All should understand - If the TA is gaged, sell all and run for the hills. Don't argue. Just do it!
Leave BW and balloon butt high and dry!! They are stealing from you every second of every day!!!
I think you may be right. He spared no expense in the creation of a very good website (I design websites as a sideline and I can tell you this one is of exceptional quality, despite the aspects not yet working). But it'll take more than a good website to move this puppy.
I am hoping for some substantial, noteworthy news in the next 4 months. Past 4 months, along with some good exposure in medical journals, the Wall Street Journal and possibly on Market Watch, those sort of activities will begin the acquiring of some solid, long-term investors. Anything can happen after that.
That's dreaming BIG but why not? It is certainly within the realm of possibilities with this product!
This isn't going to rise anytime soon. But once some of the above mentioned activities, or those similar occur, we will be off to the races.
Hang tight!
This is either damn discouraging OR an opportunity for cheaper shares, or both!
For me, I'm not sinking any more cash into this until we have some activity.
Wait, wait, and wait some more, seems to be the trend here.
On all of your points, I agree!

I understand all you've said and also understand the truth of the fact that people have been scammed out the wazoo by Weber. As much as we all know how we've been had, the loss is ours as we are the one's who invested.
I've said this before and I'll say it again: Weber will not see a day in jail. He's got it ALL covered only too well.
I realize what I'm saying isn't popular and that it doesn't satisfy the blood-lust for his hide to be hung out to dry. No intent to offend here. I'm just saying what I believe to be the reality.
Does he deserve retribution? Without a doubt! Will it happen? Nope.
Unfortunately, not all of the menu links work. Not sure if it was a good idea to post a half-working website. The parts of it that work are fabulous, but again, I think they should have waited until it is fully operational. imo

Alkame Water Continues Southern California Expansion With Haggen Grocery Chain
LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - May 11, 2015) - Alkame Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: ALKM), a publicly traded health and wellness technology holding company with a focus on patentable, innovative, and eco-friendly products is pleased to announce that Alkame Holdings, Inc. wholly owned subsidiary, Alkame Water, Inc. continues its Southern California expansion and can now be found in 50+ select Haggen grocery stores in the southern California marketplace.
Haggen, the 82 -year-old-grocer based in Washington State has been described as Whole Foods meets Safeway, acquired stores in the Albertsons-Safeway merger and is converting them into Haggen stores. Market share has grown roughly nine fold to a total of 164 stores and quintupling its employee size from 2,000 to 10,000. Albertsons and Safeway, whose merger was announced last March, were required by the Federal Trade Commission to divest 168 stores so the combined company didn't create unfair control of the retail market.
Alkame Holdings, Inc. CEO, Robert Eakle stated, "Southern California is a wonderful market for us. We continue to see great enthusiasm and movement of our product. We are glad to be a part of Haggens expansion plans into the California marketplace. Our product is gaining wonderful penetration thanks to our DSD distribution partner Avanzar Sales & Distribution, who is majority owned by Minerco Resources Inc. (OTC: MINE)".

Thanks, SS1!
I think this solid move away from the old and into the new is one of the better moves in recent memory. Most, if not all of Scott's moves have been really good, but this one puts a final closure and end to the old company. Do you think a name change will ever folllow? I'm not certain that needs to occur, but am interested in what you think about it.
Damn GREAT move!!!
aint no more -
I believe that all MINE things set in motion are exceptional moves. Why can we not sustain upward movement?
If this cannot sustain upward movement and a decent PPS, all of the right moves will not matter since the stock price is so very important to the life blood of sustaining the company's momentum.
Words and all of the wishes and effort matter not if a decent PPS cannot be sustained. Even with good revenue and seriously powerful connections to big movers and shakers, if this cannot be financed in part by the selling of stock to investors, it doesn't stand a chance. That's reality.
5 minutes in and zero volume. What gives?
Again, you are not operating with facts, just suspicions and surmises. And you don't understand anything about vertical integration and the FACT that there are US companies that pay very little in taxes due to off-shore profit making and vertical integration.
Nonetheless, I'm done arguing with you. If BW goes to jail, you win.
Ain't happening...He's smarter than you think, he's scammed this beautifully and he's going to get away with it. The SEC has nothing on him that will stick.
But hey, hang in there and hope if you want.
I'd be interested to know exactly what violations of laws he violated. Please be specific.
As much as I want you to be right in this situation, you are not. There were no violations that can be proven. None whatsoever. There were no occasions where he actually crossed the line and violated any laws that can be proven.
But if you have actual and specific instances, please tell all. Heresay and suspicion does not equate to violations of the law and will not hold up in the court of law.
So have at it. I'm waiting.

I appreciate that, unlike other OTC plays, there doesn't seem to be any fluff PR's. The only news we do hear is when something is actually worth the headlines. Although those events are far and few between, they are genuine headlines. That's not the case with many other OTC plays.
Still, I will feel more confident when we get to the point of consistent, timely, and accurate filings. I don't think that's necessarily around the corner. I don't think we'll see that until there's a deal in the pipeline imo.
lol - My statement is based on experience and an understanding where this company is at this time. There's been virtually nothing coming from this company with regard to any sort of financial disclosure. This stock does not even trade on a daily basis; it sometimes goes weeks without any trades whatsoever. They are very far from filing anything, especially financials. They are a non-reporting company and they'll not suddenly turn around and be reporting.
As I said before, "we're a long way from the company supplying financials, that's for sure."

You stated:
I thought I had every reason to believe this is dead. That is clearly NOT the case. WOW!
StockScout1 -
Sorry I cannot PM. I have no doubt your intentions are positive in trying to move this stock and give this company a fair chance. In that manner, I appreciate what you do. I also think your actions, if not all together, are above board. I do not question that.
On the other hand, the chart you keep is not factual and cannot possibly be so. That's not through any lack of effort on your part. Shares are bought and sold daily that are not reported to you and so very many exchange hands from day-to-day that are never reported to you; it's hard ot know who is really controlling those shares. I think at least a general idea is had so that to some degree, we know there are shareholders that are carrying a certain percentage of their shares as long, same as I am. But beyond that, there's no accuracy.
That's not your fault. It's just the way it is.
I do applaud your dedication and efforts to keep this play moving in a good direction. I hope Vanis recognizes your efforts and somehow shows his appreciation.
Funny how no one responded to or even appears to give credence to the post from DCALongRun.
Just to be clear about my position here, even though I'm selling off shares on occasion for profit, I have a core amount that I am keeping long. That being said, DCALongRun is spot on in his analysis. Not one person acknowledged that as if his DD, since it is a tad negative, does;t matter. That's a shame. It's one of the more honest posts I've seen in quite a while.
He's absolutely correct, imo.
BAD HEMPER - with regard to the list you stated:
Ladies and Gents - Are we really excited because there may be/is a new website. Honestly, anyone can create a website! That should not get one excited to think this is turning around.
It could be a sign there's something about to happen. On that I agree. It could also be a ploy to get folks excited enough to throw in some more cash.
I'd hold tight to what you have, but wouldn't invest more based upon the potential for a new website. Whether or not a new website is posted, there's reason enough to believe this is dead. Wait for substantial, positive news.
You can do what you want, of course! I'm holding to what I have and not investing another cent until there's reason to do so. At this point, for me, I usually buy the dips but not in this case.
Both. It was endless and still is. Check it out for yourself.

Filings to the SEC - you are correct about that. The rest, I'd like to see proof. You saying so isn't proof, it's just hearsay.
Look - I think I've been had too, but thinking it and proving it are two very different processes. Show me with proof that what you say has merit and I'll know for sure I've been had. If I've been had, that's partly my fault for not researching enough.
What?
