rescheduling.
It's only a matter of time until US Government officials get their heads out of their asses.
That's the hope, sir.
But, at that point, I can still only imagine selling some... I see GWPH and can't help but think OWCP could be at that Market Cap in the future. Even if that's 2019... That's MASSIVE gains.
I definitely think something is brewing. :)

False. Own The Float publishes blogs with real, verifiable due diligence. That's why most claims are linked direct to the source... Most of which are SEC Filings or Corporate websites.
The point of OwnTheFloat.com is to make it easier for investors to do their own Due Diligence, as online forums are full of actual lies.
