I believe you mentioned $75M per month to become cash flow positive. To me, a real manufacturer is one who has a good chance of staying in business for a while.
$MULN
Sorry bud, you are mistaken. They may not survive but they will make and sell a few vehicles. Their "Big Event" this August will prove that.
Will they become a real manufacturer? Don't know.
$MULN
That is not true. There is no legal requirement to limit the speed. Besides, you can have it enabled and set the limit at 500 miles per hour if you wish. It is all programming.
$MULN
That is one of the things you change in the ECU.
$MULN
It takes a little more than changes to the ECU but in general you are spot on, and its been done. Overheating hasn't been a problem and low-speed driveability is still ok but these are EXTREMELY dangerous vehicles. At speeds over 150 (where are you going to go that fast?) there is a big risk for less aerodynamic vehicles like the FIVE RS to go airborne. That would be an extremely exciting, wet yourself, ride for the last few seconds of your life.
$MULN
Just checked with the Colorado SOS. Nothing new. TGRR has an annual report due by 10/31.
Can you elaborate over on the TGRR board as to what makes you think they are doing something? TIA
$FTWS
The jury (literally) is still out. The soap opera continues..........
$HPIL
Therein lies a basic problem that they have. Huggy Bear and yourself have called this a scam. On the financial side it may be. On the manufacturing side they have made an honest effort to get into the vehicle production business. The issue they face is that they do not have enough dump trucks full of cash to make it happen.
$MULN
Yes, Sir, it is. What that tells me is that they can only sell about 3,000 Class 3 trucks per year, which seems reasonable. I would expect they can sell more of the Class 1, but they have not started to produce that.
On the manufacturing side, IMO they can get to $75 million per month but it will take a couple of years. From what you have said, they will not survive that long.
$MULN
Huggy, I could produce 12 trucks a day with a hank of rope (to pull the truck down the line) and about $10k worth of hobbyist air tools from Harbor Freight.
You are thinking of an actual volume production line. They have a small one in Mishawaka with proven capacity of 50,000 vehicles per year but they are not using that for their trucks.
If they want to survive they need to think bigger.
$MULN
Their stated full capacity for the Class 3 line is 3,000 units per year (about 12 units per production day). That is about $17 million per month. A little short of that $75 million you mentioned.
$MULN
Which is why they want to spin off OrbiSat. Also why they want to include $RXMD financials sooner rather than later, covers up some of the losses.
No, you are mistaken. Some of them are professional bashers and a few more are hobbyist bashers. Most have never owned any $MULN shares.
I'm STILL laughing every time I think of that joke.
$RXMD
Oh Grizzer! You are going to hurt me, laughing so hard!
$RXMD
Etrade is clear, and they are usually one of the last.
$MULN
Keep trying.
$HPIL
Thanks for the info.
The market has stated what it thinks of this deal.
$STGZ
Dreamer. Try again.
$HPIL
Wayne, that was truly an interesting read. Thank you.
$MULN
Into the account.
$RXMD
I'm not positive but I don't think Etrade lets you transfer securities, only cash. You would have to liquidate all your positions to transfer.
$RXMD
I have mine through Etrade. Most attributes of a Roth are the same because they are set by the Government.
Get a Roth and put in the max every year. The negative is you can't withdraw any until 59 1/2 without a penalty. The positive is that if you invest, and make a profit, you don't pay Federal taxes on the profit. And most states don't tax it either.
$RXMD
Yes, that is her office number. The one you have is her mobile. No, I won't post it. THX

Her phone number is near the bottom of the page. Note that this is public information.

What, exactly, does "flip the switch" entail? Are they going to tell us what the plan for the future is?
$RXMD
What you are saying is that you have no clue how incorporating a company works. Please do your homework.
And, BTW, some of it you will need to do in each relevant state as their corporate laws differ somewhat.
$HPIL
RIO, my breakeven is $15.26. I'd like to make some profit, so, no, I'm not selling.
$RXMD
Angela Collette is still licensed in Michigan. I found this through the State Bar of Michigan.

You are entitled to your opinion sir, but I think Mr. Zhang just dug himself deeper into trouble. He can't win this.
$HPIL
This is at the State level (Wyoming). Not something the SEC would be aware of, other than through their existing criminal investigation.
What a soap opera! The problem for us, the shareholders, is that this won't start trading again until the struggle for control is completely resolved one way or the other. I have my preference, Maronti, same as yours.

I am not trying to defend DM, I could care less. I do wish to work with factual information rather than silly assumptions. What was said in the PR is possible and likely true. There are pockets of these native Americans throughout the western US, including California. Why lie about something as meaningless as that PR?

That is the best belly laugh I've had all day! Thank you.

Sorry Turbo, you are way off. More like 250 times. That too, is old.
$RXMD
You have taken that quote out of context. It refers to the entry into a significant technology contest with a development involving 3D printing of an exotic engineering plastic. I have worked with similar, lesser materials and can assure you that just getting accepted as a contestant proves some serious engineering development.
Try again.

I think Mr. Brown got scammed along with the rest of us on that drive train. It is certainly obvious it didn't turn out to his liking, he fired the guy.
$HPIL
I've wondered about this whole soap opera ever since SB took over, and the almost immediate attacks. When I tried to verify some of the negative "evidence" provided I just got dead ends. I have never seen a single piece of verifiable data to say SB is dishonest.
The only one I didn't suspect was Angela Collette. Who knew? I did wonder about her meeting with Zang. When I looked up his address on Google Maps it was a tiny motel in the middle of nowhere. Very odd. I thought she was just looking for someone to sell the shell to and it fell through. Guess not.
$HPIL
I literally laughed out loud when I read your post. Thank you. But I don't think it was the coffee that ran out.
