Do you think it is all one entity that is promoting this company?
Thx,
03
SLIO,
I personally would not recommend this stock to anyone. I am not saying that you can't make money here.....time will tell. But what do they really have right now?
03
Exactly,
I read all the info on this company. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
03
SLIO,
it went up today. Maybe it is on the promo bandwagon.
03
Well, Juan never knows what will happen from Juan day to the next. Juan plays by his own rules. Maybe sometime, things will solidify and be like concrete. Then your kingdom will closer to completion. For the completion will bring about a closing to what was open. And the closing will bring about finality. And that finality will bring a new opening so you can start that whole cycle again. Life is good. Yes? Alas, I ramble utter meaningless.......again!!
May you always be the Great Juan,
03
Redius,
I was just thinking. Did the gods summon you to the edge of that certain continent? I hope all is swell with you and you. May your visit in the foreign land yield a bounty of new adventures and give you a chance to be "funky and free". I just pray that upon your departure from there, that at least a little over half of the child population will NOT be little Redius' running around all over the place. Protection is key. And protect the Key.
Later Sir,
03
How about these shares......???

edit: I think the the reverse split was in 2010. Not 2011 like it says in that filing. You might want to get verification though.

The 79,000 share trade could possibly have come from an insider sell.
Regards,

I could be a possibility......
that a reverse split could happen to reduce the amount of outstanding shares. Not saying this WILL happen. Just listing a possibility imo.
03
Spj,
yes, .20's would be nice for a change.
03
Is this board what you have evolved to? May your evolution be fruitful.

I found it Crossbow.

Is this the same assay that we are still waiting on?
If it is, then the company said they would report it when received. Not that it will matter much imo.
Regards,
03
I have heard the bargain prices were in the .30's. CNYC may be a bargain at current price. Or, it could be expensive in the future. Time will tell.
Regards,
03
Investments in stocks. Yes, I believe there is always risk. And that is how it relates to CNYC.
Regards,
03
crossbow,
The company said that the assay results would be reported when they received them? Or was that concerning a different assay?
I'll check to see if I can find the info.
03
IMO, the disclosure must be required for good reason. Yo.
03
We have no known mineral reserves and if we cannot find any, we will have to cease operations.
We have no mineral reserves. Mineral exploration is highly speculative. It involves many risks and is often non-productive. Even if we are able to find mineral reserves on our property our production capability is subject to further risks including:
Costs of bringing the property into production including exploration work, preparation of production feasibility studies, and construction of production facilities, all of which we have not budgeted for;
Availability and costs of financing;
Ongoing costs of production; and
Environmental compliance regulations and restraints.

This still shows up in the last 10Q. Maybe....one day, this will change.

China copper consumption growth to fall in 2012
BEIJING (Commodity Online): Copper consumption growth from the worlds largest copper consumer China is set to decline in 2012 as the Chinese economy slows down as per data from Beijing Antaike Information Development Co
Tight credit supply, slower export growth, less new-home starts, shrinking auto-sales and declining investments in rail road will cause copper demand growth to slow down in the next year, Antaike reported at their annual copper conference.
Refined copper consumption is expected to rise 6.4% to 7.85 MMT in 2012 against an 8.5% growth in 2011. Concerns with the Chinese hard landing have been one major reason for weakness in Copper prices.
The Chinese Q3 GDP grew at the slowest pace in almost 2 years while the manufacturing PMI decline for the month of October. Rising inflation has forced the central bank to raise interest rates thereby creating a credit crunch.

Looks like Copper(HGF12) has trended down in the month of December.
Regards,
03
CNYC to the single digits?? It could happen imo. Only time will tell.
Regards,
03
Note: This is not a prediction
Maybe assay results by July.......
2022.
There could be a lot more shares available under .25 despite what Level 2 shows imo.
Regards,
03
CNYC- Will the assay results be available by 2020? And even when they are published....will it be another non-event? The trend, imo, is saying yes. But, of course, anything can happen.
03
I agree. Everyone has a right to express their opinion concerning CNYC (as long as it stays within the IHUB rules). I appreciate the constructive post.
Regards,
03
Nothing to get excited about with this pr imo. I'm starting to think single digits are not out of the realm of possiblity for CNYC.
03
Did the TSX approve that non-public communique concerning a news release today?
Regards,
03
Time will tell if this will be a good runner or not. With Waka on board....who knows.
03
It will be interesting to see how this one plays out.

NEW YORK, Nov. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Mbeach Software Inc. ("MBHS") (OTCPK: MBHS) announced today that the company has engaged Wakabayashi Fund, LLC ("Wakabayashi"), a Japanese and New York consulting firm, to provide investor and public relations services, capital funding services, and to present the company to institutional investors. These services will augment the funding commitment of Southridge Partners II LP to extend the company an equity line of up to $10 million per the agreement signed in August 2011.
"Wakabayashi Fund, LLC is very pleased to have been retained by Mbeach Software Inc. and share with the company's experienced management team the full scope of our services in the financial markets," said Tadaharu Wakabayashi, President of Wakabayashi Fund, LLC. Mbeach, through Skin Cancer Scanning Ltd. ("SCS"), its wholly owned subsidiary, is in the advanced stages of developing a state-of-the-art medical device, SkinScan 650, which can be used by health practitioners in clinics for more accurate and early diagnostics of Skin Cancer and precursors.
Clinical trials conducted by the company so far have demonstrated a 92.4% accuracy level in diagnosing non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC). Those results are significantly higher than the average 75% accuracy rate, achieved by dermatologists and 60% accuracy achieved by a general practitioner. Mela Sciences Inc., a developer of a similar medical product for this use, was recently reported to have obtained FDA approval for their product.
Mbeach CEO Yossi Biderman commented, "We expect that working alongside the Wakabayashi team in the implementation of the funding program and the market awareness program will greatly enhance our ability to achieve our designated goals."

NOEC won't be getting listed back on the NASDAQ any time soon imo. They still have some items to clear up. Time will tell if that will ever happen.
