Yes we all want something and it is frustrating to all of us but he cant just release one thing. It has to be all or nothing. He has had years of opportunity to pump and run UNVC and he has not. He could have released, letters of intent, MoU's and other agreements but he has not. IMO that means he is not looking for a quick share price jump. He is trying to build a sustainable profitable company. In our current state (even though I don't like it) allows Univec to be nimble, save money, and outmaneuver all those other companies out there tripping over themselves trying to get into this exploding industry. IMO Dr Dalton is jumping hurdles getting it done, doing it right, and will then drop it like a bomb.
Dr. Dalton is one of the original members and directors of the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs, Dr. Dalton is responsible for the standards that pharmacies use across the United States to transmit prescriptions.
Who do you use as a source for your products? That's right Univec with Dr. Dalton leading the way.
There is more chatter surrounding UNVC. I feel that after the 1st these cross state line deals can finally start taking shape. Hopefully it has all been prepared and is ready to go. Either way Im patient but it does feel like the ground is swelling.
UNVC There has been some entertaining posts in the past 24 hrs. A Myth, lol Go UNVC.
The lyrics of ACDC "For those about to rock", seem very fitting as a UNVC theme song.
Stand up and be counted
For what you are about to receive
We are the dealers
We'll give you everything you need
Hail hail to the good times
'Cause rock has got the right of way
We ain't no legend, ain't no 'cause
We're just livin' for today
For those about to rock, we salute you
Im ready! You ready?
We know what we have found here. Strong hands will lead to an impressive day for us.
Univec - Agrimed - Marimed.
MariMed expects to make a series of Hemp CBD product and distribution announcements in 2019.

My recommendation is to buy on the troughs not the spikes. Just my opinion and good luck to you.
After a pump the price is not higher. After each pump claim the price has been higher. That is being wrong 3 times in a row.
Its exciting to see our partner being acquired by Marimed. No pumping just a fact.

The top 3 US cannabis companies listed in this news story is Medmen, Marimed, and Scotts. The key point of the story that was interesting to me is that Medmen focus is on the retail sector. Leave that medicinal side to Marimed. Marimed, Agrimed, Univec!

It is quite amazing that you picked up on the Isreal based company Tikun Olam. Then this past week a news story released about Maryland Medical Cannabis Forum supported by the Maryland State Medical Society. Who was the sponsors? Marimed and Tikun Olam which are tied to Agrimed, which is partnered to Univec. Thats some crazy investigative work Mikey! Great job.
You mean more than just a CBD transdermal patch? This is going to be outstanding IMO.
Univec CEO fits the con job profile like a textbook scammer. Look for yourself at his bio:

I know links are appreciated so here is the link for the story of Marimed being a co-sponsor. Kind of cool to see Tim Seymour of CNBC Fastmoney being there too.

Lookey who was a sponser of the Maryland Medical Cannabis Forum. I think Wrenchman found this earlier. Pretty good to have the support of the Maryland Medical Society.
The MMCF is proud to have the support of MedChi (the Maryland State Medical Society), and sponsors including leading cannabis company and brand MariMed, Kind Therapeutics USA and Tikun Olam, and to establish the forum as a detailed resource for Maryland physicians to gather applicable information for their patients. For more information, visit www.medicalcannabisforum.org.
There were multiple chances to make money during that time. If you sat idle for 5, 6, 7 years Im not sure what to say to you.
Wow! Someone is desperate to shake this tree before Dr Dalton drops the beautiful path forward. Why explain to someone who cites outdated pharmacy data as a false smoking gun of misleading investor claims? Dr Dalton actually protected investors by electing to suspend reporting. If he had not we most likely would not have the opportunity to shock the world as we do today. The old expansion of shares was for a previous plan that was forced to be shelved. Most pink sheet CEOs would have dumped those expanded shares and ran. Dr Dalton is still here and about to explain the course forward. All IMO but Im feeling great and cant wait.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge. My first thought after reading your reply was hhhmmmm good thing we have Univec's syringes. Also my feeling is that industry is desparately looking for anyone that can produce consistantly the highest grade medical CBD oil and track it from field to patch. Most of the companies out there so far are small upstarts that cannot show any consistancy of THC percentage content from even the same field harvest. This I believe will be one area where UNVC will shine.
There have been so many good informative posts here that you can look back on or maybe others can help. I am mobile right now otherwise I would provide some links. Also our CEO has recently just made a post that he is working on filings right now. Many of us that have come to know Dr Dalton have full confidence in his word.
The credibility of this post is gone. Caveat Emptor is simply so wrong.
Yes especially since there is a realization that the majority of UNVC holders know what they own and are locked up. We know whats coming. Flippers cant get as many shares as they had before and there is the fear factor. You may have missed it.
Count my vote too. Book it! Go UNVC.
Univec is restructuring and even though we want some info we wont get it until its done. When it is done and info is dropped I believe there will be a fundamental value change of Univec's price that will not be available again. There have been some huge names and deals suggested and that would be astonishing but I do not forget we are priced at essentially nothing. Turn the Univec lights on and even a tiny deal announced and.... Bam! Univec will no longer be priced here.
I believe there are much bigger fish to fry rather than fish to worry about. This isnt about saving anyones butt it is jockeying for 1st and best of class in my opinion.
Navy Capitals comments about Marimed:
Navy Capital's $14.7 million investment in MariMed reflects our belief that MariMed is one of the best-managed multi-state cannabis operators in the United States,” said Sean Stiefel, Navy Capital portfolio manager. “This investment will help MariMed grow its best-in-class cannabis facilities. We are very impressed with the company, and have participated in three financings since we first met MariMed CEO Bob Fireman and his team.”
So how will Marimed save Univec's butt?
Our soon to be acquired partner's parent is growing our opportunities day by day. Somehow I found tommorow's news story today. Thats right Im that good. Lol.

Dr Dalton did previously say the farm bill will not effect our plans. It could be bigger than we have first thought..... I think he said that too! I have more comfort and faith in this Ceo, and this company than most of my furtune 500 company holdings. I cant wait to see what he's building!
New Zealand recategorized hemp seed as food. Now the first East Asia country to legalize medical cannabis, South Korea. And so it begins!

I am totally with you Almost-A-M except Im thinking 1 + 1 + 1 might equal 8!!! Go Univec.
Univec's partner Agrimed which our CEO is co-chairmen of being acquired by Marimed. Why might Agrimed do this? International baby... Thats why.
Marimed goes international.

No problem JB and Potomac. I agree we are golden. Its almost hard to believe that we could have such an opportunity here in this penny stock land. But I think you guys feels the same as we have learned more and more of what Dr Dalton is trying to create that this really is a one of a kind play. All IMO but feeling very confident.
Sativeo raising money, Agrimed raising money, Marimed raising money. It could be because they each are building something good/big. The coolest thing... Univec is the gateway. "All roads lead to Univec", as said by Dr Dalton. I believe that actually means just that.
Heres some more money raised ($14 mil.) By Marimed that could end up in our pocket without any UNVC shares structure change.

Seat belt on! Helmut on! Goggles on! Ready for launch! Awaiting countdown. So ready! $UNVC
If the available network of pharmacies turns out to be 10,000 I personally would still be esctatic. Although the inaccuracy cited may be due to when the survey was completed. Check the citation.

Univec's partner Agrimed is included in Marimed's quarterly report. SWEET!!!
