I believe we can buy now with
confidence that we will survive
- and prosper.
It's just a question of
how much can we make at
these historical prices.
GLTY
Rocky
koi - well said - great translation! eom
Warmy - 100% agree on that. eom
It is above all a gold play
(although not yet producing).
Management has made up their minds
to produce gold. They have a share
in a gold property. They intend
to acquire others. They will be
ploughing profits back into gold mining.
It is an early stage gold play
but they do not have to go out and
find the gold as an exploration stage
company would have to do. They have it.
Just need approval of permits and
production machinery and we are producing.
It can happen fairly quickly.
GLTA
Rocky
yes - not too bright.eom
Right on specul8r - the voice of reason.
That is being taken care of.
We should focus on permits and
getting production going.
Then we move up dramatically.
GLTA
Rocky
Your ace in the hole just might be those
extra shares you picked up. LOL
I don't believe the money to DDCT is lost.
I would expect to see contracts in the future
from DDCT at very favourable rates which would
take into account this money.
So all is not lost.

That would be better.
"notoriety" is a bad choice of words when
referring to Sarissa Resources.
Hi Warmy - I agree it's a great company.
A lot of money will be made here (by us).
Just wait till the mill goes into production.
A little more patience (and a little more buying
these cheap shares).
GLTY - thanks for doing a great job here.
Stock Consolidation definition with example:
Market Talk with Piranha
Give it a few months and
we'll be looking back on
this wondering why we didn't
buy more at this time.
To get it at .03 is a gift. IMO
GLTA
Rocky
Right on El Don time to buy not sell.
Nice gift for the buyer though.
Interesting: "...EXPANSION AND ACQUISITIONS
Management has identified several acquisitions that it feels fit into the Company's current business model. These acquisitions would add revenues, additional exposure for the Company's listings and expand the Company's products and services.
Two of these acquisitions have been in due diligence and the Company expects to announce updates regarding the progress shortly..."
Yes, I really expect the share price to
be much higher as they said that profits
would be plowed back into gold projects.
Remember the prime directive is to increase
shareholder value.
Just the kind of stock one should have for the times IMO.
Works out to about a cent/share annual income
from this project alone.
Looks to me like in 6 months to a year GDSM could
trade at about 20 cents or so on this project alone.
GLTA
Rocky
Actually for a placer operation it
takes very little to start up and
then production will take care of the costs
but I believe this was all discussed here
some time ago.
The company already has it planned.
Don't see any problems with start up cash.
Guess I should not of asked them that
They must of went to bed!
Good night all and good luck tomorrow.
Rocky
Warmy and Thinman13 - big week
coming up for you.
Having trouble sleeping?
Always did when winning big time.
You bet! 31,600,000 shares could make
a fellow work real hard to succeed.
I think management is well motivated.
I do think this one is going to pay off.
May take a little time but progress has
been great so far and the serious
shareholders do appreciate it.
Hi Mick, you probably noticed that
we have a lot of interesting weekend
reading to do on GDSM and MXMI filings.
They came through on the filings
as they said they would do and
a great job too.
Some interesting things.
For example we have write offs
available that are worth about
2 cents a share to the company.
That would be an evaluation but
not really a "fair" evaluation.
It would be a fair evaluation if
the business (mining) they are in was
evaluated and then the .003 added to that.
After all Max media is now a company that
GDSM has a minor share interest in.
You did write that valuation for current JVs and carry Forward loss were not included but they really must be included to be fair.
I did very much like your previous post (#17001)
where you picked out these very important points
well worth repeating:
"I like these points about the Filings:
1. Jason Cooper's Salary 10 Mil. shrs/year
He will be concerned as much as we are about PPS
2.The Company has incurred losses that can be carried forward to offset future earnings if conditions of the Internal Revenue Codes are met. These losses are as follows:
Expiration: 2028
Loss Amount and prior $ 9,979,594
If I'm correct they can take upto 20% per year ( 1.94 Mill) to offset Taxes"
Working for shares alone is a really great motivator
in our favour and the fact that we have fairly large
write offs is going to save us a lot of taxes as well
as motivate early production.
I made a rough estimate of the present mining assets
back in posts 10309 and 10311.
If one adjusts for present value and the present higher
gold price (as well as uncertainy of not having permits
in hand and not having equipment on the ground) it would
not be unreasonable for GDSM to be trading around 3 or 4
cents or more at this time (oh yes +.003 cents).
GLTA
Rocky
From what I read I think it
will be going away up.

Thanks - those "out for revenge of some sort"
should read the following:
"The Paradox of Revenge
Revenge originates from the primal need for self-defense. In today's world, it is often abused as a destructive and futile response to anger or humiliation. Exhaust all alternatives before considering revenge, and use revenge only if it is your only effective self-defense. Why do you believe it is your only alternative? Why do you believe it will be effective? Describe why you believe revenge addresses the cause and will have the effect you want.
Most strategies for revenge fail because they attempt to change the past. Unfortunately once the damage is done and the injury, insult, humiliation, or other loss occurs, the clock cannot be turned back and the loss is permanent. In addition, the value of the loss to the offended is seen as much greater than any benefit gained by the offender. As a result the offense represents an unrecoverable loss to society as a whole. Successful strategies for revenge look far into the future and recognize that the cycle of vengeance and retaliation can only spiral toward tragedy and are best stopped before they are started.
Revenge is a doomed attempt to eliminate shame and increase stature by asserting dominance. It fails because asserting dominance does not increase stature, instead it usually increases violence. Also, remorse cannot be coerced, it has to be discovered.
Evidence indicates that forgiveness increases self-esteem and decreases anxiety.
Sunk Costs
Economics and business decision-making recognize sunk costs as the costs that have already been incurred and which can never be recovered to any significant degree. Economic theory proposes that a rational actor does not let sunk costs influence a decision because past costs cannot be recovered in any case. This is also called the bygones principle; let bygones be bygones. This recognizes that you cannot change the past. The fallacy of sunk costs is to consider sunk costs when making a decision. Sound business decisions are based on a forward-looking view, ignoring sunk costs.
Revenge is an attempt to recover sunk costs; it is an example of the sunk costs fallacy. Forgiveness is a decision to move forward regardless of sunk costs. Sound emotional decisions, like sound business decisions, are based on a forward-looking view."
The Paradox of Revenge
That's a goal we will have to live up to now.
Though much is lost much remains?
We shall see.

Got to love it when a company's goal
is to increase shareholder value.
- and lives up to it.
"-- The Company and its transfer agent, as well as Max Media, are

We're getting real popular while
waiting for the next news. LOL
BTW I have not had stock dividends
myself for several years but when I did
the stock certificate showed up in the mail.
(Never paid much attention to how long it took.)
They mentioned in post 15426 reference
that the dividend is normally sent out
a week or more after the record date.
"Date of payment (payable date) - This is the
date the company mails out the dividend to the
holder of record. This date is generally a week
or more after the date of record so that the company
has sufficient time to ensure that it accurately pays
all those who are entitled."
Checked a couple of companies who had paid stock
dividends and they both put their payable dates
about 2 weeks after the record date.
(Didn't check the rule on FINRA)
Very useful Mick - great idea. eom
Hope you are doing well Hawaii50 eom
I think MMs have got all the shares they want.
Take out the .0045s and the next is .0063
There is a concentrated effort to knock
the stock price down (a Friday sneak attack)
Try to pick the bottom.
GLTY
Rocky
Quite a little conspiracy going on.
It's foolish to think anyone associated
with the Company is dropping stock.
That won't fly
I believe you have something there Mick.
They are mounting an attack to get some shares.
We have another chance to snap up shares
before this runs.
So you came here to bash because
you don't like Brass bulls?
