Looks UP UP UP to me!
So what is different than 90% plus of all the pink sheet stocks? Why does CRWV have to live by a higher standard?
As I thought, just your opinion. There is no documented info that says they did not use a 3rd party.
I'm there with ya...order in this AM for a couple thou @ 0.09...no nibbles so far!
How do you know that an independent 3rd party will not be involved in the testing? Just another IMO...
Post number in Q and A forum...nothing of importance. Just follow posting rules.
Never was a legitimate 0.50 pps...I would be overjoyed with 0.02-0.03!!

Does this refer to Elasco...we will find out, but when?
Agreed...
A few others on this board feel they will do a F/S for liquidity purposes. They feel a 1.6M float is way too small...not sure if I agree or not.
That's who I thought it might be(GE) until I checked their revenues which are much higher than $20B. In fact, I believe their net profits were in the $20B range.
If they do not do a 100:1 F/S, we could see this puppy in the teens with some good news!!
Where did you see the smelter results?
Doesn't really matter what the bid/ask prices are right now...there isn't any trading. Once all the accounts have been straightened out with the new stock, trading should be more active. Really strange, I trade with Fidelity and the new shares were reflected in my account the same day. I haven't tried buying or selling so I don't know if there are any restrictions on trading.
Trust me, we think about it ALL THE TIME!! It's the constant reminders that we may have been duped by this company that are difficult to read.
The BID volume doesn't support your statement. Looks like there still is more interest in buying than selling.
You and me both...need .023 on 180K shares to breakeven. Fairly new to pennies and probably became over confident when I made some good money on my first trade on POTG.
Thanks TJG...
How ironic, a $180 trade cost me $1100!! Thankfully, just on paper and my account screen!
Are the filings public records? If so, we should have been able to see the R/S coming and will know if a F/S happens.
Agreed...let's just wait amd see what kind of "news" they have for us!! IF IF IF the news is very good, it sure would be fun to see how high the pps would go before there is a liquidity squeeze.
It is not a matter of "getting it", all I am questioning is IF DTRO wants to get the stock out of penny status why would they do a split that would take the price back down to pennies again? Perhaps they have other motivations that you could explain...or we can just wait and see what plays out. At current prices and volume, we have the cart before the horse.
They need over $5/sh to get this out of pennyland. Why wouldn't they just legally issue more shares if there is a liquidity problem? A 100 to 1 F/S would just take the pps back down to pennies again.
Why would there be a forward split? The object of the R/S was to get the pps to a more respectable level and reduce the float. What is the motivation to F/S the new shares? If they really have some good news coming, with the low float that pps will be in the teens before we know it!!
Thanks for your support...
Isn't the volume and frequency of buying/selling way too low to make any assumptions of what is going on right now?? Hopefully, when all new shares are transfered and some news comes out, this puppy will start trading at some decent levels.
What did you ask Justus so we can better understand his reply.
I apologize for the tone of my post. I really was no trying to personally attack you in any manner. I should have asked "what are the implications if it was insider trading"?? My first thought was that it would be illegal...what's your take on that?
Sidebar for BF, I am not frustrated with what is going on with DTRO...that's you ballpark. I believe you were the first to mention insider trading and I am wondering how/why you would make that comment? With recent volume so low, I/S would be easy to spot and hardly worth the dollars involved.
1000:1 r/s on 10/7
Why are we starting rumors of insider trading? We don't need anymore negative comments about DTRO.
If you keep believing those newsletters, your account will go to ZERO.
I didn't see it as fluff (a buzz word thrown around this board way too much). It confirmed our suspections that they needed to get the pps up to more reasonable levels to attract new investors and to support financial matters.
It's on the front page of their website.
Well the 2 paragraphs about the R/S is on the website! Too bad they couldn't spell shareholder correctly on the title...they are going to take some heat about that!!
Doesn't every SELL have a BUY attached to it??
I think you are wrong about Elasco's profits. The total company had a loss, but I thought Elasco was profitable.
There couldn't have been much buying after the R/S since volume has been very low (10-15K shares/day). You must be getting them all!!
ASSUMING there is LED contract in the balance...sorry, I should have qualified my scenario. If not, all bets are off and we all lose money!
I posted some scenarios that addressed your concerns a week or so ago and received no feedback from anyone...what does that say about my relevance on this board?!! Anyhow, I had a crazy thought that just maybe the Fortune 500 company (let's say 3M) had some influence on the R/S to satisfy their finance/legal departments that were concerned about doing a deal with DTRO whose stock pps is in the LOW triple zeroes!
JMPO
I hope you are not calling me dbl face since I have never been a shareholder of this stock. Did some DD on it and decided to pass when it was around .08 (on the downside)...glad I did!
Too bad there is probably no truth to any of it.
