No but by your previous post assumed you believed they were related to Brent.
Oneill and Anderson are related to Brent? Hmm.. didn't realize.
Half truths will get caught very quickly on this board!
Yes, it would be unusual to file it so early. Just doesn't seem to me to make sense that it would pertain to a r/s since Oneill seems bent on changing the image of the management team. I believe he would proactively stick to the prior intentions listed by the company. Stockholder perception would be very important as the company goes forward (just thinking how I would view it if I was in his shoes)
I believe the new management has and will follow through on everything that they have stated in previous PR's. The fact that they have stated they "intend to PR stockholders on the terms of the reverse split" makes me believe that the amendment does not have anything to do with the reverse split. Change of directors is a real possibility, with the shakeup on the board and management recently.
Regardless of the number of shops that open up ECIG still has major distribution through thousands of outlets, I can buy razor blades at a number of different stores. The fact that I am in Wal Mart is a matter of convenience for me to buy them there. People tend to buy where it is convenient and ECIG products are located through those channels. Seems to me because you believe that you have built a better mouse trap a huge company like ECIG cannot grow and flourish in the market, that simply is not true. Not shallow just merely pointing out facts.
you are in fantasy land!! Their are many products that are no name that might have found a niche or might prove to be superior then the big name products.(See Amazon) Distribution is key to the sales of any product. Comparing distribution to the small shops serving a few customers and that of thousands of outlets is like comparing the soda you make at home to Coke. No comparison!!
ECIG is not going to be a major competitor to the small shops like your's. Speaking from experience, small individually owned shops are more about relationship's with your customers in the area you service. ECIG is an international company with tremendous and growing distribution channels. They are likewise not threatened by the small individually owned shops. For any profitable business taxes are always a big concern, likewise the same problem here in the States.. hire a good CPA.
Sorry I am off to work, but their has been some interesting posts by some describing how such a scenario could happen. One was by "Buy don't Borrow" check his post out and others. One way or another we will know by Tuesday.
I hope you are right Apostle, with a r/s off the table, non toxic debt resolved, and good 4th quarter numbers... can you imagine how fast and hard this stock would take off?
Yes, the lion roared many times about sub penny within a week, his roars have been reduced to a meow.
Lion, your due diligence told you the stock was going down to sub pennies two weeks ago, how did that work out?
Pk, you have made many predictions that never came true, don't believe you are lying at all. Just think that you have strong beliefs that your reasoning tells you to be true, but isn't.
I don't smoke but wanted to try one to see if I was a smoker whether it would be something that I would use. Was really amazed at how smooth it was, definitely understand how it has become the new trend.
Popping up everywhere here in Orlando, even seeing people with signs standing on street corners advertising e cigs. Saw one the other day that simply said "Lets Vape" with an arrow pointing to the store.
I hope you are right, if the r/s comes off the table can only imagine how crazy that trading day would be. I am holding just over a million shares so obviously I have a strong belief in ECIG and their future. Thanks for your reply as well I appreciate it.
I am curious as to why you feel so strongly why there would not be a reverse split? I value your experience with the years that you have been trading, just cannot wrap my head around how that could be possible.
I love the BS!! Great entertainment. Management stated some time ago that their priorities were to improve the balance sheet, and were not concerned about the pps.(for the time being) They obviously are doing that, the 8k shows that they have an investor who is willing to provide unsecured financing and the note holder's have an incentive for the pps to increase. The day to day is just noise, but I do like to occasionally read the posts.
Waiting for the management's plan to continue to unfold, six months down the road we should have a much better picture.
Hope so! We have been waiting!!
Thanks razor gl tu as well.
It isn't and time will prove that to be true. If you are basing your opinion on a few days of trading, well then this isn't the stock for you.
Emotional traders fueled by the shorts, better days ahead.
Works out well if you are flipping the stock, I am just going to keep adding to my position.
I will add another gallon of Hagen Daz ice cream that it doesn't r/s this week either. How could you say that for a fact?
I will go with chocolate.
Nice, and paying 39 percent capital gains plus your state taxes on the profit. Hope it was worth it.
People getting too worked up about the 10k. As other's have said usually come's out after hours. Since they said that it will be released today, it will.
You must not have been on the message board on the weekend then. Clay posted this chart several times a day.
Apparently a frugal one, ever been to the headquarters in Wal Mart before they renovated? Total dump, they seemed to do okay.
Seems there are a few people here tonight that would like to slow up the buying at the open... Hmmm...
Agree that for short term traders the r/s caused a lot to either leave or view ECIG as a short term trade. For myself I am not looking at this on the basis of trading it after the 10k or after the 1rst quarter revenue numbers are out in May. I am looking at what ECIG brings to the table as far as management, tremendous growth opportunity, restructuring of balance sheet etc. This sector will be huge in a few years, and the probability of ECIG being in a leader in it is very likely. IMO
How many stocks could we name that 10-15 years ago seemed improbable to most to reach the heights they are today? This market will take some years to mature but this is a ground floor opportunity.
Seems like we have many strong longs on the board, I know that some have been flipping and then accumulating more shares. I believe that after the 10k is out it will present an opportunity (for those longs who are not short term in their trading approach) that will be unequaled by any OTC stock that we have seen in years. In fact I cannot remember another stock that has been driven down to pennies that had such a tremendous upside in the months, years to come.
Between myself and another friend we hold over 2.5 million shares that are not going anywhere soon.
Very good points Oligal, I have also wondered the same thing. Why would Mr. Willis include the Mark Ten in the revenue's when it was a dead issue? Of course that would not make any sense. ECIG might just blow our socks off with 4th quarter revenue numbers, got a feeling they will.
ECIG has audited statements, so very soon we will find out exactly what their revenues are. Interesting with their already verified history of fantastic quarter after quarter growth you are stating low revenues.
Audited statements just speculation? LOL, sure bud.
Agreed, the industry is going to do nothing but grow by leaps and bounds. ECIG is extremely well positioned with their products and distribution. Long term play for me, looking at being in this one for years.
Of course there will be profit takers after the 10K come's out. There will also be INVESTORS who look at the numbers and see the huge upside with increasing revenue and with more manageable debt. Smart people who can see the forest for the trees will look at ECIG as a long term play. Too many penny traders just don't seem to understand the potential here, baffles me.
Thanks for posting PK, that is a very interesting interview. Mr. Willis seems to be a very personable guy, and with his back story the company means much more to him than just money.
Oh so you count it a win, for 15 minutes or so? ECIG will turn green before close, in fact probably run over 18. Your words are just that, nothing meaningful.
LOL! After the 10k is out on Monday doubt if we will dip below high 20's to low 30's next week.
Lion how could anybody take you seriously with posts like this? So far beyond the realm of probability that you sound either extremely desperate, or you have lost touch with reality.
Garbage, really Clay? Garbage stocks have little in revenues and are selling a pipe dream. Look at ECIG's revenue's, management and sector. I know a lot of really smart guys who lack common sense, ECIG is a common sense stock.
