edit: I think the the reverse split was in 2010. Not 2011 like it says in that filing. You might want to get verification though.
RECENT SALES OF UNREGISTERED SECURITIES
During the past three years, we completed the following sales of unregistered securities (all amounts have been adjusted to reflect a 79-for-100 reverse split effective November 24, 2011):
1. On June 30, 2009, we completed a private placement of 15,513,978 units to settle outstanding indebtedness of $785,517. Each unit consisted of one share and one-half share purchase warrant, with each whole share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional share at a price of $0.08 per share until June 30, 2011. This private placement was completed pursuant to the provisions of Regulation S of the Securities Act.
2. On June 30, 2009, we completed a private placement of 14,931,000 shares of our common stock at a price of $0.05 per share for total proceeds of $756,000. This private placement was completed pursuant to the provisions of Regulation S of the Securities Act.
3. On August 10, 2009, we completed a private placement of 10,151,500 shares of our common stock at a price of $0.05 per share for total proceeds of $514,000. This private placement was completed pursuant to the provisions of Regulation S of the Securities Act.
4. On August 31, 2009, we completed a private placement of 1,086,250 shares of our common stock at a price of $0.05 per share for total proceeds of $55,000. This private placement was completed pursuant to the provisions of Regulation S of the Securities Act.
There is probably an array of possibilities with this latest transaction. Do you think it could be possible that future financing may require/suggest that they reduce the moonlight expenses?
03
I'm not sure why they needed to do the deal with Metamine. They could have used those funds on the NY property. How much did they reimburse Metamine for previous expenses? I believe it was $90,000 (please check the last 10Q). Also, I believe there is $25,000 due next month to Metamine. And, they were obligated to spend $100,000 on moonlight by Feb 18th, 2013. I don't know if that was expensed or not.
Just an opinion from an armchair shareholder,

Due June 30th, 2013 (or earlier)
275K owed to ARH MANAGEMENT LTD
I believe the date could be extended if agreed by both parties.
Please do your own dd and read the WHOLE termination agreement.

Maybe Sandfield can sell their option interest to Mr Storey. Then it will be full circle :)

From the last 10Q

Future Financings
Our plan of operation calls for significant expenses in connection with the exploration of the New York Canyon Project. For the next twelve months, management anticipates that we have sufficient funds to meet our annual claim payments, implement our geochemical sampling program on the New York Canyon Project and meet the costs associated with our ongoing reporting obligations. However, we will require additional financing in order to implement the shallow reverse drill program on the Moonlight Property and the proposed test drilling program on the New York Canyon Project.
Please do your own dd and read the WHOLE filing for context.

of course it is :)
The latest news feels like bad news :(

I felt that way too. That uptrend was really extended. I sold about 70% of my holding a couple days ago. Holding the rest for the long(er) term.

I like the long term possibility on this stock also. Unfortunately, what I feel and what happens can be vastly different. LOL.

And another 52wk high :)
03
Another 52wk high. Hope it continues. But you never know.
03
Very well put. Thank you.
Good Luck,

IMO, the financing does not guarantee the sp to stay at this level. IMO, the word "GUARANTEE" and the stock market do not go hand in hand. Also, While this could be the bottom, I believe there are some factors that could make it go lower. This is not a prediction of the sp going lower. Just risks of going lower.
Regards,
03
IMO,it sounds like more desperation financing. Guess we'll find out monday if the 30 cent range will prevail.
Regards,
03
I guess there was more steam left after all.
03
I personally feel this stock is HIGH RISK of getting NO REWARDS. However, I am not implying an orchestration (however one wants to define) won't take place.
Regards,
03
It could be a possibility imo. But could that mean that the convertible preferred issued earlier this year may have the same problem? I doubt they'll let anything bad happen to the preferred. I'll be surprised if they can't iron this out. As I say, time will be the revealer.
Regards,
03
That was a nice move today. Guess we'll see tomorrow if there is any steam left in this run.
Regards,
03
oops, sorry sk, didn't see that post.
I saw that 11 days ago. Plus, it is still posted by ihub on the main page. In any event, I hope this stock keep its upward movement. Time will tell.
Regards,
03
I don't think I mentioned the magnitude(number) of posts. And there is nothing wrong with being optimistic. I always hope that the optimism will be balanced with the risks involved here. Just an opinion.
Regards,
03
It would be nice to see those words you posted in all of the "over euphoric" posts I've seen on IHUB concerning this stock. Maybe it might keep some inexperienced investors from losing money. Or maybe not. Time will tell.
Just my 2 cents that no one asked for.

SPJ,
The village dude that sold CNYC last year should be crowned king.

Too bad I wasn't one of the "no so smart" people that sold back then :(
Congrats to all that sold back when this was higher in 2011 :) They were obviously the smart ones.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=65111065
03
I agree. It could run up from here. I also think it could go down and stay down. No one knows for sure. I think it is important for all inexperienced investors to hear that. This definitely is a better price to buy at than it was in 2011 when all the pump was going on. But those that have done this (trading/investing) for a while know that what seems cheap now can seem expensive later (and vice versa). Time will tell what the future holds for this stock/company.
Regards,
03
Hope to see that in an 8k soon :)
03
Do you know if they have filed with finra yet? If so, how long ago? I'm 99/01 in favor of being a bust.........but the fact I just typed this opinion probably means I'll be wrong.
03
While this could be a the rm of a lifetime. It still reeks of otc bs imo. There were a lot of cleaner shells they could have chosen. Ones with sec filings and a share structure that is 100% controlled. Those with greater resources (dd and $$$'s) than us ihubbers are surely not buying this stock on the open market. Probably for good reason. The involvement of the other stock (non-sec filer too) strenghtens my belief that this could turn out to be a bust. But time will tell. Again, this is just an opinion of an experienced (in my own mind) trader that has been wrong with opinions before.

To all: Please keep your posts related to Solo International as much as possible.
Thank you,

I share that concern about a possible r/s.

So there is this company "Rafarma" that people say is a big deal. But then it has to be wrapped around all the pinky sheet. Kinda makes the burrito unappetizing. But, I've been wrong before......lots.
Regards,
03
Alert the media!! Oh right, they don't do media. Maybe one day.
03
I'm sure there are people/entities with much greater resources for finding out information on this deal. And I don't believe they have been interested. Maybe for good reason? That is why I have been skeptical. This latest info may prove one of the risks involved in owning this stock (at higher prices). It may not. Time will tell.
Regards,
03
I think you had a good plan there. I tried it and it worked for me. I still think you should buy that farm though to take your mind off of waiting.
03
CNYC - 2 cents from 52 wk low. The price of copper does not seem to have any relation to the price of CNYC imo. But maybe that could change. Maybe not. Oh, and if only (cnyc)charts were 100% right, we'd all be rich :)
