Just picked up some of the 104
The support is gone so you might be right
I don't think it will hit that. There are a lot of support at 106
Less than a week left till Q3. Buying on this dip
Getting too close to Q3. Holding all of my shares.
During Q2 Netflix went up 11% after hour. I'm excited to see what Q3 will bring us. :)
Job market is not good but than we also have the Q3 coming out on the 15th. Hopefully that will over power the job market numbers.
102 is holding pretty good
We might see the 98's again
I agree
Fly pass 103 like it was nothing. Nice!
It's having a difficult time staying above 103
Looks like tomorrow will be another green day.
Moving up and down and up and down. I think we are stuck in this channel until the Q3 report.
Going back to 103
Nice bounce from 98
Nice bounce
I think it's going back to 97 or 98 and than back up above 100 again. I don't think this will go anywhere until the Q3 results. Too many uncertainty with the Fed's and China keeping the entire market down. The Q3 result might lift thus up though.
3 more weeks till the third quarter financial results. Going to be interesting by than.
Netflix has become a major player in original programming in less than three years after releasing political thriller House of Cards. In 2013, Netflix was nominated for 14 Emmys. This year, the content provider received 34 nominations, nearly tying Fox.
Netflix to Announce Third-Quarter 2015 Financial Results
Source: PR Newswire (US)
LOS GATOS, Calif., Sept. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) today announced it will post its third-quarter 2015 financial results and business outlook on its investor relations website at http://ir.netflix.com on Wednesday, October 14, 2015, at approximately 1:05 p.m. Pacific Time. At that time the company will issue a brief advisory release via newswire containing a link to the third-quarter 2015 financial results and letter to shareholders on its website.
After declaration of its stellar 2Q15 results, Netflix (NFLX) is looking to increase its subscribers through aggressive overseas expansion and the production of original content. According to company estimates, Netflix expected the addition of 600,000 new domestic subscribers and 1.9 million new international customers. However for 2Q15, the firm added 2.4 million international customers and 900,000 domestic customers.
A diverse portfolio of content—both shows and films—will help to reduce customer churn, attract new customers, and positively impact cash flows. Focusing on original content will prevent third-party content providers from increasing prices excessively.
It feels like this is winding up getting ready to take of anytime.
Looks like we are heading for another green day
Apple TV will attract more people to subscribe to Netflix. Going higher from here
Tim Cook just mentioned that life is better with apps like iTunes and Netflix on Apple TV.
Let's see it go back above the 50DMA
Finally so much good news coming out for Netflix. Going to be interesting today.
Just picked up a little more
I'll buy more if it goes to the 80's
Netflix will take a step towards completing the final leg of its international expansion as the US streaming video service provider makes its first foray into Asia with its Japan launch this week.
It's cool! I sold yesterday and bought back in with a lot more shares.
Just got back in before the launch in Japan tomorrow.
We did get s hint that the Fed will not raise the rates this September. They can't make up their minds.
Looks like the 50DMA is holding. It bounces back up every time it touches it
We are back in the correction territory. Unless we get some good news coming out today we might see this go lower. China's issue is messing up the market right now.
I'll buy less shares if I have too. I just got scared last time.
Sold all my shares this morning and just waiting on the side line. There are so much going for Netflix but there are also so many bad news regarding China and Fed rate raising in September. I don't think they will raise the rate but there are too much uncertainty out there. Going to wait until after the Fed meeting before buying back in. If this goes back down to $100 or lease than I'll buy back in.
I read somewhere that Netflix got hacked. That shouldn't effect them that much
If we close green than we will have another run starting Monday before the Japan launch next week. RSI is still low.
