What a dump and the end of the day 50 million shares.
Thank you,

Looks like bids were taken out again. Darn whenever bids come into play someone sells into them. Only one person would do that...Olsen or Olsen placing paper to someone to sell for him.
I also have a hard time believing Elaine stating that QBID has less shares issued then we see posted on the internet.
Thank you,
Willy
Arch, MRXT...We will see...this .25 to .34 could be the new trading range. I am looking for more developments to be announced. The press releases indicate this.
Thank you,
Willy
Phil, your post is on the money. NPCT has failed in all categories up to this point in time. They even lost their last LOI from Avery. It was in last Q hidden so investors might not see it or understand.
They announced Avery by press release and then hide it by way of the Q when it falls apart...great way to run a business.
Matter of fact they got mad at me when I went off when they announced Avery was only an LOI. They misled investors into thinking they finally landed a big fish but no it was another LOI. They have ahd 50 LOIs and not one has given them a real order beyond testing. NPCT has a very bad tract record.
Thank you,
Willy
MRXT...rpt, I think many will be getting in on this dip. I am holding my poiion bif Ias flush with cash I would be buying tomorrow morning.
Thank you,
Willy
Hello eildave, YEP good possibilty
Thank you,
Willy
MRXT should be a bounce play. For those of you looking for bounce plays take a look at the MRXT chart. More news is coming so it should give all current buyers a great bounce play. Why do I know more news is coming? It says so in the press releases. :):)
Here is my color html DD. I could cut and paste post it all with no url but it makes more sense if you look at what I have put together on MRXT over the last 5 months. The actual profile ran out months ago but I like the company enough to continue the profile for my readers.
http://www.willywizard.com/Profile-MRXT.htm
Thank you,
Willy
foxy...I am sure that's a misquote but wouldn't it be nice to see that price some day? Ya bababyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
Thank you,
Willy
jarvis...I think it could be a few weeks before news comes out. I think if it is a surprise it might be much better for the markets so I am all for Fwankie shutting up. LOL
Thank you,
Wily
NPCT is in trouble...bottom line. I am sure they are having a tough time with finding cash to keep the doors open. I can't see how anyone in their right mind would give NPCT cash... but read on...
If NPCT has private buddies they cut inside deals with they can get cash but allowing their private guys to gain huge blocks of #144 shares.
They can do the above by placing 1,000,000 shares of #144 stock slightly discounted to a rolling average market price and then issuing warrants at least 50% to the discounted #144 shares received. This protects private buddies because they can slowly exercise warrants and get original investments back so the have to risk while holding #144 shares for at least one year.
Many shareholders have offered their cash for private placements and have been turned down. Read Agora and you will see they would do this but they would kill the market, worse then insider private guys.
Thank you,
Willy
rpt...yes the MRXT dip has happened. Remember the last fast gap down to .25 last week? Technicly .25 was the last gap down about a week ago. This is normal for a stock to fill the gap before moving higher. The difficulty we have is the old saying, "Buy on rumor and sell on news." I think the
MMs started this rumor long ago so they can cover their naked short selling as the rumor drives a stock price higher. They needed this bjy sell rumor in regards to MRXT after moving from .05 to .34 in the matter of a few weeks. Now I am looking for the next 100% or 200% move then the next base level to form. IMO
Thank you,
Willy
hello gregary...it's good to see you around.
Willy
jarvis?
This isn't chris from oregon is it?
Hal
yes we wait.
Willy
charltuna...I for one thatnk you very much for directly contacting Frank. Do undertsand if you buy at .0001 and then put it right back at .0002 you get a 100% return. Some of these stock flippers that trade a few hundred bucks are doing this as often as they can.
Again thanks,
Willy @ IHUB

SEBRING, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 4, 2003--Marx Toys And Entertainment Corp. (OTCBB:MRXT - News), announced the launch of a revolutionary interactive toy that will enhance Internet users of all ages with their instant messaging experiences.

This companion, which will retail at $24.99, also uses inferred censor technology and is linked to the front of the computer monitor. Last, it consists of multifunctional capabilities, which include reading stories and playing a handful of online games that come packaged with each toy.
"Our team is very excited to bring this product to market, it's the first interactive Internet related toy of its kind. First there was hardware, then software. Now, we'd like to introduce toyware.", states Marx Toys' CEO, Steven Wise and added, "Marx will continue to be aggressive. Our newly hired sales force has set goals of selling one million units through its retail channels and we are presently in negotiations with major Internet service providers, motion picture studios, television producers and other licensees."

Ron...I hope you are correct...I hold a ton of QBID shares.
Good luck to us all
Willy
Ron, The only trouble with new info is when my members seek it they find out it's no different then it was for the last 4 years...nothing that they are told turns out to come true.
I hope eventually Frank will change but you know the old saying, "you can't teach an old dog news tricks." Frank knows all the old tricks.
Willy
jarvis...one of the guys speaking to Frank is a member of my Yhaoo club. It's said but Frank had outright lied to him numerious times over the last month and as recently as last week. I wish Frank would lern not to lie but he has lying ingrained into his persona...to bad...it does give TTN a bad rep.
Willy
Ron..you are right.
BTW good to find where you have been hiding.
Hal
mmayr...IMO MRXT should come out with news shareholders have been looking to read. If you look at last two news releases you can see MRXT warming up readers with interest in a new toy line. We are all patiently looking forward to reading about what they call a revolutioary new toy line.

akimed, You don't not know the reasons form me beingn here. Please don't put words representing me on any thread.
Why don't we post about NPCT. I know more then most and will willingly share my opinions. My TA has been right 95% of the time calling every weak move lower. I suggest you pay close attention as I post and update my TA on this site.
Thank you,
Willy
mmayr...I ma happy to be back...hope I can add to your thread once again.
Watch my MRXT for surprises coming for shareholders. :):)

worm...this is a NPCT thread not a thread to discuss personal issues. I am here at IHUB and will never leave this thread...I have returned.
Lets keep to ths subject of NPCT. My TA posted last night is very accurate and documented as RITE on the money. My TA has been running for 2 years and I haven't missed many calls.
NPCT has many problems at this time...even the main spokesperson is upset blasting away at RB. This is a sign of desperation. IMO
Thank you,
Willy
TA,
Now that I am not posting at RB I will continue my TA here at IHUB.

If you look carefully at the MACD a sell signal is still in affect and recently the second signal came into play. This is not good. Also the 0.0 baseline has been breached once again.
The Chart also shows a breakdown falling of a cliff. This is a terrible sign.
The MACD Histogram just started showing money flowing out of the stock. I was curious how long this would take and it did take awhile.
The stochastic is very oversold but with the MACD breaking down and money flowing out of NPCT this could remain this way for a long time. The stochaatic failed to gain any bullishness the last to moves higher. I warned readers of this in my last TA but they laughed well when a stochatic indicator moves up and no follow-through takes place and lower highs are put in the stock price normally moves lower just like it did the last two days.
NPCT has financial troubles raising cash to operate. This is well known and is not talked about much anymore. This problem recently led to a BK closing of a German division of NPCT. It wouldn't surprise me if they were forced to close all German operations.
Bototm line is NPCT might get a bounce to .25 but it's headed lower over the short term. I am looking for a retest of .13 again and if that breaks the price copuld go sub-ten cents again. Nobody liked this but I said a few months ago this was a possibilty and I still hold to that statement.
Thank you,
Willy @ IHUB!
