I bought all my shares over a year ago at .03 ..... now I am just waiting for Santa...
penny2,
Great job, been wanting to say exactly that for a long time now, just couldn't put those words together like you did .....Thanks
VVVVVV,
Remember what happened to the last guy that said "PERIOD"!!!!!!!
Riverboat,
That was about the clearest explanation and reason for sticking with (VPLM) I think I have ever heard on this board. That story about (ARNA) about says it all ....... thanks
Stef, I do not know all the in's and out's of this (or any other website) and I just happened to find your private post from back in September and no offense was taken on anything you said, and I appreciate your concern, that being said .....Lets make some money
SPEC,
I think that is the reason I respect your opinion so much, you never make predictions unless they are based in fact, you never try to second guess or badmouth the company as so many on this board do and you never try to predict the impossible, like how much the company will be worth because NO ONE knows until all is said and done. No disrespect to anyone, it's all in the (DNA.)I look forward to your next post .....

Just got an email from Rich, there are no problems within the company, someone sold a large block of stock and to make matters worse the MM's backed off. (I'm stick'en) !!!!!!!
Well, this will separate the men from the boys !!!!!!!!!
I'm sticking !!!
maku,
Thanks, I appreciate the kind words and I believe that statement was relevant considering some on this board are guessing anywhere from 1 BILL to 25 BILL, I think it kinda puts the guess work in perspective .....
Thanks again.
Clueless, my apologies, if I would have realized that, I would have attributed the original post to you. But I thought it important that the people on this board see that a company that has 0, non, nada revenues was offered 3 billion for nothing compared to (VOIP-PAL's) portfolio ..... Again, I apologize.
JUST IN, it was announced today that 2 frat brothers turned down three billion dollars for "snapchat" in short, all it does is give you 10 seconds of fame on a web site, they have NO revenue, let me repeat that, they have NO revenue ..... Does that sound familiar ????? Which company has a BETTER CHANCE OF MAKING THE MOST MONEY ???? All I can say is, hang in there .....
I said it before and I'll say it again, I AIN'T GO'IN ANYWHERE ..... "PERIOD" to quote a word from someone we all know and "love"
nextbuyout.com looks to me like just a "high class" pump & dump site! read the "compensation" or "notice of price movement and volatility" sections, same as p&d disclaimers, if true, it's very depressing. With all these accusations flying around, I suggest (VOIP-PAL) come out and set the record straight !!!!!
But what do I know ????
Surfer,
Did you also notice, you almost always get bad news on saturday.... It gives you the weekend to cool off !!!!!! But it doesn't matter so much in the computer age, The big shots are cowering behind their machine while the only one you can scream at is the poor slob that can do nothing but say "I'm sorry sir, I'll try to help you" !!!!!
I believe the board will be out with a PR very soon telling us exactly where we stand on the patent situation along with other info we need to know. (Hopefully,) this will clear up a lot of questions for those of us who are shareholders !!!!!!!
98 million is a lot of money, but the question is not what their sales are so much as what will there "NET" income from that 98 million be? Last year their net income was only 19,000 do you think the net proceeds next year will match what VOIP-PAL's patents are worth in the future?????
I just saw on (CNBC) a drug company just bought another drug company Santarus (SNTS) for $2.6 Billion and their yearly revenues are only $218000. We were saying (VOIP-PAL)has no revenue so don't expect a lot of money, but look what a co. w/ $218000 a YEAR in total revenue sold for and I can't believe their future revenue and or patents could be worth any where near as much as (VOIP-PAL)and their patents..... Maybe I am missing something here, If I am , please let me know !!!!
Something is going on, look at the BxA compared to the last week, month or even a year. Why do you think it's so low ??????

Microsoft is in the middle of looking for a new CEO, they have in narrowed it down to five, maybe they are going to wait until they pick one and ask his opinion before they make a move ..... maybe
positive,
I agree with you 100%, as far as some on this board, they were born to bicker, it's in their "DNA", it's like life it's self.....
i don't know about anyone else but it seemed like everything in life I touched turned to S...!1 I don't know how I fell into this stock but I did at .008, now I have more shares than I can count and I'm all the way up to .0386. So I am thankful for what I will get, no matter what it is. Remember one thing no matter what the end result, Keep this in mind ......there are some out there that may NEVER make as much as you will probably make on this ride. For whatever reason YOU were chosen to find this stock.....
That still don't mean I can't root for 25B choke, cough....
If it was just another penny stock pump & dump, I would say your right, but "seeking alpha" is a highly visible and well respected publication .... But we will see, what will see, (can't hurt) !!!!!
Maybe this is the catalyst we are looking for ???????
Thanks surfer,
Been watching for a while and you are absolutely right, good info ..... thanks
CEO,
That was very funny, thanks, I think we all need a laugh ......
Positive,
Thanks for answering my post, it was encouraging and I "WILL" seek an advisor ..... thanks again
MRR, Scottrade (time & sales) is doing the same thing, does anyone have an answer ???????
positive NRG,
According to your post #8298, it appears that most of us will be at the top income tax rate, paying almost half, 43.4% (minus "minimal" deductions) back to the federal government. Please tell me I am reading that wrong !!!!!!!
On my screen it's blue, if it's the same it means the (sale-buy) price is between the bid and ask price .... hope that helps !!!!
If it doesn't happen during that season, it might happen during the CHRISTMAS season !!!!!!!
Al, I never have a problem with (scottrade) and they are only $7 bucks a trade !!!!!
SPEC, I'm with you and WW, I'm in it for the long haul, in fact I'm getting ready to pull the trigger again !!!!!!!
Are you a member of the chamber of commerce by any chance, just kidding, sounds like a beautiful place !!!!!
Isn't T mobile the people that are giving away "free" cell phone's with 250 "FREE" minutes all courtesy of the US tax payer ????
This won't affect "VPLM" .......will it? ha ha
HERE, HERE...........WELL SAID, thank you
Have not bought anything since .0241, looks like a good time to add !!!!!!
Maybe this will explain it a little better !!!
Everybody that is new to trading sees or hears in a chat or discussion thread about MM's and how they are killing or holding a stock from running etc. Anybody that has spent time in front of a screen with Level 2 trading viewing sees the names of the MM's and is familiar with most of the names. Well, market makers are supposed to facilitate a smooth flow of trading for us traders so that when we want to buy Stock XYZ-they supply us the shares and make the trade happen so we don't have to wait for Joe Schmoe to show up and decide to sell his shares to us. These MM's for short, make their money on the fractional difference per share that we pay and the seller gets or vice versa. They are licensed to do this and for the most part are honest in their efforts. i found this list in my browsing of the stock info available on the net and thought it would be good for everyone to be familiar with who they are dealing with when trying to buy a stock.
Hope the info helps you somewhat. Some of the info may be a bit dated but is overall pretty accurate. Again, I did not draw up this list-only snagged it for personal use and to share with everyone here. My thanks to whoever put it together originally.
If you learn how to read into Level 2 on the OTCBB & PINK SHEETS it will really enhance your trading. Let's break down the Market Markets.
There are 4 categories of Market Makers let's start by talking about the first one.
Retail Market Makers:
These are the market makers from very popular brokerage firms. They handle a lot of the order flow for small retail investors.
NITE: NITE
UBSS: Schwab
SBSH: Citibank
ETRD: ETRADE
BOFA: Bank of America
Second Category: This is the list that you really have to master because these are the MARKET MAKERS that can kill a stock in a hurry when they are the sitting on right side of the box on Level 2.
HDSN: killed CKYS single-handedly
VFIN:
CGFL: new kid on the block for sub dilution
RBCM: Old CLYP. Has killed many sub penny stocks in the past to no-bid.
FANC: used to be a heavy S-8 seller. May show up once in a great while.
SSGI: aggressive on sub penny stocks
Third category: There are lot market makers in this category so I will break it down to who are the most important: These are some of the more friendlier market makers on the street.
DOMS: one of my favorites
MAXM:
VERT:
HILL:
SALI: can be a seller at times
JEFF:
FRAN: very friendly
ABLE:
QUIN: haven't seen him around much lately
VNDM:
SEAB:
MURF: getting active lately
STGI: getting active lately
VERT:
WDCO: can be a seller at times
PERT:
NIII:
BEST:
GNLN: nice to see him back again
EFGI: can be a seller at times
Category 4: ECN MARKET MAKERS: Electronic Routes
these market makers are only used on OTC BB stocks. They do not work for pink sheet market.
ARCA: used a lot by promoters to sell stock
TRAC: rarely used any more taken over by EDGX
EDGX: new kid on the block
There are probably a few market makers that I left out or there will a few new market makers that show but for the most part these are the major players. Good luck hopes this helps.

KNOW YOUR MARKET MAKERS!! LOOK:
How To Spot Dilution
Once you learn how to use L2 dilution is very easy to spot. Always pay attention to who is on the ask. If it is just NITE or UBSS then most likely you won't see any manipulation. If you see PERT, VFIN, VERT or cosmetic MM's, know that they are the #1 diluters in the market. Cosmetic MM's are special MM's used by the company to help hide dilution from less learned traders. Some of them are PUNK, MERRI and VNDM. Sometimes it's easier to use them then the well known one's like VERT. If you are watching L2 and one of the diluters are there you will see massive volume on the ask but it will not UT on your stock, it's because they have a certain amount of shares to sell and will not move until they are gone.
You might think it's all buys but they are masked due to selling on the ask since they will come up green instead of red. Another thing here also is you can have millions bought on the ask and then it down ticks, posters will say MM manipulation but what is going on is it down ticked because the OS has gotten bigger due to VERT and others selling shares on the ask.
Here is a list of some of the more famous Market Makers (MM's)
Big Shorters: JIMK, POND, GNET or ARCA (anyone can use GNET, even other MMs because it's an ECN).
Wholesalers: ETRD, HRZG, MASH, NITE, SHWB, UBSS
Top Retail Dilutors: ACAP, AGIS, BAMM, BMIC, CHIG, CLYP, FANC, FRAN, JIMK, MAYF, MERRI, NATL, PERT, PUNK, SACM, UCAP, VERT, VFIN
I think the saying is "To the moon Alice" .... Some will know what I mean, some will not !!!!!
