.24 - .48 per share = institutional investors coming in, baby! They usually don't mess with anything below $50M - $100M market cap.
Folks, what would happen to EWSI when we hit that range and sound alarms off for institutional investors?
I think Martin and crew are extremely focused and serious about becoming an e-waste powerhouse and they will (maybe fortunately) grab the attention of big dogs like Waste Management. I want to see EWSI stand and do it on their own but a smart conglomerate may sniff out EWSI and come with major cash to buy them out or have them merge under the big dog. Either way, we are in for a great ride. Win / win situation here.
If EWSI entertain a buyout or merger, I hope it is when our stock is high up in the tens of dollars.
Good luck everyone and happy investing and trading. We are less than 24 hours away from the Q3. We can see the top of the mountain. Keep climbing!
EWSI is no joke. Management isn't playing around at all. They are serious about their business, meeting and exceeding expectations and stuffing their pipeline with great deals every quarter
Whenever the Q is released between today and tomorrow, I believe we will be pleasantly surprised.
The only thing we know is that it will be released no later than 5PM EST tomorrow. No one knows if it will be pre-market, opening bell or after-hours.
Nice bounce off of the 20MA.
Nice find.
Happy Birthday! What a present EWSI can give you, Q3, a rock solid Q&A and some news that was held back for obvious reasons. Woo sah!
Once we get to around .24 - .48 a share ($50M - $ 100M market cap), I believe institutional money will come in and that is a whole different ball game.
It's mighty possible we can get to .24 by the end of the year and .48 by Q2 next year.
My thoughts: Q&A after hours news release along with some other info and Q3 pre-market or opening bell tomorrow.
At this point, I am not so interested in the financials as I am in the deals EWSI may have brewing and in the Q3 report. Don't get me wrong. The financials are probably going to exceed our expectations but I am looking for the meat that EWSI has held back until they release it shortly.
EWSI bouncing off of the 20MA.
It looks like MMs are trying to juice this one for the spreads the last day or two before Q3 comes out.
Only one more trading day to go before earnings are released. We might see them released today but I doubt it. I think we are going to see the investor Q&A along with more photo updates on the overseas trip before Q3 report.
Post of the day! EWSI!
Me thinks you are on to something but more along the lines of Waste Management and eWaste Systems working together.
Since we already received strong revenue guidance as well as notice of Asher's note being paid off early, based on EWSI's recent history, we are in for some delicious treats.
New pictures on Facebook. Some of Martin and the team in Argentina that were posted a day or so ago. I think we will be seeing way more pictures next week, if not before Q3 ER is released.
You are a DD machine! How do you and JBloom find this stuff?
I don't have as much time as I thought I would to dedicate to managing this board as well as posting updates to it. :(
The selling is meant to screw with you mentally to cause you to sell at a loss.
Last few tree shakes before the run. And they will shake this hard!
VFIN = company pushing additional shares into the market?
$2.50 and then we will settle around $2.20 for support.
VFIN is the cap on the bottle of soda and EWSI is shaking it up before the cap is opened.
I completely forgot about this! Thanks for reminding me. Possibly tomorrow or Monday. I still believe they are going to sandwich a whole bunch of good news in right before the Q3 but after market hours.
Hands down, I have not seen DD on any iHub or non-iHub board that is more rock solid than on this board. Even our friends on the DD Support Board and Fraud Research Team board could not find much wrong with EWSI to stick around and dispute. They politely left the board alone when asked about this company.
We are too close to the mountain top to stop climbing. The guys who really dig deep and share with the board, my hat is off to you. While you are certainly under no obligation to share what you find, you do it anyway to benefit everyone invested.
Only 3 more trading days to go and then we rock. After that, the next goal is Q4 / Yearly Report.
BID: .0581 X 24K CSTI
ASK: .0595 X 10K VFIN
Lol @ VFIN. They are now down at .0595. I didn't think I would see them actually working to drive the price down from the Ask side on EWSI below .06 but it has happened.
I guess they will get their shares in to the market at any amount they can.
I have seen Asher on quite a few OTC stocks. Usually, Asher destroys the stock by converting. One stock I am invested in now got rid of Asher before they could convert.
Asher is well-known for destroying OTC stocks through conversion. If you play with fire, you can't be too surprised when you get burned.
If I had more $$$, I would definitely hit the Ask, even with VFIN present. I am over 97% in EWSI with a small 3% in another play that VFIN is on.
Only 3 more trading days to go until the report is released.
I am not following you on what you specifically disagree on. However, I do agree that VFIN walks prices down. I see VFIN on other stocks and its the same thing. By the share price staying around the .06s, that is a pretty strong argument for the new support being in that range.
As I stated, I have learned to somewhat disregard EWSI's guidance, not to my detriment but to my benefit. Why? Because they have set the expectation that they under promise and over deliver. I was a little surprised when I saw the guidance. However, remembering back to when EWSI's Q2 release helped me to recoup every single lost I have ever had in 2 years trading as well as make a hefty profit, surprises are the name of the game with EWSI.
I am too close to the EWSI mountain top to stop climbing.
While EWSI may act and conduct itself like a big board company, it is still trading on the OTC Markets and its stock is being treated as such.
I highly doubt when EWSI move to the higher exchanges, you will see this boxing in of the share price...just part of the game of investing in the OTC Markets.
EWSI happens to be one of the better quality companies on a garbage exchange. It's like having a friend (EWSI) who is a chef make a 5-course meal candle lit meal for you and your spouse but serve it to you in a slightly run-down warehouse (the OTC Markets).
Your friend is showing that he is an awesome cook, shares his vision of having a 5-star restaurant and is working to move to one but for the time being, he is using the rundown warehouse to grow and get his name out all while working towards getting that 5-star restaurant.
That's the EWSI experience on the rundown OTC Markets. I know they can cook but the vehicle they have to use right now is not the best but it is a start.
One thought that came to mind is that Q3 is along the guidance EWSI has issued and is already factored in to the share price. However, that does not go along with what EWSI is known for, under promising and delivering well beyond those promises.
It's what EWSI doesn't mention that is usually the rocket ship so look for more than earnings to come in to play in this Q. If they say we are on target or a little past it, they have other news that will absolutely floor us.
VFIN is blocking hard at .06 and creating a pretty strong wall. I am seeing VFIN block another stock I am in as well. A ton of shares are being unloaded on EWSI. Very interesting.
VFIN is on the bid to box the share price in. This won't run until news comes out. I don't watch the share price and day-to-day activity like I use to.
EWSI is more of a set-it-and-forget-it until the report comes out.
The latest, Tuesday, Nov 19th.
No, 2 PRs. One post-market before the Q3 is released and then the Q3 pre-market on the next trading day.
EWSI will stay boxed in at .0647 (VFIN) or less until a news catalyst comes out.
I think the following will happen:
Two catalysts will be released in between trading hours, one post-market hours and then the Q3 report pre-market hours on the next trading day. This will spur strong buying. Until such time, it is a game of wait and see.
Shakeout part 2 underway. Throw in the mix a slow walk down from the Ask side. MMs like to play both the Bid and the Ask to shake people out of their shares. They do a mighty fine job.
