I'm not so sure about that. He left the brokerage a long time ago. He's been in TV production recently and that is where we are at currently. Stock manipulators don't put in this much effort. I'm not here to convince you, just sharing ideas.
Shares won't be retired until there are successes. He's been trying to make something happen for a long time...the kids got spunk. Every business that fails loses money, that's how it works. If a man can pick himself up and keep trying more power to him. Steve just happens to have a public company with the charisma and connections to attract people. That's not going to change. That's his strong suit.
Who ever said making money was easy?
Steve has the fan club and the anti-fan club...popular fella I'd say
I am not aware that VU existed before. It was my belief that we just created this. So there a bunch of people, in production, willing to climb on board and give it a whirl.
So which is it? Out of cash or converting debt? Can't be both.
Steve knows enough now to get this going and has brought the right people over to continue doing what they were already doing.
You're putting more effort into casting doubt than exploring possibilities here. Steve has strengths and weaknesses, I tend to keep them both in sight.
Yes, pretty much. Without a network there is no product. I think we agree on that. He is all in on the network. He kept as much of the infrastructure from Punch as he could or wanted to. He needs a program and then he's back online. I know from a good source that people did indeed go with him from Punch TV. I imagine the new O/S has to do with actual pay checks for these people.
He has access to some good content so if his new partners can put this together and retire some of the O/S and get the advertising filled...all is not lost. We could be trading back to .003 - .005 by the 4th Q.
Yes, he's got now through fall to intrigue investors to play. He had zero control over Punch's plans and JC just kept putting out more ghetto entertainment. VU could put together a decent program. Now does OTA make any $$ your guess is as good as mine. There are networks that do survive though.
The S/S is whacked now, he has another 2 bil and has proven he's willing to use them. If the share price keeps falling more converts will hit the market. If interest returns holding them will be more appealing. But IMO by Fall if this is a bust watch out. We will really be facing a reverse split.
There isn't even reason to trade this right now. Even though .0015 is a place I would jump in at, the attitude of "when I get around to it" makes me think someone isn't working too hard on setting things right.
Tell me the actual costs of overhead are going to be. Tell me what the break even number is going to be to operate VU. Tell me how long 500,000,000 shares will keep the doors open for.
Companies that struggle better find capital. Either quit or dig deeper. Putting your company in the best light at all times is what every CEO does. So what we have is a bunch of penny players who got in at the top of a huge run are now the experts about the bottom.
I disagree with your 780, I don't know that the 285 where retired already. Plus the converts don't all hit the market at once and they may not all ever hit the market. There is a three month window to see how VU progresses.
There will be a lot of buying in the .001's. Enough to create a bottom...don't know.
Sounds like a solid strategy.
Buy low sell high, guess what time it is? I'm liking the odds here, but I need a little more info.
You've been a straight shooter...
Only being biased of course. Maybe you told the whole story, I haven't read through all the posts. But when you presented this scoop is was all about her and nothing about these fellas.
darko you and I seem to be the only one's without a con here...
But you chose not to post this? Everyone seems to have their little con going...
Have you done a search on this guy? Was he the plaintiff against our new President?
Unity House case detailed
One thing I love about this company, it never stops getting attention. It never goes away quietly into the night. Critics read the scripts, but it never seems to matter. This company ALWAYS bounces back. PNCH is a little jem that keeps on producing.
The sage versus the apprentice...
That three week channel seems to be pretty established. In fact the share price has spent most of the time in the upper part of it.
Let's see, if I bought in February and sold into the run through March....color me slaughtered!
Your words, not mine....
She has the ability to attract lots of money. That's what should be noted.

Sounds plausible, how about some sources.
Oh boy, this weeks episode of hand wringing conspiracy hour. This ought to be entertaining...
Do you consider yourself a victim?
So what you are saying is get your cash ready!
I don't know my portfolio can't tell the difference. White tails, black tails...whiny tails...some how the line gets blurred between CEO envy and just plain old bitterness. That bitterness can continue for decades in some cases...Bueller...Anyone?
What's in a name....tradewin....we get what we focus on.
Looks like some were expecting something positive to happen today. Wouldn't want that to happen...quite the show of effort.
As far as I know, we did not.
JC signed the contract, JC needs to take responsibility. We'll see how this turns out, but JC had a boat load of PNCH shares in his eyes. His own greed is to blame if he loses the network. Is it presumptuous of me to think he never considered how this would effect the rest of us? Ever gave thought that his 1 billion would dilute our value?
PNCH could have a market cap of 30 million IMO. I can see .01 - .02 again easy.
Players? The field is full of them.
I couldn't care less that SS told someone off.
Try not to miss the next run...preparation starts now!
PNCH!
okay SS is a little jumpy at times, but someone told him that if he didn't respond to an IM within a certain amount of time, that person was going to post something. That drew the terrorist comment. Now the guy that did it meant well and I would defend him, but I can't blame Steve for the comment.
If we have to say it, those that bought at the top last summer might have a long wait before we see those prices again. Fortunately most traded well below .05, very few traded that high.
These are penny stocks, they run hard and retrace to where they started. If this is news to someone, I hope I saved them some heart ache. There are basic rules to trading, one being never chase and two never invest more than one can stand to lose. I'm getting the impression ICPA was the first time some experienced this.
When I found out Collins was promised a billion shares I knew that wasn't going to benefit me at all. Steve wouldn't sit by and not take a cut as well. So now we know the purpose of the 4 billion A/S and the preferred. But if you notice JC intended on raising how many millions in capital, maybe SS thought is was a lateral move. So maybe not so sinister after all.
Of course I have, you assume too much. I have disagreed with Samblis' actions on many accounts. I don't believe righteous indignation is going to resolve anything. Bad mouthing the company isn't going to benefit anyone but a short seller. Plenty of good people deserve a chance to get even and that means the share price needs to go up.
I simply don't come to the conclusions some of you guys do. I've said Steve has more to gain by getting this company in the black. But there are those that can't see it any other way, Samblis is selling shares. Why would someone go to all the trouble he goes through? I'm not buying the fear.
And in the mean time somehow the price keeps spiking. The volume keeps coming back. The rumors keep circulating. The excitement keeps the momo going.
I've read too many posts to Samblis that include some jab or another. So obviously that tactic doesn't work. What do people think he's going to say when literally every other post has scam in it. Are they waiting for some come to Jesus moment where he shows up and confesses to whatever people think he did?
Getting money back means means better trading. There's no two ways about it. Every disclaimer out there warns of the risks of investing. Personal responsibility time.
Asking questions that he won't answer....sounds like a stand off. I don't think Steve is losing sleep over it.
If you are holding PNCH and half the crap you guys talk about happens, then it's going to suck. Is there really anything you can say to add to that?
Happy Mother's Day to all you Mothers!!!
You'll never see a R/S until this trades low trips. The current share price is based on the current crisis.
There was a billion shares with Collins' name on them, don't need those any more. Retired shares guaranteed.
I know that opinions do not magically become reality if they are repeated as mantra. Prime example was the O/S that never reached the claimed hysteria.
PNCH is a great stock. It's been good to a lot of people. I'm certainly not the one complaining.
JC has the SEC and a full investigation on his side, what does he need a lawyer for? He's the CEO running the show remember. For a guy in the driver's seat, he sure is on the defense.
Steve is moving forward, with a network I might add. The guy keeps winning and leaves his detractors with a look of astonishment in his wake.
Convertible Demand Notes Payable
The note is convertible into shares of the Company stock, at the demand of the lender.
No one likes a quitter!
Have you read this, it's all about what Collins is supposed to get. Nothing more! The whole thing is about his employment contract. The guy flipped out and regrets selling Punch TV. So in turn releases a BS PR on a fake news web site and cries to the SEC to fight his legal battles. Brilliant. He's simply trying to gain sympathy from the public with complete disregard to the share price. This whole thing isn't going anywhere. It's a colossal waste of time. Collins hasn't even mentioned his attorney once. At the rate he's going he will be appointed a public defender.
This is SEC worthy? Read the part that is allegedly 100% incorrect. Yep, it's all about his contract with IC Punch Media.
You and I have a completely different definition of bull crap.
Where's the 2 bil OS? If Samblis gets called on exaggerations then everyone does.
