Archy...I just came home from Las Vegas and getting caught up on posting.
Why would the SEC look at MRXT? If they looked at anything it should be UTLD for putting out a new release like that then the next day everything is being worked out. Shame on UTLD if you want my opinion. You just don't break binding contracts.
Thank you,

I also expect each press release to be better then the privious one...You might ask how I know this...the last two weeks we have seen a pattern develop in MRXT Press Release frequency. Also included in the last Press Release they had this paragraph,
"...Looking Forward, Marx Toys sees continued strong growth in new retail and wholesale orders, strong website transactional business, and significantly higher profits for the 3rd Quarter and into the years end. The company is looking forward to sharing additional details regarding new retail partners, additional Marx Toys product lines, and our aggressive growth strategy over the next few days and weeks."

Company Raises Projections
SEBRING, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 15, 2003--Marx Toys And Entertainment Corp. (OTCBB:MRXT - News) receives multiple retail orders including another 10,000 unit wholesale order for its revolutionary new "IM Buddies" toy line. Additionally, Marx Toys has received orders from retailers across the US and will be announcing as orders are processed.
This is the second large wholesale order in one week since Marx Toys introduced the "IM Buddies" toy Line. Marx's Sales Team plans on raising it's projections due to the enormous receptiveness in the field. Marx Toys will continue to be aggressive thru its retail channels and is presently in the final stages of negotiations with major Internet service providers, motion picture studios, television producers, a large telemarketing department and other licensees. Looking Forward, Marx Toys sees continued strong growth in new retail and wholesale orders, strong website transactional business, and significantly higher profits for the 3rd Quarter and into the years end. The company is looking forward to sharing additional details regarding new retail partners, additional Marx Toys product lines, and our aggressive growth strategy over the next few days and weeks.
"Since our introduction of the product, these orders represent only 1 week of transactional order flow and the current monthly projections are significantly higher than we ever expected. We remain confident with our current closing rates on orders and we see much stronger retail and wholesale order flow into the holiday season and beyond," comments Steven Wise, MARX Toys CEO, "Individuals have inundated our website while trying to order the 'IM Buddies'."

MRXT...The club has had a great run with MRXT...Marx Toys. In my opinion there is a lot of upward movement coming soon. Stay on top of MRXT and don't get shook out to early. I am still holding my shares looking for .50 plus. My personal target is .55 to .65 range in the near term. If news continues, I think it will, we just might see a huge move coming soon. You are all probably saying to yourself “we already had a huge move”...more is coming soon. I don't think this one is even close to being over. Yes this is my opinion and I will stick to it.
Today, Thursday, MRXT hit a high of .39 then backed off closing at .36 with a solid close. Yes I agree a lot of shares exchanged hands today but it was tight ranged trading between .35 to .37 range. This is actually very bullish because it built a new base. Why? New investors entered in at this price while old investors took some money off the table. There is nothing wrong with taking profits. Because of the new investors, high prices are expected by them. Stay Tuned!!! I am holding right along with them for another 50% to 100% profit from this base built by today's trading.

About skunks...WhiteNoc said he thought she might have had a heart attack...if this is true, more then likely is please take a moment to say a prayer for her speedy recovery.
May God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit touch her inner being and may fast healing come to her physical body. God knows her heart is in the right place loving all creatures he has put on this earth. God please take care of this lady she means so much to us all.

Arch...I do have a disclaimer link in the bottom of every post. If I use my willywizard.com link Matt might not like it. Take a look at the bottom of this post and you will see my wizard flashing at a disclaimer link posted here at IHUB.
Also I am not currently paid or under any contractual obligation to Marx. This ended way before I started posting at IHUB again. In that respect I don't even need a disclaimer or a link.
In addition when ever I am buying or posting about a stock I will always use a disclaimer. I have another play coming in a few weeks that everyone will reco. :):) It will not be paid but I will start buying soon. When I buy I'll let everyone know I have bought just like I did with MRXT...I hold 284,000 shares of MRXT I bought with my own cash...shows I believed in the company's future.
Thank you,
Willy
Archy...hummmm MRXT is trading at apx. .30 range today. The .25 area was a base IMO.
The last Q was the first Q. Marx recently merged into stereoscape. IMO MRXT/Marx Toys didn't bring to much old baggage with it when they merged.
I am still looking for more developments to be announced in the near future and if they are strong I am expecting an breakout above .34.
We will see!
Thank you,
Willy
mmayr. LOL I expect more out of MRXT very soon...yes the stock price has moved higher since the .10 range but support was at .25. IMO we should see a break-out over .34 soon. I am just setting back patiently waiting. IMO The news will just build in content.
Thank you,
Willy

You can identify these statements by the fact that they do not relate strictly to historical or current facts. They use words such as ``anticipate,'' ``estimate,'' ``expect,'' ``project,'' ``intend,'' ``plan,'' ``believe,'' and other words and terms of similar meaning in connection with any discussion of future operating or financial performance

TLV...to each his own...I own a lot of .0001 and .0002 and even higher stock but I will hold. I do have other cash rserves to play other stocks. Ones that sell for a loss after a short term speulation are not investors like most of us are. I say let em sell for a loss and I will hold.
Thank you,
Willy
Patsy,
I bought 284,000 shares with my own cash before I ever took the ad profile. I put a paid profile at my web site..it's called advertising. It's not a pump. In addition the ad is now at my site for free and has been for just about two months...I mam under no obligation atb this time to keeop it there but I like what I see and read.
Do you have a web site with traffic where a company would pay to advertise?? If not to take any type of ad from a company is suspect to ...
I have joined no forces with anyone. I am also not obligated to do anything beyond my web site ad they placed. I think you need to understand I am a lone ranger. I was used a couple years ago on a couple stocks and this will never happen again.
Patsy in the last three weeks I have had no less then four companies or IRs contact me wanting me to profile their company. I have not accepted one offer.
Again Patsy the ad at my web site is not an organization, e-mailers or anyone else wanting me to join forces. I'll leave that type of MOMO campaign to someone else.
Thank you,
Willy
omni, All we can do is watch MRXT. It made a nice run and has slowly been in consolidation for about a week to two weeks. Each day someone sells a few shares at the end of the day trying to push it lower to make it look weak on the charts. Something is going on we are all to familiar with in the OTCBBs. I am not going into this at this time but lets just watch it closely.
Thank you,
Willy
Patsy...I shared one stock. MRXT, with you and now it's a pump? It already moved so if it's a pump...hummmmmm.
No I don't know all the answers to the questions I had in my email/post...yes that was an email to my club members.
Isn't it alright to post a stock on this thread without being attacked for the post?
Thank you,
Willy
omini...I am onlyn holding MRXT at this time waiting an anticipating more major news to come out of the company. Up to this point in time only fluff has been announced IMO...I am looking for some serious meat.
BTW I hold QBID also ROFLMAO
Thank you,
Willy
omnitrader...show my face aroung here??? I own a stock just like everyone else posting on this thread. A few months back it was a piad profile but it isn't no longer. To post a stock is not a pump. I get very tired of individuals posting their stocks with no disclaimer but when someone else posts what they hold it's a pump. So we should all just stop posting about stocks and post our pictures....
I do agree the stock is trying to find a base. YES I can read charts as well if not better then most posting on the internet. MRXT just had a major run to .34, new yearly high, and is now looking for a base support. Daytraders dumped many shares the last run and they were bought by .... Also nobody sold me down the river. Who are you writing about?
Again line like this one are uncalled for, "for your sake it better go up or I would not show my face around face around here for a while."
Thank you,
Willy
MRXT...This is what I am excited about...
I do want to know more about these interactive characters ..."resemble famous cartoon characters and real life individuals, will sit on top of one's computer monitor and verbalize the user's incoming messages through an advanced "text to speech" technology. The animatronic messaging companion not only talks in the actual character's voice, but has the motorized ability to move it's mouth and head simultaneously"
Also this part of the recent news releases has a lot of suggestive meaning in it's content.
"Our newly hired sales force has set goals of selling one million units through its retail channels and we are presently in negotiations with major Internet service providers, motion picture studios, television producers and other licensees."
MRXT is not just going to sell "The interactive characters, which are already creating a buzz in the toy industry" through retail channels but they are in negotiations with
Internet Service Providers??? Why?.......
Motion Picture Studios??? Why? .......
Television Producer??? Why? ......
and then why would MRXT be in negotiations with other
Other Licensees??? Why??? ......

ALL THE ABOVE IS NEW NEWS I AM EXPECTING!!!!
Thank you,
Willy

Omegaman...was my post directed to you? or were you just showing us what your buys were at..sorat confused me.
Willy
TLV...so you sold for 50% loss today. I am sure that was you posting at RB. IMO That's your problem you couldn't wait for a press release. You were only around for the quick flip and stocks don't need quick flip investors.
BTW many are buying for .0001 and you paid more? Sorta foolish if you ask me. Many of us bought at the bid .0001. :):):)
Thank you,
Willy
LOL No I guess I must have posted to you by mistake. It was late last night...off work at 10:00(-(-
Thank you,
Willy

if you are asking me if i am trying to say bad things to buy cheaper shares ??????
ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i guess what i am doing is venting my frustration, sharing my stupidity, and trying to regain some hope for holding this stock longer.
am i tired of losing money...YUP
have i lost alot of faith in the ability (judgement) of our leaders.YUP
i keep going over and over the events of the past 5 years
i have talked to several other shareholders over the years
and honestly, i just dont know what to make of things anymore
if you want me to put my cards on the table here, what spooked me is the change in wording about what to expect in the 10K
i am positive it started as SIGNIF REVENUES PERIOD
now...significant compared to what we have seen up to date (you know how little we have seen up to date)
now its significant in that it doesnt involve software generated revenues......
if i (we) hadnt been burned several times before by IRRESPOSIBLE RHETORIC I wouldnt be as nervous as i am at this time
DO I THINK ALL IS LOST ?????
absolutely not, or i would have bailed by now, i still think this can work out just fine
all i am questioning is my desire to wait it out
news could come any day
and like any trapped animal.....(thats what many of us are)
i just get cranky from time to time
as far as you telling me my views are rather important to this forum..
i am flattered, but they really shouldnt be
i am just a shareholder who dove in head first who thought he was on to something very special, who bought this stock VERY IRRESPONSABLY, who has been crushed down to the soul that things havent worked out as planned
and really who no longer knows
A) how much more money he is willing to lose
B) how long he is willing to wait
C)if he can endure this slow painfull death, not just money but also a dream
for the record, these guys i believe are trying their damn hardest to make this company work, and i realize i should be supporting them and in a way by holding all my shares i am,
but at this point in time, for whatever reason, i dont have enough information about NPCT to make an informed decision about buying/holding or selling
thats it in a nut shell
doc
Jc, You do understand don't you. Many of these other callers don't understand what we know by experience. They will find out but at least that last caller played it down a bit.
Thank you,

mmayr,
Much is going on...my last post shows what you might expect ot of MRXT...Marx Toys.
Start to watch Level II and see if 13 MMs today from .25/.257 indicates more upside then downside.
I could go into this a little deeper but this is about all I can say...just watch the stock for more news and upward movement. I should have cam eback to IHUB when MRXT was trading at .055 :):).
Thank you,
Willy
MRXT should be everyone's radar. Mots of you know me and I don't bs anyone at this thread...not my way to come back after being gone a year. You should look for some movement in the near future. I am holding a big block that I purchased with my own cash, not compenstaed shares.
If you read these recaps you will see MRXT is expecting an exciting next 5 months.

Dare I step into the shooting gallery again? Last time I got some rather angry responses. It is abundantly clear to me that there are a lot of untruths or at least embellished respresentations on this board but I did want to clarify one thing re: who may have spoken to Frank. I called him on Monday and he actually took my call. We spoke at length (by that I want to guess 10-15 minutes). I am convinced that Charltuna spoke with him as he posted b/c his post was VERY consistant with what Frank told me. I did not ask about R/S but did ask about the hold up and the problem of prolonged "radio silence". What he told me was that TTN has had several contracts, including one with AT&T and one with Dish. Both canceled. (I've never heard of Dish). He confirmed that there was a contract with TWC but that every contract has a subordinate local contract (my paraphrase). He said that the process is to test a locality for signal strength and if they have signal strength they will see if the local broadcasting network wants to offer TTN. Apparently this testing is being done on a regional basis but I got the strong impression that NY and CA were being targeted.
He said he was hopeful that a launch would take place by the last week in October.
When asked about the amount of O/S he declined to respond but said when that info goes out it will be over the Business News Wire (I'm not famiiar with this).
I also have in my notes "Reports in 3 weeks" but I honestly don't recall what that was in reference to.
I was fairly bold in admonishing him about not keeping shareholders informed as he promised. He responded by saying that every time he says something TWC gets a ton of calls. I suggested that SOME news/contact was better than being off the radar screen for 2(?) years. Even if he made a non-commital announcement it would be better than nothing at all.
While I don't know how much stock (no pun intended) to put into the info he gave me he was very receptive and invited me to call him back next week, which I may do. I followed up with an email thanking him for his time and accepting his invitation for a future call.
Take this for what it's worth. As I said, I can tell that there is a lot of junk flying around on this board. I also believe that the "PR tomorrow" predictions are hopeful at best. Believe me - I've been holding my breath with the rest of you for a long time.
The one thing I can say with confidence is that Charltuna and I got the same info, which I think was the same day.
Please don't put me in front of the firing squad for this post. I really want to stay out of the controversy but want to share what info I have in an honest way. Although I am impatient with this stock I would like to adopt Chief's approach to this board.
FWIW.........
jarvis...fwankie tends to use those available to him to get out expectations of news that never comes. I know many decent individuals he used for the last 4 years. Now he is using new guys because the old ones don't believe one word he says, sad but true.
I do hope it works out for all shareholders. The time is now right for this type of station to launch.
Thank you,
Willy
