Probably one of the best deals you will ever make, past and future.
But we could get a filing next week just as well.
Maybe they ran into something that for some reason requires them to wait till 2023 before they file. In that case, the filings are all ready to go and we are just waiting for 2022 to turn to 2023. If this is the case we should have a filing next week...or maybe even within a week from now.
Not that they ran out of screw-up times.
But very early 2023.
It feels like they have screwed up this so many times now, that there are no more times left. They must simply be out of screw-up-times after having managed to screw this last one up yet again. So, there can not be any options to filing very early in 2023. That's what he said - very early in 2023.
Let's give them a maximum of five weeks from now. Not to be exceeded.
He is referring to DSRT.
An annual growth of only 7% would put the share at $25 today. I am having a hard time to believe they did't achieve that. Probably more.
Of course
My calculation 2000% x 0,0001 =0,002 was not fit for purpose. My bad.
Correct, thank you, snow. I wrote it in Swedish. Sounded English enough but you are right, the correct terminology in English is Catch 22.
They are not talking about a Form 10. HZ sent an email to RD which was posted on this board. HZ wrote "From C" which most probably was a typo. The link aandt posted here indicates that they are raising money through crowdfunding and thus is a Form C-filing the most probable alternative.
A Form C can also be used to become SEC reporting.
"The next day or two" turned out to mean two weeks at least, so we should probably brace ourselves for "a few days" probably meaning "a few weeks".
Form C
What might this mean to us?
Yes ok, you are right. RD posted about the audited financials and I replied.
No, Oct 22.
Expected their filing today. Just another disappointment.
Like Holland - Ecuador, I guess
I am just so used to disappointments.
Or someone knows something we don't...
Congrats! A steal. Amazing that they are even selling it down.
They can't submit a filing online to SEC anytime? Not on a bank holiday?
They haven't been in the habit of under-promising and over-delivering.
So if he said "in the next day or two" yesterday , I would go for "two". And anything sooner than that will be a very nice surprise. Given that the filing is not yet another major disappointment.
HZ believed it would take less than three months.
The three months end Dec 7. Three more weeks to go.
Or... HZ may have been wrong and it will take longer.
If they grew by 10% annually from 2014, they should be worth about 4.5 billion now. Looking at the last Q3 it is hard to believe that they wouldn't have achieved that.
TF said it will take 60 days after they file until they are SEC reporting. Does this mean that the trading restrictions will remain for another two months after filing?
Just hit the ASK, paulie! It's a steal at these levels.
Is it just you guessing or have you got any "real" reasons to believe this?
Even if it is as you say, it should be minor changes that wouldn't take too long to correct.
"Close to filing"
Close? It's been five weeks. This never...ending......waiting..........
Q3 filed
I know what you mean.
After so long time of recurring disappointments, the possibility of success almost ceases to exist. In our minds, that is.
Yes. I wasn't talking about the regular quarterly report where >90% of the assets are off the balance sheet.
I was talking abot audited numbers, a Form 10 that brings HERB back to being a reporting issuer.
POLL
Will HERB file audited financials before Nov 15, 2022?
1. Yes
2. No
3. It will NEVER happen, LMAO ROFL!
Thank you, pp.
Could a moderator please make a sticky of post #7601? I think it is very significant.
I asked them if they could give me an estimate how long it will be before they file audited financials.
Dear Petrejus,
we already have the audits, waiting on the financial draft of the SEC form to be approved and filed.
Sincerely,
Then again I am not sure if he really meant the financial draft...or maybe he meant to write the final draft but it was a auto correct-error. Possible.
RD thinks that it will not surpass $1, even if they disclose a book value of $25-30/share. Exciting times, nevertheless.
