Hold your horses. First of all, Jeevan George's specialty is information technology. He lives in India. I'm not certain how he qualifies to make such a statement except from the tech side. Sure, I can understand from the technology side of things, but that's a narrow point of view. What about the health care side of it? Do you think he's qualified to make such a statement? He's NOT!
Additionally, CIO Review is an internet publication. Because of a nickel and dime 1 pager on LF in a questionable internet publication, everyone is suddenly rushing to throw money in this and get all excited again? Over what?
Get a grip folks and do some research before you throw your money into this. You're being led on the yellow brick road, but folks, there's NO OZZ. You are being played and making it so easy for him.
Filings are NOT required in pinkies. Many pinkies DO file and typically but not always, those pinkies are legit. It's smart to be EXTREMELY cautious of pinkies that don't file. Many non-filing pinkies rely purely on occasional pumps to bring in the dough and they spend it as quickly as they get it. I'm pretty sure that's what's going on here.
It is possibly time to call LF on the carpet. He's got a lot of explaining to do and that should be done to those with the authority to shut this down.
Last I knew - ZERO filings since 2013.
Last I knew - ZERO filings since 2013.
This has turned into a joke. Last winter all those guys were so sure this would shoot to the moon in just a couple of months. I told them they were wrong, that it would take much longer. Here we are and the only shooting that has been done has killed this lame duck. Bunch of guys acted like they know the secrets of investing. Fact is, they know NOTHING.
This could bounce only if there is viable news, but will not maintain any possible spikes unless there is sustainable action such as contracts with hospitals and other purchase deals. Folks shouldn't bite so readily on LF's tweets and half/truth pr's.
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzz............Ridiculous!
Sorry to say this is just another dog with fleas...
Yes, I know. I'm just agreeing with you...
It's not screaming anything. In fact, it's sleeping a long sleep. More like a coma.
Very possible. Then answer me this. Why has he been able to cash in "Big League" on all BBDA investments without consequence? If you can answer that question in a manner that's according to law, not according to how much you hate him, I'll agree with you.
He played the system, albeit pushing up against the edges of it, very well. I contend that his experiences, most of them questionable, schooled him very well. He played shareholders including you and me superbly. If that's not the case, why did you invest? Were you not also suckered into this?
He violated no laws. Did he bump up against the edge of what is legal and what is not legal a thousand times? Yes! Did he steal from you and me? We think so, bit not really. You and I and countless others invested by choice based upon his claims and the fact that there was a product. Although his claims were largely fictitious, prove he had no intent to follow through. That's the rub. It is near impossible, if he has documentation of attempts, to prove he didn't have intent to follow through.
Now I know you like to refer to him as a dumb hillbilly. That is a classification I'll stay away from since I've met some pretty resourceful country folk in my life. But his experiences taught him how to work the system and us. He took advantage of and used the system as it is designed. He manipulated trends in the pps to excite interest in BBDA. He produced announcements that many rushed to believe without buyers substantiating his claims. In so doing, he got our cash and lived high on the hog.
Seems to me that took some smarts earned through experience as to how the work the system, although it's not the type of "smart" I want to be remembered for. Still, made quite a living from it and won't ever be prosecuted for any violations regarding BBDA no matter how much you and anyone else claims he should be in jail.
Tax fraud is another issue, but I also think he'll not see one day in jail for it. He may be found guilty, but I also think the charges are petty enough to allow him to pay a fine and be done with it. He won. Get over it and move on!
Ain't happening, at least for the BBDA scam. Might see some sort of sentence for non-BBDA activities, although I think he'll get off easy there too. But as far as BBDA goes, he'll walk away with years of spending investor money that he scammed from folks, but never see any sort of prosecution for it.
Does he deserve jail time for BBDA scamming? We all think he does but in reality, what did he do? He pumped a product that was real - crappy - but real. We bought his fiction. We wanted to get rich quick, so we thought we had a good thing here. And, even when we knew something was shady, we continued buying because we wanted to get rich quick and we thought there was a slight chance this would make it. We let our desire for making some good money rule our intelligence.
If he put any effort whatsoever into his pumps, they are considered legit by the SEC even though we all know (and so does the SEC) that they were fruitless scams. But that's how it works. All legal and no law violation here. Remember - "Let the buyer beware". That holds true for BBDA stock as well.
Yes. I agree, it is a nice read. As you can see, it'll take more than a "nice read" to move this. Folks are waiting for more than just words, imo.
He is. And there's not a damn thing anyone can do about it.
lol...Yeah - MM's not moving on this at all. They will again, in time. And then all of the barking will start again and the puppies will wag their tails in excitement purporting unbelievable claims. Same old.
I figure LF's ATM will start to run dry soon. Then there'll be some "news" posted on the website. Then they'll be some action. Folks will throw good money after bad. LF will cash in again.
All of that is just fine with me if there'd be some substance and follow-through. But since there really isn't any, this is just like the majority of OTC's.
That is correct!
Yes. It's this dog you're referring to. As I've said before several times now, I will add to my position which is already substantial at .0003, but again, only if I have reason to believe this will be moving forward. The recent post by another on this board is old news and if it materializes, which I don't believe it will, that would certainly get things moving. But for me, it's not news enough for me to invest more cash. 0003's with verifiable news of intense interest in the product will cause me to look into things. But that still won't peek my interest enough to throw cash this way.
I have several doc friends, one in PA, one at Stanford in CA, and one in Vermont. The doc in PA is affiliated with a major health system (Pinnacle) in PA, the doc in Stanford is involved in research at Stanford University, and the doc in Vermont is on the Board at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington. None of the three have heard diddly poopie squat about QUTR or any of it's products. That doesn't mean other docs haven't heard about it. But those three who are well-connected docs haven't. To me that says that there's not been enough promotion of the products OR it's all bogus.
You know when I'll get excited. I'll get excited when LF publishes in the American Journal of Medicine. In fact, if this thing he's got is so freaking great, why hasn't he published in the journal thus far? Seems to me that'd be a GREAT platform for him to generate interest. And he does have a gift for writing about this. So, I encourage him to do so. Or possibly he's smart enough to figure it'll never get published if it's not on the up and up. Something that all you who claim to be so high on this should consider.
No way! Too expensive at that price. .0003 works for me.
As I knew they would. She'll settle to .0003 again. At that point I'll throw some cash at this if there's reason enough to do so. Presently, there's nothing that tells me things are progressing. This will move on some substantial news. If what Landon touted is true, I suggest next March may produce some positive news. Not until then, at the earliest. If nothing materializes by June, this will die a slow death and we can assume, rightly so, that this is another failed pinkie.
I'm not a pumper but I do check this board almost daily. Hopefully, some folks have wised up to understand this thing wasn't anywhere near ready for it to sustain a rise in PPS. Lot's of hype, but the follow-through is a long way off as I've been stating for a long while, much to everyone's chagrin.
It will take off, but I suggest it'll be not until next June at the earliest. Even that is rushing things. Hang in there though. Some good stuff to come our way if we've got the patience to ride this out.
Doubt it. Would be better if it were, but I don't think so. It'll settle in the trips.
Not yet. I'm waiting till the trips, like .0003, it's favorite resting point. If, at that point there's reason for me to load up, I'll do so before it hits .0005. Not until then.
Really? Hmm...Get back to me in 3 weeks.
She hasn't bottomed yet. She'll hit trips before long. Then I'll add.
Not likely. If it does move, it'll be very short lived. There needs to be something in the works that will move this forward if you're looking for sustainable movement. Beyond what we already know, there's nothing new that will build a solid foundation for sustainable, upward movement. Tweets aren't enough to generate serious interest. Only present followers are getting excited.
I did but I got emphatically booed out.
Absolutely important! My concern is, if he is REALLY into something BIG here, then why hasn't he done so already?
Outlooks sucks until there's substantial news with sustainable actions. Then, we'll go places, but not until then. I think we'll get there, but as I said before, it'll be quite some time.
Only one thing left to do with the dumping of shares. FLUSH!
So we lost some ground here. Will we make it up and get back into the .003's?
There's not been any real interest generated in this and that concerns me. Even when the PPS was rising and daily volume was spiking , the number of trades were actually low and didn't indicate any real interest. That is concerning.
MM's are playing with this thing. Real volume will be present when established businesses start trading QUTR. I think that WILL happen, but not yet. We're not even in the infancy stage. More likely, the embryonic stage.
I know what I'm saying isn't what folks want to hear. And it is just my opinion. However, the bottom line is the numbers and they speak loudly.
Ouch!
What you say is possible. However, there was at one time a product and lots of it. In fact, there were several products. And, those products were available for purchase in quite a lot of locations. It is that fact that has me think he may have been sincere in his attempts to make it happen, initially.
We can presume what we will. The actual truth of the matter is only known by a few. Admittedly, he's a scoundrel in either case!
Well, the real thing IS here and you're experiencing it up the yin-yang! How's it feel?
Good enough!
We can hope that is the case, and I DO! But I agree, he'll get off with a slap, if that. Unfortunately, I still do not believe he'll see any formal charges with regard to the actual workings of the stock. Charges may ensue, as already seen, on issues outside of the operations of the stock even though the entire play was FULL of deception. They'll likely not touch those issues. But passing of bad checks, etc. is easily proven because the evidence is obvious.
Not so for the operations of the stock. It's hard to produce viable evidence that he intended to deceive, steal, pilfer, etc. even though we all know that was his plan, if not from the beginning, certainly after he realized his kool-aid wasn't going to sell.
I think he actually wanted this to fly and that he believed in it at the beginning. Then, as things started to fail, he made the decision to let it ride and suck as much out of it (out of us) as he could. We are partly to blame as well since our desire for a get-rich-quick payload clouded our judgement, in my opinion. We wanted it to work, and for a while I know I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. But after a time, I sold all of my interest here. I covered some of my losses on several spikes, but still lost a boatload.
I believe in heaven and hell. If BW continues his low-life approach to living, he'll get his just reward in the next life. No doubt about it.
