Sure thing, dilution is not the best thing for the share price, but we have no idea if this is the reason for all the selling.
If the company instead had backed off and stopped developing, had that been better? If they had taken up big loans, had that been better? I do not know, anyone that can be sure of the answer here?
Have hate-mail ever helped up the share price? Maybe if sent to them selling!
Questions, yes. But rude comments, no. The market decide the price, not the company or Chad! If it was only SIAF, but this happends to a lot of companies now. Shortselling, forced selling, nervous persons or I do not know what it is.
We had some info from Chad but I think all rude statements made here, as "hate mails", made him stop.
Thnks RD.
Can I take back what I said.......
Well, that is today, winning over the sellers trying to get even lower! But I really hope that fundamentals will win in the long run as well, then we must see 1 dollar or more soon!
Lots of buyers at 41. Fundamentals will win again?
Strange behavior of seller(s), I agree. But considering the low volume, 150k USD, so far today, maybe not so much to worrie about.

Yes I am Swedish! But I will try to write in English!
Maybe a stupid question. I have as from today level 2 via iHub.
It seems like no orders are shown in "full". Is that how it is normally?
Nice, but I think most of us needs a lot more before we can be really happy! But eventually the revaluation(!) will come.
Sorry if I spell badly or use wrong words.....

This was not adressed to you in particular, just a general "wish".
I think that Chad knows a lot more than he can write here, but tries to give us hints. I do not want to loose him because of rude comments.
I think all of us will be better off if all this personal attacks would stop. Please discuss business in a more polite way!
I am disappointed over the PPS, absolutely!
But I can see that we can compare with ATH or ATL. Everytime PPS goes down we tend to look att how far down it is from ATH!
Patience will pay, as in most business, thats my guess.
Well written treit2002!
We need facts and positive thinking.
I am so tired of all the negative posts as soon as PPS goes down a few cents. 800.000 shares yesterday! Thats really a good sign!
I try to beat them again today! Help out and we might get rid of "you know who" once and for all!
Nice!
Some shortsellers must be a bit nervous now! Good turnover and closing at todays high!

Some day it has to turn north again, maybe today?
Something wrong with my computer, or do we have more buyers than sellers today?
2010 1+1 cent (1 cent already paid)
2011 2+2 cents (+1 cent from 2010)
2012 4+4 cents
This is what Solomon did say was the goal.
We will get 2+2+1 cents I guess. Or have I missed something?
RealDutch
By beeing rude you do not get any respect.
By beeing critical and ask relevant qustions you will.
I must say that I am very concerned about the develepement right now. If things are as the company claims, how come we have this kind of agressive selling?
What do you think will help anything by doing this statement?
Honestly, why do you write here?
Someone bought 150k at 0,46. We still have bid at the same level.
What is so bad?
It's a human reaction to think twice about investing when you can not understand what is happening. I am very positive to the company but must admit that I from time to time get nervous and suddenly start to think about selling, or at least not invest more. This must happend to most of us!
I mean if we look at the numbers and the evidence that we have now, this is a once upon a lifetime opportunity to get rich!
So we should sell everything else and buy SIAF, but......
If true that we have seen most of the dilution already, one must say that both the company and the shareholders are winners. The market has absorbed the financing and the company is in super shape with no debt! When the market understand that and start to count on owners equity, plus valuating coming earnings and dividends, then we will see the rising shareprice we all are waiting for! Maybe I should sell some boring Intel and buy some more SIAF?
Well, I know for sure that over 100k was bought yesterday from Sweden.
Thnx, it will make the forum much better!
Is it possible to filter so you do not have to read the signatures that only tries to create conflicts and do not contribute at all?
Maybee we have a normal trade situation? Can it be that the market value the share at around 56c?
Or is it always someones fault that we do not go skyrocketing?
Chad, I can somewhat understand investors beeing upset at this time. We see buyers at 60 c in the beginning of trade and then suddenly sellers show up at 57.....
We have to many "must" sellers and to few buyers.
You can not be blamed for this, but maybe Solomon has put a few to many shares on the market as the overall sentiment is so low. Who could know that a few months back? Nobody.
I think a schedule for dividends would help. Will we get 5 cents?
When?
After we know that, we can wait for coming results.....
Best reg

""This seller has been active for a while and I have a hunch it's Jordan. Who else?""
Tell us why you think "Jordan" is selling.
Tell us who or what "Jordan" is.
Wiseguy? Me? I only try to to help you.
When you think that all others are idiots and that you are the only one knowing.....then you should seek help. Only a friendly remark.
I think I read that as well.
He will probably keep his word.
Calling other people with different opinion idiots destroys your cred, nothing else.
You have my support ! I think the company gives a fair amount of information. CC:s give us a lot.
Traderfan
I think we want exactly the same thing, but have a difference in the timing only. I see that the company making money and adding assets will win the confidence that is needed to get P/E up. I do not see the market suddenly revaluate the company just because there is no dilution and 100% increase instead of 200%. SIAF is still a very young company, much because of the selling of dairy, wich was a good thing given the circumstances, but if kept in the company under the earlier regulations would have made a huge difference in cashflow.
We must have confidence in Solomon and that he makes the calculation right when he keep issuing shares. We have the uplisting and dividends coming up quite soon, lets hope that will bring SIAF up to were it belongs!
Well Traderfan, I think you do not understand what Solomon is trying to build up here. Calling other peoples opinions "funny" tells more about you than anything else!
if we add 20% to assets and 100% to earnings by issuing 15% new shares and the market absorbe the new shares, as we see now, how can you complain about that?
You want the company to take up bankloans instead?
Show your calculations for that, if that is what you prefer.
treit2002
Thanks for giving support for fair understanding of what Solomon is giving us!
