Mullen was a private company in 2017. Anything that happened prior to November 5, 2021 is irrelevant.
$MULN
Not likely. He is dead.
$HPIL
Wrong. See post 65040.
$HPIL
No idea. That information has not been made public.
$FTWS
"Ticker stolen through fraud by custodianship". That is not true. A Michigan court appointed a Receiver due to complaints by the company's creditors. Please look up the legal definition of a Receiver and their function.
I do not think Angela Collette did a very good job as Receiver, but that is another story.
$HPIL
Sorry, I disagree. It is a smart tactical move to NOT disclose the settlement until all other, similar, litigation is settled.
$HPIL
Agreed, and I'm ready for it.
$MULN
The patent application assignees are:
"SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CO., LTD.
Suwon-si
CA
THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA
Oakland
CA
Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory
Berkeley"
Nextech states on their website that they have a license to the IP.
$MULN
Do your research. Mullen does not own the battery IP.
$MULN
If you check that estimate it is two years old and no longer relevant. Why it is still being quoted is a mystery.
$MULN
Per our CEO 4th quarter 2022. See post 15547.
$MULN
I agree, but the first order of business is to get rid of that pesky toxic lender holdout. With all of the buying today maybe, just maybe, that has happened. One can dream.....
If something really is happening, the next thing we will see are filings on OTCM.
$FTWS
All Three Amigos are seeing action today. This could be the signal we have been waiting for.
$BLUU
You did not answer the question. How was that confirmed? Where is the proof? Without that, your statement is just speculation.
$HPIL
Agreed. The problem $RXMD has right now is that all of the topics that would move the SP are things they can't talk about. Somehow, they need to fix that.
$RXMD
If they plan to do it via an acquisition they can't tell us because of the quiet period. (Captain, you bet me to it.)
$RXMD
Processing time is typically 3-5 business days for any stock.
$HPIL

$MULN
With due respect, sir, much of that volume was flipping the same shares multiple times per day. You know better than I how that works.
Your point, though, is still valid. The relatively small amount of added shares is insignificant compared to the appetite of the market. GLTU
$MULN
Per a recent PR Mullen will be building battery packs for their vans and SUV in the revamped Monrovia building. I assume in partnership and under an agreement with Nextech.
$MULN
They need that first volume customer, and Mullen is it. Read through their Jobs postings. They are just getting off the ground on the Production side of the business.
$MULN
I agree but I don't believe ClearThink is a mechanism to get there. IMO $RXMD got the cart before the horse.
$RXMD
Gedi, I may be wrong here but I think CTs purpose is to rally the "after uplist" investors rather than have any effect on OTC folks. While that is important, we need help to get there. JMO
$RXMD
For whatever reason they didn't use it. A declared shell got an 18 month extension from September 28, 2021.
$FTWS
The other part of it, Fire Lane, is that in essence the SEC is retroactively tightening the rules around who must register as a dealer through the lawsuits they have brought against some of these toxic lenders.
Five years ago you would have been correct, a judge would have sent $HPIL packing. That is no longer the case. $HPIL stands a good chance of being awarded damages. Of course, the lawyers will take their usual cut.....
$HPIL
SEC rule changes have been talked about but are probably a few years out yet. They still have litigation going to establish the precedents for their position on unregistered dealers. My concern is that at some point the SEC will delist the Three Amigos for inactivity.
$FTWS
I think that is exactly why nothing has happened with any of the Three Amigos. They are trying to "wait out" the stubborn toxic lender. JMO
$FTWS
Because they need to get the quiet period cancelled before they can talk about their future growth plans.
$RXMD
Guys, I don't disagree that there are some positive catalysts. But we have seen in the recent past that those don't move the SP.
I agree with Capt, they need to postpone the uplist for several months, work it out with the SEC, and lay out the details of their 5 year plan. Nothing less will get the SP up to an acceptable level.
There is little buying pressure and several have laid that at the feet of their investor relations company. While that is partially true, the bigger part is that the many people who follow $RXMD will not put in more money without an idea of what the future of the company is going to be. I certainly won't.
$RXMD
IMO the BIC battery tests are the response, and a good one. Shows, from an independent and respected source, that Hindenburg is full of it up to their eyebrows. Enough said.
$MULN
Yes. It is expensive. I won't be getting a copy anytime soon either.

The first 8k issued in the recent past. Prior to that there had been nothing for years. Rumor has it that Sitra sold BLUU and TGRR to MMG for $5k each.
Just checked. It is listed here on this board site, dated JULY 23, 2020.
$BLUU
My apologies if I have offended. Not my intention.
$MULN
You are correct, they have orders. 2,500 vans from one co. and 500 from another with 4,500 behind that if they like the 500. Loans on that would generate some money but not enough.
I'm not bashing, just trying to explain why some of the things we are seeing are happening. It take a LOT of cash to succeed in this business. I'm a retired engineer with over 40 years experience, most of it in the automotive parts manufacturing sector (mostly sensors, switches, and actuators).
$MULN
The type of quiet period you are referring to is four weeks BEFORE the end of the business quarter. Some types of information can still be communicated during this period.

$MULN
I, too, am impressed with your insightful post. Keep them coming!
$MULN
Considering what it takes to be one of the top few remaining when the dust settles, 400-500 million in the bank is not flush. It should be enough to keep them going for a while and able to make product, but they are also going to need to expand, as they have said.
$MULN
The batteries are not ready for vehicle testing. Getting the cell structure built and developed will take a while. They have already said first in-vehicle testing would be in 2025.
