Rivet, Take a close look at the new candle formed on MAGR Wedns. Then look back at previous moves higher at the candle that formed right before the move.
Happy New Year,
Hal aka WillyWizard
Tuna...why don't you do your own dirty work? Evewn when you were firing off your letter to the SEC you asked others for help...shame on you LOL
BTW I don't see us getting much of our money back either...sad to write that but felt this way since last summer.
Happy New Year
Willard
If you come here to harass any poster I am now blocking you from posting on this thread or responding to my posts. I don't take posts with lies as posts worth reading or leaving on this thread. If you want to post on this site contribute something worth reading or don't even post.

That is called stock trading...you buy low then sell higher for a profit. IEME had four baggers take place about a year ago after it was brought to my attention. Unfortunately I never made many trades like some did but the few I made were relatively small gainers.
I am amazed at this post I am reading...Shezzzz aren't you suppose to sell into strength then buy into weakness?
Did you just trade IEME this last run from .0001 to .0009? What percentage of a bagger was this move...?
Yes it is the best thing you can do is to keep away from me and my Yahoo Group.
BTW I'll bet you reply to this post...your type can't just read without replying.
Thank you,
Willy
fung...looks like he learned how to write lies and even put quotes around something he said I wrote...POS posters like that need to learn hard lessons. I actually hope he nlost his ass on IEME...would make me feel good after reading his post containing lies.
Willy
mmd, Sorry buddy but I never sold not traded IEME when I was posting on RB. I did sell the other day for a slight loss after holding for over a year.
You think it is funny lying...ya thought so...
IEME is one big POS stock and company.
Willy
John...things do look different at times don't they. I hope everything they are currently working on come to fruition for all longs.
Merry Christmas
Hal
ST...I am referring to those that the shoe fits. ROFLMAO Have you ever heard the old saying "if the shoe fits, wear it."? ROFL Now who exactly this refers to is anyone's guess.
Nice try ST lol.
BTW ST don't PM me with threats...they are baseless.
Thank you,
Willy
johnson...so he is PMing you just like he did me threatening with lagal action for slander ROFL. And he does nothing wrong LOL ROFLMAO...one of the most slanderous posters at RB CVIA thread and that's why he is banned from RB.
yuk yuk yuk lol yuk yuk yuk
Willard
ST. why do you continuously threaten with law suits...I think I know why.
You want to come on a message board and call people names you better be ready for the repsonses that are well deserved. For two years I have watched and read your posts calling me, Johnson and a couple others names. You are booted at RB because of this way you post. Yes it included vulgarity and a lot of name calling and threats.
I for one get sick of your threats.
Willy
ST...watch because it's about to get booted.
Willy
Robin...why do you care what current management does or doesn't do? Didn't you sell last year or the year before. Many of us still hold stock we bought, yes stock we bought, not preferred shares that were given us by old mangagement for allowing them to put blinders on shareholders to what was actually taking place. You and others lost because old mangement lost.
As far as new management how do you know they aren't moving forward? Please fill me in on your DD. I think with no updated filings nobody can know for sure what is exactly taking place at this time unless you have an inside track...do you? I don't think the current mangement are push-overs. These guys have a family business rolled into CVIA with everything they have at stake...don't think they will lose what they spent a lifetime accumulating. jmo
Happy Holidays,

THE TABLECLOTH
The brand new pastor and his wife, newly assigned to their first
ministry,
to reopen a church in suburban Brooklyn, arrived in early
October excited about their opportunities.
When they saw their church, it was very run down and needed much
work.
They set a goal to have everything done in time to have their first
service on Christmas Eve.
They worked hard, repairing pews, plastering walls, painting, etc.,
and on
December 18 were ahead of schedule and just about finished.
On December 19 a terrible tempest - a driving rainstorm hit the area
and
lasted for two days.
On the 21st, the pastor went over to the church. His heart sank when
he
saw that the roof had leaked, causing a large area of plaster about
20
feet by 8 feet to fall off the front wall of the sanctuary just
behind the
pulpit, beginning about head high.
The pastor cleaned up the mess on the floor, and not knowing what
else to
do but postpone the Christmas Eve service, headed home. On the way he
noticed that a local business was having a flea market type sale for
charity so he stopped in. One of the items was a beautiful, handmade,
ivory colored, crocheted tablecloth with exquisite work, fine colors
and a
Cross embroidered right in the center. It was just the right size to
cover
up the hole in the front wall. He bought it and headed back to the
church.
By this time it had started to snow. An older woman running from the
opposite direction was trying to catch the bus. She missed it. The
pastor
invited her to wait in the warm church for the next bus 45 minutes
later.
She sat in a pew and paid no attention to the pastor while he got a
ladder, hangers, etc., to put up the tablecloth as a wall tapestry.
The
pastor could hardly believe how beautiful it looked and it covered up
the
entire problem area.
Then he noticed the woman walking down the center aisle. Her face was
like
a sheet.. "Pastor," she asked, "where did you get that tablecloth?"
The pastor explained. The woman asked him to check the lower right
corner
to see if the initials, EBG were crocheted into it there. They were.
These were the initials of the woman, and she had made this
tablecloth 35
years before, in Austria.
The woman could hardly believe it as the pastor told how he had just
gotten the Tablecloth. The woman explained that before the war she
and
her husband were well-to-do people in Austria. When the Nazis came,
she
was forced to leave. Her husband was going to follow her the next
week.
She was captured, sent to prison and never saw her husband or her
home
again.
The pastor wanted to give her the tablecloth; but she made the pastor
keep
it for the church. The pastor insisted on driving her home, that was
the least he could do.. She lived on the other side of Staten Island
and
was only in Brooklyn for the day for a housecleaning job.
What a wonderful service they had on Christmas Eve. The church was
almost
full. The music and the spirit were great. At the end of the service,
the
pastor and his wife greeted everyone at the door and many said that
they
would return.
One older man, whom the pastor recognized from the neighborhood,
continued
to sit in one of the pews and stare, and the pastor wondered
why he wasn't leaving.
The man asked him where he got the tablecloth on the front wall
because it
was identical to one that his wife had made years ago when they lived
in Austria before the war and how could there be two tablecloths so
much
alike.
He told the pastor how the Nazis came, how he forced his wife to flee
for
her safety, and he was supposed to follow her, but he was arrested
and
put in a prison.. He never saw his wife or his home again all the 35
years
in between.
The pastor asked him if he would allow him to take him for a little
ride.
They drove to Staten Island and to the same house where the pastor
had
taken the woman three days earlier.
He helped the man climb the three flights of stairs to the woman's
apartment knocked on the door and he saw the greatest Christmas
reunion he
could ever imagine.

ST... I have no felony charges against me by SEC... far from this and not even close. Your post is so funny. LOL
pension funds LOL ROFL
I still think all preferred should be canceled.
BTW I am not being paid one cent by CVIA and CVIA has never paid me anything. :):):) Have fun with that statement...
Willy
ANGLR...please get back to the subject of CVIA...do you think you deserve preferred? I still think the old management and BOD were in colusion with a few to rip off shareholders. Some of you have played right into the scam. You should be lucky you have someone now that is attempting to right this ship...stay tuned!
Willy
Something going on all right...fwankie's girl friend Marion is now in the picture...I sorta had to chuckle when I read that in the press release.
Willy
mike...why do you guys always continue to call Johnson names. You call him names here and at RB. Also all I see whan I rewad here is ST calling Johnson names in every post. Johnson is one of the largest shareholders in CVIA. He is a team player without calling the company names for the last two years. Team players is what a company wants not people that continuously berate others and the company.
Mike do you even own stock in this company at this time? I am curious.
Willy
ANGLR...you are nuts...nowhere does it lead to my web site. Keep trying because you are way off base. This sin't RB where you can call me names. I have had that Wizard in my posts since I joined IHub and it was long before most of you joined. I am the Wizard and the Wizard is me...so my alias WillyWizard isn't proper either??? Understand my posts werte deleted because of my stance on the issue of "preferred stock". You guys needed and excuse to delete posts you didn't like reading...posts that are truthful.
Just admit you are sore about my feelings that preferred should be canceled. I don't think any of those old scammers should benifit from anything that bis shortly to come to fruision with CVIA. The old CVIA was ran and represented my discplicable individuals. They ruined and conned many for years and now they want preferred shares they never deserved to begin with???? Most of their shares were given to them for consulting work and preferred should have never been attached to them. jmo
Willy
johnson...I agree and IMO some that post here were a big part of that scam. Decent shareholders need to understand they were scammed bigtime by old management and so called BOD participants. jmo
Willy
jas...trust me I already sent a compalint to Matt...Nothing is wrong with my wizard and it is no different from others using pictures in their posts...you guys need to clean up your way of looking at things. All I see is ST fighting...day afrer day...I come here to discuss and important issue of preferred and why IMO nobody derserves them.
Willy
anglr, my wizard picture promotes nothing...so I make a few comments on preferred shares and now I am censored by longs.
Willy
So you guys don't like my opinion on preferred so you delete my posts?
I think I am entitled to write what I wish about preferred shares. I think old management scamed shareholders...this is evident because they never followed through on one thing I can verify.
I think preferred should be canceled...this is my opinion.
Willy
ST...to resort to name calling is very imature...please clean up the posting.
Thank you,
Willy
ST, sorry buddy but I don't whine about much, if anything...you sir calling me a whinner is what I conclude to be just that whinning. In the long run ST us new shareholders will survive and you might get pulled along for the ride...underservingly I may add.
Thank you,
Willy
they need to cancel ALL preferred.
Fung...I am sure you are aware of this SEC Release today.
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/lr18506.htm
Fung...I actually think there is hope.
Willy
fung...I think you and I both know there are many shareholders that expect big things now that the SEC deal is coming to a hault. I really don't care myself because I origanally bought for a momo bounce but got stuck holding. I am average apx. .0005 so I do expect it to hit that level or higher on the longs hyping themselves over the next couple months. But Mr. Fung you never know what might happen...we will both soon see won't we...
Happy Holidays,
Willy
MartyMan, I am not a very interesting person...why the intrest? LOL
Willy
fung...I answered your question as best as I wanted to. lol I am just setting here watching the trades on PCBM and find them interesting. Looks like it might want to go higher after the first of the year...let tax loss selling move by and things might get interesting. jmo Beyond just watching trades I have no real intrest excpet for I own shares. :)
Thank you,
Willy
fung, LOL I see somone else is interested in PCBM...I wonder why? Intresting trading on PCBM today.
Thank you,
Willy
fung, I never recommend a stock to others...you could lose you butt investing. I am a stock gambler based on technicals and any other info I can find out about a company.
I just accepted a paid profile on MAGR but I have been buying and selling this tock since .043 on stock monetum...now buying on TA
http://www.pcquote.com/stocks/chart.php?symbol=magr

Rivet, I read MAGR here a couple weeks ago. I suggest you and others take a closer look at this time. It bounced off .175 base twice since it's last move over .20. I am thinking another move is ahead. jmo
Good luck all
Willy
yep
Hummmm very interesting lately :):).
Happy Holidays
